Warnings and Precautions
Note:
Please read this manual carefully before use.
Do not use in a humid, hot or dusty location to avoid instrument malfunction.Do not
move the instrument while the instrument is running, and do not open the instrument
door.
Automatic welding machine using the classical oscillator to generate high frequency
oscillation source, the circuit is mature, stable and reliable, fully automated welding
process, no voltage adjustment and time adjustment. Has the advantages of simple
operation, rapid heating, the advantages of accurate and stable, is an ideal instrument.
1.Start machine
1.1Insert the three-hole end of the power cord into the socket with the fuse box (2A) at
the bottom of the instrument and the AC end into the AC 220V power socket.
1.2 Press the power switch in the upper right corner of the front of the instrument. The
indicator on the power switch is red. When the instrument is turned on, it can be heat
sealed.
2 Heat sealing
2.1 The plastic tube that needs to be heat-sealed is placed in the heat sealing groove, and
the heat-closing head of the heat-closing groove is automatically clamped, and the LED
indicator on the instrument emits red light to enter the heat-closing state, and the LED
indicator turns yellow and then goes out. The heat sealing head is loosened to complete
the heat sealing.
2.2 The plastic tube taken out can be broken or cut.

3 adjustment of heat sealing gap
3.1 Remove the heat sealer mask and the M3 screw next to the heat sealing head as the
gap adjustment screw. The instrument has been adjusted to the ideal state before leaving
the factory. Under normal circumstances, there is no need to adjust.
3.2 The method of adjusting the gap is as follows: the counterclockwise swirling gap
becomes smaller, and the heat sealing of the plastic tube after heat sealing becomes
thinner and relatively easy to break. The clockwise swirling gap becomes larger, and the
heat sealing of the plastic tube after heat sealing becomes thicker, which is relatively
difficult to break or needs to be cut.
3.3 When adjusting, the rotation should be no more than 1/8 turn.
4 Maintenance
4.1 In order to make the instrument work properly, the instrument must be placed in a
clean, dry, non-erosion environment and cleaned frequently. When not in use, turn off
the power and unplug the AC connector.
