DE ANWENDUNG
1. Leiter schneiden
Flexible Leiter 0.50-2.50 mm² in Drahtschneider einle-
gen und Zangengrie zudrücken (1).
2. Abisolieren
Flexiblen Leiter in Abisoliervorrichtung bis zum Anschlag
einführen, Zangengrie zudrücken(2). Die Abisolier-
backen, stellen sich automatisch auf den Leiterquer-
schnitt ein. Die Isolation wird getrennt und ein Stück,
zurückgezogen. Abschnitt nicht vollständig entfernen.
Zangengrie lösen.
3. Verdrillen
Das abgetrennte Isolationsende in die Verdrillmulde
einlegen, den Leiter festhalten und die Zangengrie
zudrücken (3). Die Litze wird automatisch verdrillt,
danach den Isolationsrest bei geschlossener Zange ab-
ziehen. Zangengrie lösen.
4. Crimpen
1/ Crimpvorrichtung an Leiterquerschnitt anpassen (4):
Querschnitt 0.50 mm² / 0.75 mm² = Stellschraube nach
rechts drehen (I).
Querschnitt 1.00 mm² / 1.50 mm² / 2.50 mm² =
Stellschraube nach links drehen (II).
2/ Verdrilltes Litzenende komplett in erste Aderendhülse
einlegen und Hülsenstreifen mit dem Draht in die Crimp-
position o vorschieben.
3/ Leiter möglichst gerade in der Hülse halten und
Zangengrie mit normaler Kraft zudrücken. Zangengrie
wieder lösen und Leiter mit vercrimpter Aderendhülse
entnehmen.
5. Magazinwechsel
Die Magazine können in Sekunden gewechselt werden.
Herausnehmen: aus Haltefeder herausziehen. Einsetzen:
Vorne in Crimpposition einschieben und in Haltefeder
einrasten. Neue Streifenware in herausgenommenes
Magazin einlegen, dazu Klarsichtdeckel önen.

1. Coupe l
Introduire le l souple de 0.50-2.5 mm² dans l’emplace-
ment marqué 1et refermer les manches.
1. Wire cutting
Insert exible conductors 0.50-2.50 mm² into cutting
device (1)and close handles.

2. Dénudage de ls
Insérer le ls souple dans la pince jusqu’à la butée
marquée 2. Refermer les manches.
La pince s’ajuste et dénude automatiquement.
Ne pas retirer la partie coupée de l’isolant. Rouvrir les
manches.
2. Wire Stripping
Insert exible wire into stripping device until length stop
(2). Close pliers handles. The stripping device adjusts
automatically, cuts through the insulation and pulls the
cut sleeve end towards the wire end. Do not pull the
insulation completely o. Open pliers handles.
3. Torsader
Placer la partie coupée de l’isolant du l dans le dispo-
sitif de torsion marqué 3sur la pince et maintenir le
l dans cette position. Refermer les manches, les mâ-
choires torsadent automatiquement le l, retirer le l en
gardant les manches fermées. Rouvrir les manches.
3. Twisting
Place the cut insulation part into the twisting groove (3)
and hold the wire rmly by hand. Closing pliers handles,
the jaws twist the wire end. Finally pull the wire o whilst
keeping the pliers handles closed. Open handles.
4. Sertir
1/ An de garantir un sertissage optimal, ajuster la vis
(située au-dessus du marquage 4) :
0.50 mm² / 0.75 mm² = tourner la vis à droite, position I.
1.00 mm² / 1.50 mm² / 2.50 mm² = tourner la vis à
gauche, position II.
2/ Introduire le fil dénudé dans le premier embout dis-
ponible et l’avancer jusqu’à la butée en position de
sertissage.
3/ Veiller à maintenir l’embout perpendiculaire (ne pas
l’incliner lors du sertissage) et refermer les manches en
exerçant un eort modéré et rouvrir les manches.
4. Crimping
1/ Adjust crimping device to conductor cross section (4):
0.50 mm² / 0.75 mm² = turn adjustment wheel to the
right (I).
1.00 mm² / 1.50 mm² / 2.50 mm² = turn adjustment
wheel to the left (II).
2/ Introduce twisted conductor end into rst sleeve in
magazine and push the sleeve strip into the crimping
position o.
3/ Keep conductor as straight as possible inside sleeve
and close pliers handles with normal power. Open han-
dles and take crimped wire out of tool.
5. Changement de la recharge d’embouts
Appuyer sur la languette métallique au bout du manche
sur lequel est xé la recharge et tirer doucement sur
la recharge pour l’extraire. Placer une nouvelle bande
d’embouts dans la recharge et la replacer dans le
manche en poussant doucement jusqu’au clic.
5. Change of magazine
The change of the magazines is a matter of seconds.
Pull o from holding spring resp. insert again with light
pressure. New terminal stripware to be inserted into ma-
gazine after opening plastic lid.
