overhead combustible surfaces.

• When not in use, turn OFF appli-

ance by closing the LP cylinder.

• If regulator fails in unit, it must

be replaced with a Blackstone

approved model and must only

be replaced by a professionally

licensed, authorized dealer.

Failure to comply will void

the warranty.

FOOD SAFETY

Food safety is an important part

of enjoying the outdoor cooking

experience. To keep food safe from

harmful bacteria, follow these four

basic steps:

CLEAN: Wash hands, utensils,

and surfaces with hot soapy water

before and aer handling raw meat

and poultry.

SEPARATE: Separate raw meats

and poultry from ready-to eat

foods to avoid cross contamina-

tion. Use clean platter and utensils

when removing cooked foods

from appliance.

COOK: Cook meat and poultry

thoroughly to kill bacteria. Use ther-

mometer to ensure proper internal

food temperatures.

CHILL: Refrigerate prepared foods

and leovers promptly.

HOW TO TELL IF

MEAT IS COOKED

THOROUGHLY

Meat and poultry cooked with this

appliance oen browns very fast on

the outside.

Use a meat thermometer to be sure

food has reached a safe internal

temperature and cut into food to

check for visual signs of doneness.

When reheating takeout foods

or fully cooked meats like hot

dogs, cook to 165° F/74°C , or until

steaming hot.

• Maximum weight on side shelf (if

present) is 10 lbs.

Assembly Guide

or non-prescription drugs may

impair the consumer’s ability

to properly assemble or safely

operate the appliance.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

Please read all instructions thoroughly before proceeding. Make sure all

the plastic packing material is removed before assembling

Find a large, clean area to assemble your griddle. Please refer to the parts list

and assembly diagrams as necessary.

Griddle assembly involves large components; therefore, it is advised to have

two people assemble the unit.

STEP  With the help of another person, place the griddle unit on a

smooth at surface. Install the control knobs by pushing them into place.

STEP  With the help of another person, place the griddle upside down.

Unscrew the bolt and nut from the two (2) wheels and use them to attach the

wheel to the le side of the unit. Then, lock the caster wheels to keep them

from spinning and screw them into the griddle base.

STEP  With the help of another person, set the griddle unit on its

wheels. Attach the handle to right cabinet door with two (2) M6X12 screws

and two (2) black caps. Repeat this with the le cabinet door using two (2)

M6X12 scews and two (2) black caps.

!CAUTION

Two people are recommended for

the assembly of this product.

TOOLS NEEDED: Phillips Head

Screwdriver & Adjustable Wrench

STEP  Place the inside shelf

onto the four built-in hooks on the

inside of the griddle unit cabinet.

STEP  Attach the paper towel holder on to the griddle body by a small

thumbscrew. Place the garbage bag holder on the le side of the griddle body

into the holes on the griddle unit.

STEP  Unscrew the three metal pegs and washers from the back of both

the right and le side shelves and then attach them to the front. Attach the

right side shelf to the griddle body with four (4) M6X12 screws. Attach the le

side shelf to the griddle body with four (4) M6X12 screws.
