Blomus TEA-JAY User manual

Discover the coolest way of making iced tea
The TEA-JAY® on the rocks iced tea maker combines
the process of preparing tea with instant chilling.
Take the iced tea maker with you to the table and share the experience of converting
juice, syrup, fruit and tea to a delicious iced tea with your guests.
Once the hot tea is poured over the ice cubes, the ice cubes melt and the iced tea
can instantly be served while the tea remains separated in the reservoir.

Ingredients
40ml Grenadine Syrup
80ml Passionfruit or pineapple juice
200ml Still Water
4-6 eights of lime
5 Teaspoons Red Fruit Tea
Ice cubes
Night
60ml Vodka
Preparation
Remove the TEA JAY® head part
including the filter.
Put the caramel syrup, cranberry juice
and still water in the glass carafe. Add
the limes and press gently with a pestle
or long spoon. For the night version also
add the rum now. Stir everything well.
Add ice cubes so the carafe is about 2/3
fill. Screw the head of the TEA JAY®
back on top of the carafe.
Remove the lid and add 5 teaspoons of
red fruit tea into the closed reservoir
(filter). Boil water and pour into the
reservoir up to the level marker. Let the
tea brew for 10 minutes.
When finished brewing turn the lid anti-
clockwise to start the “on the rocks”
experience.
Caution: The vessel gets hot while in use!
Please only touch the black silicone ring.
Close the lid (clockwise) and rotate the
carafe in larger circles. Now pour the
Tea/Cocktail into a glass and enjoy!
Baby Junior
Ingredients
40ml Caramel Syrup
80ml Cranberry Juice
200ml Still Water
4-6 eights of lime

Preparation

including the filter.
Put the grenadine syrup, the juice and
still water in the glass carafe. Add the
limes and press gently with a pestle or
long spoon. For the night version also
add the vodka now. Stir everything well.
Add ice cubes so the carafe is about 2/3
fill. Screw the head of the TEA JAY®
back on top of the carafe.
Remove the lid and add 5 teaspoons of
red fruit tea into the closed reservoir
(filter). Boil water and pour into the
reservoir up to the level marker. Let the
tea brew for 10 minutes.
When finished brewing turn the lid anti-
clockwise to start the “on the rocks”
experience.

long spoon. For the night version also
add the gin or vodka now. Stir everything
well. Add ice cubes so the carafe is
about 2/3 fill. Screw the head of the
TEA JAY® back on top of the carafe.
Remove the lid and add 3 teaspoons of
the green or herbal tea into the closed
reservoir (filter). Boil water and pour
into the reservoir up to the level marker.
Let the tea brew for 4 minutes.

Ingredients
40ml Caramel Syrup
80ml Unfiltered Apple Juice
200ml Still Water

3 Teaspoons vanilla/orange tea

Add the limes and kumquats (or oranges)
and the sugar and press gently with a
pestle or long spoon. For the night
version also add the Aperol now. Stir
everything well. Add ice cubes so the
carafe is about 2/3 fill. Screw the head
of the TEA JAY® back on top of the
carafe.
Remove the lid and add 3 teaspoons of
vanilla / orange tea into the closed
reservoir (filter). Boil water and pour
into the reservoir up to the level marker.

20ml caramel syrup
100ml pear juice
100ml Unfiltered apple juice
A dash of cinnamon
50ml water
Ice cubes
3 Teaspoons orange tea

100ml Prosecco
50ml Ramazotti (or
Similar cordial)

10-20ml Caramel Syrup
10-20ml Almond Syrup
10-20ml Coconut Syrup
20ml lemon juice or

100ml Unfiltered apple juice
50ml water
Ice cubes
3 Teaspoons orange tea
Night
50-100ml Vodka
Preparation
Remove the TEA JAY® head part
including the filter.
Fill the syrups, juice and the water into
the glass carafe. Add the limes and press
gently with a pestle or long spoon.
For the night version do not use the pear
juice but add the Ramazotti and Prosecco
now. Stir everything well. Add ice cubes
so the carafe is about 2/3 fill. Screw the
head of the TEA JAY® back on top of the
carafe.
Remove the lid and add 3 teaspoons of
orange tea into the closed reservoir
(filter). Boil water and pour into the
reservoir up to the level marker. Let the
tea brew for 4 minutes.
When finished brewing turn the lid anti-
clockwise to start the “on the rocks”
experience.
