INFLATION PROCEDURE
1. Unroll the board.
2. Locate Valve and unscrew cap.
3. Make sure stem is in up position. If valve stem is not in up position turn right or left to
release as shown below.
4. Screw hose into the pump.
5. Attach other end of hose to the inflation/deflation valve on the top of the board as shown below.

6
6. Stand the pump on hard, level ground and start to pump. The first time you inflate the SUP will
require more effort than subsequent inflations.
7. Make sure you keep your hands toward the center of the pump handles when pumping and your
feet firmly on the footrest of pump.
8. Pump time varies by user but normally takes 3 to 6 minutes.
We recommend using the board at a pressure between 11 - 14 psi.
WARNING: DO NOT USE AN AIR COMPRESSOR. It will result in damage to the board
and will void all warranties. Maximum air pressure for this product is 15 psi. DO NOT INFLATE
BEYOND 15 PSI. Inflatable SUP boards are not warranted against over inflation.
FIN INSTALLATION:
Turn board over with slot for fin facing up. Slide fin in slot all the way to the end. Then take pin and
slide as shown below through the side of the slot, through the fin and then through the other side of
the slot. Slide clip into the slot as shown in second picture to lock fin into place.
ANKLE LEASH INSTALLATION:
A leash is provided and must be used. The U.S. Coast Guard requires it. There is a ring installed at
the tail end of the board. Use that for attaching the leash.

7
PADDLE ASSEMBLY AND USE:
1. To prepare the telescopic paddle for insert and lock as shown below.
2. Pull up on plastic tab slide top of paddle in to desired length then push down tab to lock.
DEFLATION PROCEDURE:
1. When you are ready to deflate your SUP, remove the fin and unscrew the valve cover
2. Gently push down the central valve stem to release a little air 1 to 2 psi this will make step 3
easier.
3. Once the main pressure has decreased push down central valve stem and twist to right or left to
lock. This will lock the valve open and allow all air to escape from the board while you roll it up
for storage.
4. Clean and check the board as well as all the accessories. Make sure the board is completely
dry before putting it away. Make sure that no sand or gravel remains inside the board or
between the hull and the inner chambers. This could result in abrasion or even punctures while
storing the board.
5. Roll the board up starting from the nose with the deck pad on the inside and the fins will then be
on the outside. This roll direction prevents damage to the flexible composite EVA deck pad.
6. Once rolled up completely, place into backpack.
NOTE: Do not leave your board exposed to the warm sun for long periods on a warm surface like a
beach or pavement, if you leave your ISUP board out in the warm sun on a hard or sand surface you
must deflate board a few psi or it may become over inflated and stretch the material which could
cause damage to your SUP. The ambient temperature affects the tube’s internal pressure; a variation
of 1.8 degrees Fahrenheit (1°C) causes a variation of the pressure in the tube of +/- 0.06psi (4mbBar)

Back Pack
Please see Picture below. Deflated SUP should be placed inside Back Pack. Paddle and pump attach
on the outside of Back Pack as the picture below illustrates.
Your new stand up paddleboard is made from durable drop stitch and PVC. If a tear or puncture does
occur, it is easy to repair. Repairs are easily done with your included patch kit.
REPAIRING LEAK AROUND OR IN THE AIR VALVE
Your SUP comes with a valve wrench. You can locate this in your repair kit. If you experience a leak
in your air valve or around your air valve please do the following.
1. Locate your valve wrench (see picture below) and insert in valve and turn right to tighten the valve.
This should take care of the leak.
2. If for some reason you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact customer service at.
952-953-6140 Or email at service@emgintlusa.com
AIR LEAK DETECTION:
1. If you are losing air pressure, not caused by colder temperatures, check the board for leaks,
starting with the valves. Use the method in step 2 for best results
2. To locate a leak, we recommend mixing soap and water in a spray bottle. Spray around the
area you think is leaking. If you see bubbles forming that should be where the leak is.

9
REPAIRING SMALL PUNCTURES:
A repair kit comes with your board. It contains repair fabric and a valve wrench. To make a repair,
follow these steps:
1. Cut your patch to extend 2” beyond all edges of the tear. Round the corners of the patch.
Square corners are more likely to snag and lead to peeling.
2. Trace the outline of the patch on the damaged surface with a pencil.
3. Clean the surfaces.
4. Apply two even, thin coats of a PVC adhesive this can be purchased at a store (or call 952-953-
6140 or email service@emgintlusa.com for a tube) to both surfaces. Allow the adhesive to dry
5-10 minutes, to the “tacky” not wet, stage.
5. When both of the surfaces are still tacky, you are ready to complete the patch.
6. This is a contact adhesive and once the surfaces touch you cannot reposition the patch, so
carefully align it before bonding the two surfaces together.
7. “Roll” the patch onto the board surface to prevent trapping air under the patch.
8. Thoroughly go over the surface of the patch with a roller, edge of the valve wrench or other
implement, to apply pressure and ensure a solid bond.
9. Complete curing of the bond will take approximately 24 hours. Do not put air pressure in the
chamber before that time.
WARNING:
•Perform all of your repairs in a well ventilated area.
•Avoid inhaling toxic vapors.
•Avoid contact with adhesive.
•Keep all repair materials (glue, solvents, etc.) away from the reach of children.
STORAGE AND BOARD CARE:
This board ismanufactured with UV Resistant PVC to provide superior protection from ultraviolet light.
However, to ensure extra years of flexibility and bright colors, avoid storing the board where it will be
exposed to weather or in direct sunlight. Please review the following list for storage and board care
tips.
1. Before storing, hose off the board and let it dry completely to prevent mildew buildup. Do not
use harsh chemicals for cleaning. Most dirt can be removed with a mild soap and fresh water.
2. Do not store for an extended period of time in extreme conditions (above 90 F or below 40 F).
Store in a clean dry place.
3. Remove the fin before rolling up the board.
4. When storing the board for prolonged periods in a deflated status it is best to keep it loosely
rolled, or if possible, unroll it completely. Do not leave the board in direct sunlight as this may
cause fading over a prolonged period.
5. You may experience some fin bend when travelling with the board in its bag. Fins can be easily
straightened using either the natural heat from the sun or heat from a hair dryer or hot water.
The longer the fins have been bent, the longer it will take to straighten them.
