1.Cartridge: When water passes through two stage
filtration cartridge:-

(A) Activated Carbon removes and sediment filter which
organic chemicals, odor color problems, chlorine and enhance
water taste and sediment filter removes dust particles.
(B) Tourmaline balls that adds essential minerals.
2. UF Membrane: When water enters from cartridge to the shell
having pore size of 0.01 micron suspended solids and solutes of
high molecular weight are retained while water passes through
the membrane that’s how Removes bacteria, pyrogen, colloids,
chemical impurities

1) How much PPM water is suitable for pure diamond?
It is recomended 200 -300 PPM water is suitable.
2) how does Pure Diamond work?
Pure Diamond is a 3 stage purification system which ensure
you get water that is as safe as boiled water.
A. Sediment filter
B. Carbon +Tourmaline balls
C. UF Membrane
3) What is the storage capacity of Pure Diamond?
Pure Diamond has two storage facility which are inbuilt in the
purifier this has a total capacity of 20 liter.
4) How much time does it take to purify water in Pure
Diamond?
It takes average min to purify water and time may vary upon into
water quality.
5) What should I do if any part of Pure Diamond is broken ?
Please call customer care No. and order for that particular spare
part there will be nominal cost for that part that have do replaced
and for the service call .
6) How long can the stored water in pure diamond be used
for drinking ?
You can use stored water for two days, if it is not more than two
days we advised you to discard the water and let purifier get
refilled.
7) Who will do the installation?
The installation is done by the customer itself. A brief description
how to install is provided with picture in manual user guide
.

Bluebird water purifiers (BWP) warrants all new products
manufactured by it to be free from defects in material and
workmanship under normal usage and service from the date of
installation as under below mentioned terms & condition:-
1.The warranty on UF membrane is for one year or 35000 (Thirty
Five Thousand) litres of purified water (Max), whichever
comes first.
2. No any warranty on plastic part of body.
3.The warranty will be void if the machine has been opened by
any person other than the authorised company technician or the
customer.
4.The BWP responsibility under this warranty will confine to the
first purchaser only and will not apply or extend to any
subsequent sale of the product by the customer.
5.The BWP liability under this warranty shall remain valid if and
only if the product is duly installed by the company, its authorized
dealer/s service provider at the address specified in the invoice
or where the installation is at a place other than specified in the
invoice. Such installation is undertaking with the consent in
writing of and by the company confined to cities where company
has service network.
6.Inspection & test report of the BWP office/service center will be
treated as final & binding under the warranty for determining
defects, repairs/alterations required or carried out, or certifying
working of the goods thereafter.
7. The BWP liability under the warranty will be limited only to
defect which occur under condition normal operation and under
proper use as defined in manual. It excludes defects occurring
because of abuse, faulty care or maintenance, repairs/
alterations to goods or parts by others.

8.The consumer shall have no claim under this warranty in
respect of death/injury to any person or loss/damage to any
property caused as a result of equipment failure, breakdown or
accident on utilization of goods not in accordance with the
inflections in this user's manual or any other circumstance
beyond the control of the BWP.
9. The BWP shall be entitled to retain any defective part replaced
under warranty.
10. Product returned to BWP or its authorized service provider
for warranty examination must be shipped freight pre-paid.
11.BWP reserves the right to make design and product changes
or change specifications at anytime without any contingent
obligations to prospective buyers or owners or products
previously sold.
12.Under no circumstances the terms mentioned above are
negotiable and no employee of BWP or its authorized service
provider has the authority to supersede the terms mentioned
above.
13. BWP or its authorized service provider assures no warranty
liability in connection with this water purifier other than that
specified herein. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties of
fitness for a particular purpose. BWP or its authorized service
provider does not authorized any person or representative to
assume for it any other obligations on the sale of goods. This
warranty becomes effective when the system is installed
correctly and successfully.
14. Any disagreement and obligations based upon purchase of
BWP products and thereby imposed on BWP or its authorized
service providers shall be governed and construed according to
the laws of India and subject to jurisdiction of Delhi courts only.
