Dear Customer,
We are pleased that you have chosen a device from the BLUEFIN FITNESS
product range. BLUEFIN FITNESS sports equipment offers you the highest
quality & latest technology.
In order to take full advantage of the device‘s performance, & to have many
years of pleasure in your device, please read this manual carefully before
commissioning & starting the training & use the device according to the
instructions. The operational safety & function of the device can only be
guaranteed if the general safety & accident prevention regulations of the
legislator as well as the safety instructions in this user manual are observed.
We assume no liability for damages caused by improper use or incorrect
operation.

using the device have read &

This general safety information must be observed when
using this product. Read all instructions before using the
product. Keep the user manual in a safe place to be able to
access it at any time if necessary.
Please keep this manual for future reference.
1. Before commencing assembly & use of your new equipment, carefully read
the instruction manual to understand the information provided. The correct
installation, maintenance & use of your equipment is important to ensure you get
the safest & most effective tness workout.
2. Please ensure the equipment has been assembled according to the assembly
manual.
3. If you are over 45 years old, have health or medical problems and/or this is your
rst time exercising in over 12 months, please consult your local Doctor or Medical
Professional before use.
4. The maximum user weight is 150Kg.
5. Should you experience any of the following symptoms including: headache, chest
tightness, irregular heartbeat, shortness of breath, dizziness, nausea or any sharp
muscle or joint pain, immediately stop training & consult your Doctor or Medical
Professional.
6. Ensure that young children & pets are kept away from the equipment to prevent
injury, the equipment is for adult use only.
7. The equipment should be placed on a hard, at surface & at least 0.6 meters away
from any obstacles.

8. Before using the equipment, please check all nuts & bolts of the equipment are
tightened securely.
9. Care must be taken when lifting, moving or stowing the equipment so as not to
injure your back. Always use proper lifting techniques and/or seek assistance if
necessary.
10. It is strongly recommended you wear appropriate clothing & footwear when using
your equipment for your own personal comfort.
11. The equipment is not suitable for use as a medical device. The heart rate monitor of
the product does not provide data for clinical medicine.

program, consult your physician. This is
especially important for individuals over
the age of 45 or persons with pre-existing
health problems. Read all instructions
before using any tness equipment. We

DIRECTIONS
FOR USE
In order to avoid an accident, please ensure
you have the treadmill safety key securely
attached to your clothing. In the event, that
you accidentally trip or slip whilst walking
or running on the treadmill, removing the
safety key from the console will ensure the
power is paused to the motor bringing the
belt to a stop. Re-attach the safety key to
commence your workout.
• When exercising on the treadmill concentrate on looking straight ahead &
not at your feet, to avoid any risk of tripping or falling. Increase the speed
gradually allowing yourself to adapt to the speed setting before making
any further speed adjustments.
• To pause or stop your treadmill use the emergency stop button or
safety key when necessary. Once you have completed installation of the
treadmill & the motor cover is securely on, you may plug in the power
cord. It is recommended you use a good quality surge protector device.
• Always follow basic safety precautions & accident prevention measures
when using an electrical device.
• Position the treadmill on a clean & level surface, close to a dedicated wall
socket power point. A rubber oor mat is recommended to assist with
maintenance & protection of your oor.

• For your safety, never start the treadmill while you are standing on the
running belt. Place your feet on either side of the running belt side rails &
press the start button. Increase the speed gradually to the desired speed
level before standing on the belt surface.
• Wear appropriate clothing & footwear when exercising on the treadmill.
Do not wear long, loose tting clothing that could become caught in any of
the moving parts of the treadmill.
• The motor cover should never be removed while in use. A qualied
electrical technician must be in attendance should any maintenance work
need to be carried out. Always unplug the power cord should the cover
ever need to be removed for maintenance reasons.
• Young children should be kept away from the treadmill whilst it is in use to
avoid injury & safety concerns.
• This device is for indoor use only.

Attaching the Console & Columns
Step 1.
Gently tilt the console into position & securely attach the console to the left &
right columns with the M8 x 20mm screws & M8 washers that are provided.

Step 2.
Gently lift the columns upright & line up with the base. Securely attach the
columns to the base using M8 x 20mm screws & M8 washers + M10 x 60mm
screws & M10 washers. Finally, remove the packaging tabs.

Step 3.
Securely attach the left & right side covers to the side of the base using the
Self-Tapping 4.2 x 16mm Screws provided.

Place your hand on the top of the base for support & gently push the ‘kick &
release’ support switch with your foot to slowly self-release the base.

Transporting on Wheels
Take extra care when moving the device. Gently push down on the top of the
base & slowly rotate the frame upwards on its wheels. Beware of any obstacles
& gently move to a place of storage.

your way up to the tness level that you

Getting Started
Manual Mode
Press the START button on the computer to start exercise, the display will
countdown 3 seconds showing “3-2-1” before the running belt starts moving.
The running belt starts moving with an initial speed of 1.0 KPH. Always allow
the treadmill to reach a speed of 1.0 KPH before stepping on to the running
belt.
Usually, walk slowly for 5 minutes before going for a fast run. When nishing
your exercise do the same & walk slowly for 5 minutes to cool down properly.
Adjust the speed & incline on the device by using the Quick-Start buttons
or Up & Down. Press Stop to gradually bring the device to a halt & safely
dismount by stepping onto the side rails.
Removing the magnetised safety key from the device will also bring the
treadmill to a halt.
HRC Control
To activate, grip the hand pulse sensors during exercise & the pulse will display
after 2-5 seconds. For a more accurate reading, grip pulse sensors with both
hands.

Volume: Adjust music & video audio.

WiFi: WiFi Connection Status.
Main Options
Time & Date: Time, date & weather forecast automatically
adjusts if Wi is connected. You can also manually set the time
& date if no Wi connection is available.

Local Music: Access audio les saved on to the system or via an
external USB storage device.
Local Video: Access video les saved on to the system or via an
external USB storage device.
Amazon: Access the built-in Amazon Shopping App.
WiFi: Connect to your local WiFi.
Cleaner: Clean the cache. Do this regularly to keep your
console running at optimum performance.
Sports Center: Access programs for Time Countdown,
Calorie Countdown, Step Countdown, Distance Countdown,
Programmed Workouts, HRC Monitor, Runway (Athletics
Track) Mode, Real View Run & Custom Programs.
Skin: Changes the desktop wallpaper.
Application: Access to built-in Apps such as Spotify, Twitter,
Netix, Facebook, Amazon Video & Chrome.*
*NB/ Some built-in Apps may differ over time.
Setting: Adjust screen brightness, Language, Machine
Management & Factory Settings Mode.

CARE &
MAINTENANCE
TO PREVENT ELECTRICAL SHOCK, PLEASE

Cleaning:
After each exercise, ensure that the unit is wiped down & any sweat is
removed from the unit.
The treadmill can be cleaned with a soft cloth & mild detergent. Do not use
abrasives or solvents. Be careful not to get excessive moisture on the display
panel as this might damage the unit & create an electrical hazard. Please
keep the treadmill, especially the computer console, out of direct sunlight to
prevent damage to the screen.
Storage:
Store the treadmill in a clean & dry indoor environment. Never leave or use
the unit outdoors. Ensure the master power switch is off & the power cord is
un-plugged from wall outlet.

TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM POTENTIAL CAUSES CORRECTIONS
Treadmill will
not start.
Treadmill not plugged in. Plug the power cord into a wall
outlet.
Safety Tether Key is not
correctly installed.
Reinstall the Safety Tether Key.
Circuit breaker (home) has been
tripped.
Reset the circuit breaker, or call an
electrician to replace the circuit
breaker.
Treadmill circuit breaker has
been tripped.
Wait 5 minutes & then try to restart
the treadmill.
Belt slips. Belt not tight enough. Adjust belt tension.
Belt hesitates
when stepped
on.
Not enough lubrication applied
onto the running belt.
Apply lubricant.
Belt is too tight. Adjust belt tension.
Belt is not
centered.
Running belt tension not even
across the rear roller.
Centre the belt.
