Warnings
We recommend checking with your doctor before using the massager,
especially if you have health problems.
Before using the massager, read and follow all warnings and instructions
in this manual, even if you are familiar with the product.
This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge unless they have supervision by an adult. Children should be
supervised at all times. This product has a heated surface. People
insensitive to heat must be careful when using the product.

Please read this instruction manual carefully before first use. It is
advisable to keep this instruction manual for future reference.
DO NOT use this product as a substitute for medical attention.
DO NOT use this product for more than 15 minutes at a time. Allow at
least 30 minutes for a cool-down period in between uses. Extensive use
could lead to the product overheating and reduce the life of the
product.
The unattended use of heat by children or incapacitated persons may
be dangerous.
This product is not to be used by very young children (0-3 years)
Children under the age of three are not to use this product due to their
inability to react to overheating.
This product must not be used by persons insensitive to heat and other
very vulnerable persons who cannot react to overheating if using the
Heat Function.
This product is not intended for medical use. It is intended only to
provide a comfortable massage.
If you have any concerns regarding your health, consult your doctor
before using this product.
Individuals with pacemakers should consult a physician before using
this product.
In case of pregnancy, diabetes, or illness, consult your doctor before
using this product.

Important Safeguards
The massage should be pleasant and comfortable. Should pain or
discomfort occur, or if you experience pain in a muscle or joint for a
prolonged period, stop use immediately and consult your doctor.
Never use the massager on open wounds, discolored areas, areas of
poor circulation, or any areas of the body that are swollen, burned,
inflamed, or where skin eruptions or sores are present.
DO NOT use the machine while under the influence of alcohol,
sleeping pills, or sedatives.
It is normal to feel itching, tingling, or seeing redness on the skin area
where the massager was used after use. These symptoms will soon
disappear. However, if these symptoms remain for an extended period,
we suggest you consult your doctor as there may be a more serious
underlying issue.
To prevent bruising, do not press too hard on the device.
DO NOT leave the product unattended when in use or plugged in.
Ensure children do not touch the product when in use, and make sure
they cannot reach and pull the power cord.
To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the
product cord or power adaptor in water or other liquids.
DO NOT use or store the product near sinks, baths, or showers
containing water or near running water.
DO NOT use in the bath, shower, spa, pool, etc.
Always disconnect the power adaptor after use.
If it has been dropped or any part of the product (including cord or
power adaptor) has been damaged, do not use this product.
The use of accessories not intended for use with this product may
cause injuries to the user or damage the product.
DO NOT place this unit on other appliances, on uneven surfaces, or
where it could be subject to heat sources (i.g.. radiators or stoves),
direct sunlight, or excessive dust.
This product should not be placed near a hot gas or electrical burner or
placed in a heated oven.
There are no user-serviceable parts in this appliance. If this appliance is
to be used by a third party, please supply the instruction manual.

effect and may delay sleep.

may cause a fire, electrocution, property damage, or injury to persons.
Prolonged Heat application can result in skin burns.
This appliance is intended for human use only. NOT for animals /pets.
DO NOT allow pets or animals to lie or chew on this product or the
electrical cord etc.
NEVER reach or touch an appliance that has fallen into the water.
Unplug from the main power point immediately.
Position the power adaptor cord properly so that it will not be walked
on, tripped over, or pinched by items placed on or against it.
DO NOT store or use the product near or in high-temperature areas.
If the power adaptor or power adaptor supply cord is damaged, do not
use it. It must be disposed of to avoid a hazard.
ONLY for indoor domestic use. Industrial or commercial use invalidates
the warranty.
NO liability can be accepted for any damage caused by
non-compliance with these instructions or any other improper use or
mishandling of the product.

Instructions before use: Please store this product in a dry place. Do not
expose the product to direct sunlight. Put the carpet under the product
to minimize the working noise.
How to use:
Connect the AC power cord to the socket and turn on the massager
Place your feet in the massager and press the “ON/OFF” on the
screen. When the red light is on, the massage begins.
You can choose different intensities and modes.
15-minute automatic shut-off timer.
This product uses only the 100-240V~, 50-60Hz power supply. Make sure
your indoor voltage fits this specific parameter.

ON/OFF: Hold the power button for 2 seconds.
Knead Intensity: Select the knead intensity and rolling mode: low
(forward rolling), medium (backward rolling), high (forward and backward
rolling), or turn off.
Air Intensity: Select the air intensity low, medium, high, or turn off.

Your foot massager comes with a one-year warranty from the date of
purchase.
Your BOB AND BRAD Foot Massager, Model K38S, is warranted to be
free from defects in materials and workmanship for the product's life
under normal conditions of intended use and service. This warranty
extends only to the original retail purchaser and does not extend to
retailers or subsequent owners.
We will, at our option, repair or replace the Foot Massager, Model K38S,
without additional charge, for any part or parts covered by these written
warranties. No refunds will be given. Repair or replacement is our only
responsibility and your only remedy under this written warranty if
replacement parts for defective materials are not available. BOB AND
BRAD reserve the right to make product substitutions instead of repair or
replacement.
For warranty service, contact our customer service department at

problem. If the problem is deemed to be within the scope of the one-year
warranty, you will be asked to mail the product at your costs in its original
package with proof of purchase, your name, address, and phone number.
If the problem is not deemed to be within the scope of a one-year
warranty, we will provide a repair quotation, respectively, replacement
and return shipping fee.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse;
accident; the attachment of unauthorized accessories; alteration to the
product; improper installation; misapplication; lack of reasonable care for
the product; unauthorized repairs or modifications; improper use of
electrical/power supply; normal wear; loss of power; dropped product;
malfunction or damage of an operating part as a result of failure to
comply with instructions for use or to provide manufacturer’s
recommended maintenance; transit damage; theft; neglect; vandalism; or
environmental conditions; otherwise awaiting parts or repair; or any other
conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of BOB AND BRAD.
This warranty is void if the product is ever used in a commercial or
business environment. The maximum liability of BOB AND BRAD under
this warranty is limited to the customer's purchase price for the product
covered by the warranty, as confirmed by proof of purchase, regardless of
the amount of any other direct or indirect damage suffered by the
customer.

When not using the massager, store it back in the box and place it in a
dry, well-ventilated, cool area. Do not twist wires.
Avoid sharp objects to prevent scratching the surface of the product.
Keep out of direct sunlight and high temperatures.
Unplug the power cord before cleaning.
Use a dry cloth only to clean the surface of the product. Avoid direct
contact. Do not use corrosive cleaners such as benzene or bleach
products. The fabric pouch can be removed for cleaning.
Keep the product clean and away from moisture. Cover up the product
when not in use to avoid dust.
