Unpacking instructions:
1. Open box from the top.
2. Remove packing material from the top.
3. Pull unit up and out of box.
4. Remove foam from under nozzle cover.
5. Remove wood panel.
6. Unwrap back panels.

Installing Sanitizer:
1. Insert pump nozzle into one gallon jug.
2. Prime pump by pressing down on nozzle until
sanitizer solution comes out.
3. Press down on nozzle and slide bottle onto
shelf.
4. Check that top of pump nozzle hits the
bottom of top plate, if needed adjust lower rod
assembly until properly set.
5. Insert back panel

Hand-Free Sanitizer Station has been set at the
factory to provide approximately 4000-8000
pumps. If desired it can be adjusted to
distribute more or less depending on amount of
adjustment.
Removable tray:
Note: Unit includes front removable tray for
easy clean-up.
Foot Pedal Adjustment:
1. For more, loosen hex nuts and
lower hex bolts, then tighten hex
nuts.
2. For less, loosen hex nuts and raise
hex bolts then tighten hex nuts.
3. Note –small adjustments make a
big difference in output of sanitizer
solution.
