Safety Notes
Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to
follow the warnings and instructions may result in elec-
tric shock, fire and/or serious injury.
fDo not open the battery. Danger of short-circuiting.
Protect the battery against heat, e. g., also against contin-
uous sun irradiation and fire. There is danger of explosion.
fWhen battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal
objects like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws, or other small
metal objects that can make a connection from one terminal to
another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns
or a fire.
fIn case of damage and improper use of the battery, vapours may
be emitted. Provide for fresh air and seek medical help in case
of complaints. The vapours can irritate the respiratory system.
fRecharge only with the charger specified by the manufacturer.
A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create
a risk of fire when used with another battery pack.
fWhen the battery is defective, liquid can escape and come into
contact with adjacent components. Check any parts concerned.
Clean such parts or replace them, if required.
fUse cordless worklight only with specifically designated battery
packs. Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury
and fire.
Functional Description
While reading the operating instructions, unfold the graphics page of
the cordless working light and leave it open.

Assembly
Battery Charging (Accessory)
fUse only the battery chargers listed on the accessories page.
Only these battery chargers are matched to the lithium ion battery
of your cordless worklight.
Note: The battery is supplied partially charged. To ensure full capac-
ity of the battery, completely charge the battery in the battery charg-
er before using your power tool for the first time.
The lithium ion battery can be charged at any time without reducing
its service life. Interrupting the charging procedure does not damage
the battery.
The lithium ion battery is protected against deep discharging by the
“Electronic Cell Protection (ECP)”. When the battery is empty, the
cordless worklight is switched off by means of a protective circuit.
Do not continue to press the On/Off switch after
the cordless worklight has been automatically
switched off. The battery can be damaged.
The battery is equipped with a NTC temperature control which allows
charging only within a temperature range of between 0 °C and 45 °C.
A long battery service life is achieved in this manner.
Observe the notes for disposal.
Removing the Battery
The battery 5has two locking levels, which are supposed to prevent
the battery from falling out in case of unintentionally pressing the bat-
tery unlocking button 4. As long as the battery is inserted into the
cordless worklight, it is held in position by means of a spring.

To remove the battery 5, press the battery unlocking button 4and
pull the battery out of the cordless worklight toward the rear. Do not
exert any force.
Changing the Light Bulb (see figure A)
fBefore any work on the cordless worklight, remove the battery.
fExercise caution when changing the light bulb! Do not touch the
hot light bulb. Allow the light bulb to cool down for at least 10
minutes. Danger of burns from the hot light bulb.
Note: Use a soft cloth for changing the light bulb. Make sure not to
touch the glass bulb with your bare fingers. Otherwise, the light bulb
can become damaged.
–Press the release buttons 6and remove the lamp head 1.
–Turn the light bulb 7until the V-groove 8in the light bulb 7corre-
sponds with the V-groove in the lamp socket and then pull out the
light bulb 7.
–A spare light bulb 9is located in the lamp head 1.
–Insert the new light bulb 7and turn until locked.
–Mount the lamp head 1again.

Operation
Starting Operation
Inserting the Battery
fUse only original Bosch lithium ion batteries with the voltage
listed on the nameplate of your cordless worklight. Using other
batteries can lead to injuries and pose a fire hazard.
Insert the charged battery 5from the rear into the base of the cord-
less worklight. Press the battery completely into the base until the
red stripe can no longer be seen and the battery is securely locked.
Switching On and Off
To start the cordless worklight, press the On/Off switch 2.
To switch off the cordless worklight, press the On/Off switch 2again.
Protection Against Deep Discharging
The lithium ion battery is protected against deep discharging by the
“Electronic Cell Protection (ECP)”. When the battery is empty, the
cordless worklight is switched off by means of a protective circuit.
Working Advice
Changing the Handle Position (see figure B)
The position of the handle 3can be changed. Rotate the handle 3un-
til it engages in one of the 4 possible positions.

Maintenance and Service
Maintenance and Cleaning
When the battery is no longer operative, please refer to an authorised
after-sales service agent for Bosch power tools.
The cordless worklight is maintenance-free and and contains no com-
ponents that must be replaced or maintained.
To avoid damage, clean the plastic lens of the cordless worklight only
with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use cleaning agents or solvent.
If the cordless worklight should fail despite the care taken in manu-
facturing and testing procedures, repair should be carried out by an
authorized after-sales service agent for Bosch power tools.
In all correspondence and spare parts orders, please always include
the 10-digit article number given on the nameplate of the cordless
worklight.

The battery is tested according to UN document
ST/SG/AC.10/11/Rev.3 Part III, subsection 38.3. It has effective pro-
tection against internal overpressure and short circuiting as well as
devices for the prevention of violent rupture and dangerous reverse
current flow.
The lithium-equivalent content in the battery is below applicable limit
values. Therefore, the battery is not subject to national or internation-
al regulations pertaining to dangerous mediums, neither as an indi-
vidual component nor when inserted into a machine. However, the
regulations governing dangerous goods may be relevant when trans-
porting several batteries. In this case, it can be necessary to comply
with special conditions (e.g., concerning the packaging). For more in-

为蓄电池充电 （附件）
f只能使用附件页上标示的充电器。只有这款充电器才能够为充电式照明装备
上的锂离子蓄电池充电。
指示：蓄电池在交货时只完成部分充电。首度使用电动工具之前，必须先充足蓄
电池的电以确保蓄电池的功率。
可以随时为锂离子蓄电池充电，不会缩短电池的使用寿命。如果充电过程突然中
断，也不会损坏电池。
本锂离子蓄电池配备了 "Electronic Cell Protection (ECP) (电子充电室保护装置 )"，
可以防止蓄电池过度放电。电池的电量如果用尽了，保护开关会自动关闭充电式
照明装备。
在蓄电池自动关闭之后，切勿继续按住起停开关。这样可能损坏蓄
电池。
蓄电池上安装了 NTC-温度监控装置。当温度位在摄氏 0 到45 度间时，才能进
行充电。所以能够大大地延长蓄电池的使用寿命。
请注意有关作废处理的规定。
取出蓄电池
蓄电池 5被双重锁定，这样可以防止因为不注意地错按了蓄电池的解锁按键 4，
而导致蓄电池掉落。在蓄电池被装入照明设备中后，便会被弹簧固定住。
拆卸蓄电池 5时，先按住解锁按键 4并从充电式照明装备中向后拉出蓄电池。切
勿强行拉出蓄电池。

更换灯泡 （参考插图 A）
f在充电式照明装备上进行任何换修的工作之前，得先取出蓄电池。
f更换灯泡时请留心！不要触摸炙热的灯泡。至少得先让灯泡冷却 10 分钟。您
可能会被炙热的灯泡烫伤。
指示：更换灯泡时得使用柔软的布。不可以直接用手触摸玻璃罩。这样可能会损
坏灯泡。
–按下解锁按键 6并取出灯头 1。
–拧转灯泡 7，让灯泡 7上的 V形槽 8和灯泡支撑上的 V 形槽对齐，接著再拉出
灯泡 7。
–灯头 1中有一个备用的灯泡 9。
–安装好新的灯泡 7，拧入灯泡至灯泡锁牢为止。
–再度装回灯头 1。

操作机器
安装蓄电池
f只能使用博世原厂的锂离子蓄电池。蓄电池的电压必须和充电式照明装备铭
牌上规定的电压一致。使用其它厂牌的蓄电池可能造成伤害并导致火灾。
把蓄电池 5从后面推入照明装备的底座中。要把蓄电池完全推入底座中，必须推
压至无法看见红色条纹并且确定蓄电池已经牢牢地卡住为止。
开动 / 关闭
按下起停开关 2可以开动充电式照明装备。
再度按下起停开关 2即可以关闭充电式照明装备。
