Shuffle
The random title chooses can be activated with
a click on the function button Blue within a
playlist. A new press on the Blue button will
end the shuffle function
Menu
The iPod menu can be shown on the iPod with
a press on the Menu button.
In the menu you can move around by using the
arrow buttons.
Menu up / Menu down
By pressing the yellow button, you can open
the chosen point in the menu.
To leave a menu point, press the menu button
one time.
Adjusting the AUX level
The volume is controlled from the volume
buttons on the remote.
The BOSSCOM iPod dock offers in addition the
possibility to control the output level on the B&O
system, using the green and red buttons.
Connection of the BOSSCOM iPod dock.
First connect the dock with the AUX output of
the B&O stereo. Then you connect the 3,5mm
minijack plug to the docking station. If you are
not sure which one that is the AUX output on
the stereo, then check out the stereo manual.
At last you must connect the dock to a power
outlet, by using the following Apple USB
adapter and the power adapter. The Apple USB
adapter can also without the power adapter, be
used to synchronize the iPod with a computer.

Functions of the BOSSCOM iPod dock:
The docking station supports following
functions, which can be driven over the
BEO4 / BEO5 remote control by Bang
& Olufsen:

BOSSCOM iPod dock Operations:
Place your iPod in the dockingstation.
The iPod / docking station can now be
controlled with the BEO4 / BEO5
remote control. The different
operations in the iPod are controlled
through the B&O remote like this:
Turn On / Turn Off:
Is done on LIST menu on the BEO4 /
BEO5.
The point A. AUX will be written on the
remote screen (should this text not in
the menu screen occur, then please
check the manual of BEO4 / BEO5 to find out how to
go to this menu). Confirm now the menu point with
GO.
And the iPod turns on itself.
To turn Off the iPod, then carry out the steps
described above.
Play / Pause
Play/ Pause works through the GO button. When the
iPod is in Play mode, a press on the GO button will
turn the iPod into Pause mode and vice versa.
Titel forward / Titel Back
By use of the double arrow buttons you can move
around within a playlist.
One press on >> makes you jump one title/song
further. One press on << starts the playing title/song
from the beginning. Double press << and you will
jump one title/song back in the playlist.
Forward / Rewind
The fast forward and rewind function are also
controlled by the double arrow buttons. Press >> and
keep it down to fast forward. Press << to fast rewind.
