CLEAN ALL RESIN PARTS IN WARM SOAPY WATER
The silicone release agent used in the casng process will
react with paint, it must be thoroughly cleaned o before
painng.

This is a rough guide to using the kit. Care should be taken at each stage to make sure the model is going together
correctly and any alteraons that are not in the instrucons should be carried out.
Paint: Components can be painted at any me in the build, it is a case of what suits the builder
Glue: Recommended glue is a good quality super glue or Tensol 12 adhesive.
To begin remove the plasc lm from either side of
all the parts.
To glue acrylic plasc the two best adhesives are a
good quality superglue, such as Gorilla Gel, or to
chemically weld it with Tensol 12 adhesive.
Insert the two chassis rails into the slots in the chas-
sis, the engraved parts should face outwards, and
the rear of the trailer is the where the wider part of
plasc is .
Glue the front of the chassis in place, the four cross
members will slot into place.
Glue the rear chassis member into place with the
engraved light details facing outwards.

Glue the three parts of the drawbar together, with
the engraved details poinng out. You may wish to
sand the drawbar thinner to improve tment on a
tractor.
Glue the thin sheet to the thicker sheet to make up
the headboard. Glue the small tabs that support the
bale lades in place, there are engraved lines to
show where to glue them.
Glue the narrow strips to the bale lades, they
should be ush at the top and protrude further than
the lade at the boom.
When painng the rims ensure they have been
washed thoroughly in soapy water to remove the
release agent. Once painted the wheels can be
ed, cut the straw to make the spacers on the axle
7/8mm should be suitable.
You can now sit back and enjoy your model!
Glue the oor onto the trailer. The parts can now be
painted. It is recommended to use a good quality
grey plasc primer. For the top coat RAL 6002 is a
good match for modern Bailey Green, or RAL 6005
for an older Bailey Green. You may wish to test t
the wheels rst before painng.
