Bitte reinigen Sie alle Teile vor
dem ersten Gebrauch – siehe
Kapitel «Reinigung»
So bedienen Sie Ihren
Braun Stabmixer
Der Pürierstab eignet sich z.B. für
die Zubereitung von Dips, Soßen,
Suppen, Mayonnaise, Baby-
Nahrung sowie zum Mixen von
Getränken und Milchshakes.
1. Motorteil !auf den Pürierstab #
setzen und drehen, bis es hörbar
einrastet.
2. Stabmixer in das zu verarbeitende
Gut eintauchen und erst dann mit
dem Schalter ‚einschalten.
Sie können den Stabmixer im Mix-
becher $verwenden, aber auch in
jedem anderen Gefäß. Wenn Sie
beim Kochen direkt im Kochtopf
arbeiten wollen, nehmen Sie den
Topf vom Herd, um den Stabmixer
nicht zu überhitzen.
Rezept-Beispiel: Mayonnaise
200–250 ml Öl
1 Ei (Eigelb und Eiweiß)
1 EL Zitronensaft oder Essig
Salz und Pfeffer nach Geschmack
Zutaten in der genannten Reihen-
folge in den Becher geben. Stab-
mixer senkrecht in den Becher
stellen, einschalten und in dieser
Position halten, bis das Öl emulgiert.
Ohne auszuschalten, den Stabmixer
dann langsam anheben und wieder
senken, bis die Mayonnaise fertig ist.
Vanille-Honig-Pflaumen (als Pfann-
kuchenfüllung oder -aufstrich)
40 g Trockenpflaumen (halbiert) und
50 g klaren Honig jeweils gekühlt in
den Becher des Zerkleinerers geben
und 5 Sekunden verrühren. Dann
10 ml Wasser (mit Vanillegeschmack)
hinzugeben und 3 weitere Sekunden
rühren.
Verwenden Sie hierfür den
Zerkleinerer-Aufsatz HC (als
optionales Zubehör bei Ihrem Braun
Service Center erhältlich; nicht in
jedem Land verfügbar)
Reinigung
Das Motorteil ·nur mit einem feuch-
ten Tuch abwischen. Alle anderen
Teile sind spülmaschinengeeignet.
Allerdings sollten Sie das Messer,
insbesondere nach Verarbeitung
von stark salzhaltigem Gut, möglichst
umgehend abspülen. Vermeiden
Sie auch eine Überdosierung des
Reinigers oder Entkalkers in der
Spülmaschine.
Bei farbstoffreichen Gütern
(z.B. Karotten) können die Kunst-
stoffteile des Gerätes beschlagen
und sich verfärben. Wischen Sie

diese Teile vor der Reinigung mit
Speiseöl ab.
Änderungen vorbehalten.
Dieses Gerät darf am Ende
seiner Lebensdauer nicht
mit dem Hausmüll entsorgt

oder lokal verfügbare Rückgabe-

How to operate your
handblender
The hand blender is perfectly suited
for preparing dips, sauces, soups,
mayonnaise and baby food as well
as for mixing drinks and milk shakes.
1. Insert the motor part !into the
blender shaft #and turn until it
locks.
2. To avoid splashing, insert the
handblender into the vessel first,
only then press switch ‚.
You can operate the handblender in
the mixing beaker $and just as well
in any other vessel. When blending
directly in the saucepan while cooking,
take the pan from the stove first to
protect your handblender from over-
heating.
Recipe example: Mayonnaise
200–250 ml oil
1 egg (yolk and white)
1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Put all ingredients into the beaker
according to the a.m. order.
Introduce the handblender to the
base of the beaker, switch it on and
keep it in this position until the oil
emulsifies. Then, without switching
off, slowly move it up and down until
the mayonnaise is well combined.

Vanilla-Honey-Prunes
(as a pancake stuffing or spread)
Fill 40 g prunes (cut in half) and 50 g
clear honey (both chilled) into the
chopper bowl and mix for 5 seconds,
then add 10 ml water (vanilla-
flavoured) and resume mixing for
3 seconds.
Use the chopper attachment HC
(optional accessory available at
your Braun Service Center; however
not in every country)
Cleaning
Clean the motor part ·with a damp
cloth only. All other parts can be
cleaned in the dishwasher. However,
after processing very salty food, you
should rinse the blade right away.
Also, be careful not to use an over-
dose of cleaner or decalcifier in
your dishwasher.
When processing foods with colour
(e.g. carrots), the plastic parts of the
appliance may become discoloured.
Wipe these parts with vegetable oil
before cleaning.
