1.1
Lettera alla Consegna
La Piattaforma LUI MINI S.I. è stata realizzata in
conformità alle Direttive: CEE 98/37, CEE 89/336 ed è
stata progettata rispettando anche le altre norme
interessate.
Pertanto non presenta pericoli per l’operatore/conduttore
se usata secondo le istruzioni di questo manuale, dall’ad-
destramento fornito dal tecnico del Costruttore, e a
condizione che i dispositivi di sicurezza siano tenuti in
costante efficienza.
Questo foglio ha lo scopo di attestare che al ricevimento
della piattaforma: i dispositivi di sicurezza sono efficienti,
che con la piattaforma è stato consegnato il presente
manuale e che l’operatore si prende la responsabilità di
seguirlo passo passo.
Il responsabile della piattaforma dovrà sempre conservare
in buono stato il presente manuale, dovrà tenerlo nelle
immediate vicinanze della piattaforma e dovrà metterlo a
disposizione immediata dell’operatore.
Il Costruttore informa che qualsiasi modifica o
manomissione della piattaforma e/o operazioni
compiute in disaccordo con quanto scritto in questo
manuale, specialmente il non rispetto delle prescri-
zioni di sicurezza, oltre a far decadere la garanzia,
rende nulla la dichiarazione CE di conformità
originaria.
Il Costruttore si augura che possiate utilizzare
completamente tutte le funzioni della Piattaforma LUI
MINI S.I.
Ricorda che: tutti i valori tecnici si riferiscono alla
piattaforma standard (vedi parte 3 “Caratteristiche
Tecniche”), che i disegni e qualsiasi altro documento
consegnato insieme alla piattaforma sono di proprietà
BRAVIISOL srl, che se ne riserva tutti i diritti e ricorda che
non possono essere messi a disposizione di terzi senza la
Sua approvazione scritta.

1.1
DELIVERY NOTE
The LUI MINI Platform has been manufactured in
compliance with the EEC 98/37 Directives (Machine
Directive) and the EEC 89/336 Directives (Electromagnetic
Compatibility) and following amendments.
Therefore, they are not dangerous to the operator if used
according to the instructions in this manual and along
with the training supplied by the manufacturer's
technician, provided that the safety devices are always
kept effective.
This page testifies:
x that the safety devices were effective when the
machine was received,
x that the present manual was delivered with the
machine, and
x that the operator accepts responsibility for
following the manual step by step.
The manufacturer informs that any modification,
tampering or any operation carried out contrary to
those stated in this manual, its specifications or other
documents which could jeopardize safety will annul
both the warranty and the original CE certification.
The manufacturer hopes that you take advantage of all
of the functions of LUI MINI Platform.
Remember, however, that all of the technical data refer
to the standard machine (see part 3) and that the
drawings and any other documents delivered together
with the machine are property of the manufacturer who
reserves all rights and reminds that they may not be

Scheda Riassuntiva
Manutenzione Ordinaria
Per la buona efficienza della piattaforma mobile è
necessario:
x Controllare che il livello dell’acqua delle
batterie ricopra sempre per circa 5mm le
piastre interne o il paraspruzzi
x Riportare al massimo stato di carica le
batterie dopo ogni utilizzo giornaliero
x Riportare al massimo stato di carica le
batterie prima di un lungo periodo di inutilizzo
della piattaforma e almeno una volta ogni 15
giorni.
x Eseguire tutti gli interventi di manutenzione
ordinaria (PARTE 9).
Per un sicuro utilizzo della piattaforma è
necessario seguire tutte le prescrizioni e indicazioni
descritte nel presente manuale.
La ditta produttrice non risponde dei danni causati
da un errato utilizzo della piattaforma.

1.2
LUI S.I. MOBILE PLATFORM
MAINTENANCE
The following instructions must be complied with to
ensure the correct operation of the mobile platform:
x Make sure that the battery water level is above
the inner plates and splash guard by at least 5
mm
x Fully re-charge the batteries after their daily use
x Fully re-charge the batteries before a long
shutdown of the platform and at least once
every 15 days.
x Carry out all the ordinary maintenance activities
(SECTION 9).
Follow all the recommendations and instructions
contained in this manual for the safe use of the
platform.
The manufacturer shall not be responsible for
damages caused by improper use.

MACHINE IDENTIFICATION

Whenever contacting the manufacturer or its
service centers regarding LUI MINI Platform,
always cite the type and serial number, that can be
read on the identification plate on the column of the
machine.

PART 1
INTRODUCTORY INFORMATION
La piattaforma LUI MINI S.I. rappresenta un nuovo
modo di concepire il lavoro dai 3 ai 5 mt di altezza e
per le sue particolari caratteristiche soddisfa piena-
mente le molteplici esigenze di utilizzatori quali Im-
bianchini , elettricisti,idraulici,installatori di Contro-
soffitti, manutenzioni industriali, imprese di pulizie,
ecc.
LUI MINI S.I. grazie alle sue dimensioni estrema-
mente ridotte (mm.760x1115x1690) è in grado di
passare in posti molto stretti, tipo porte e ascensori
e permette di lavorare agevolmente in ogni tipo di
interno, come ad esempio in scuole, ospedali, alber-
ghi, uffici, supermercati, ristoranti, bar, banche, in-
dustrie e persino appartamenti.
Tale piattaforma riesce a muoversi con facilità in
mezzo a scaffalature, scrivanie, banconi e in am-
bienti operativi (capannoni, fabbriche) senza il biso-
gno di doverne fermare l’attività.
Per lavorare in questi ambienti solitamente vengono
utilizzati i trabattelli manuali o addirittura delle scale.
LUI MINI S.I., decisamente più confortevole e ma-
neggevole, riesce ad arrivare anche nei posti più
stretti, in cui persino l’utilizzo del trabattello ma-
nuale comporterebbe numerose difficoltà.
Facilità di trasporto:
Una delle caratteristiche principali è la facilità di tra-
sporto. Una piattaforma con simili dimensioni può
essere caricata anche su piccoli furgoni, velociz-
zando ed economizzando il trasporto.
Facilità nel superamento di ostacoli per
raggiungere il posto di lavoro:
la piattaforma LUI MINI S.I. è stata ideata per poter
superare pendenze fino ad un 35%.
Tramite l’utilizzo di semplici rampe e del dispositivo
di carico/scarico (Paragrafo 4.1.4) si possono supe-
rare, ad esempio, gradini e scalinate, arrivando al
posto di lavoro nel minor tempo possibile.
The platfom LUI MINI represents a new way of
working at height form 3 to 5 mt and thanks to its
particular features, can fully satisfy the several
requirements of painters, electricians, plumbers,
installers of false ceilings, industrial maintenance
operators, cleaning operators, etc.
The LUI MINI thanks to its compact size
(mm.760x1115x1690) provides easy access to
even the most cramped working environments.
It can pass through standard doorways and
enter lifts, making it the ideal working platform
for all internal working environments eg:
Schools, Hospitals, Hotels, Offices,
Supermarkets, Warehouses. The list is endless.
The platform moves easily between shelves,
desks and in operative environment, without the
need to stop the activity.
The LUI MINI is useful in practically any situation
in which ladders and manual working platforms
are traditionally used. This platform is obviously
easier to manoeuvre and more comfortable than
either of these. It can work in places that even a
manual working platform would have difficulty
entering.
Easy-to-transport:
The LUI MINI is very easy to transport, it can be
loaded onto small trucks, making it quick and
cheap to transport from one job to the next.
It can climb stairs under its own power, therefore
it does not require a crane during delivery and
pick-up
Inaccessible work places are easily reached
LUI MINI can move up an incline of up to 35%
and with the aid of simple ramps and of the
Loading/Unloading Device (Paragraph 4.1.4), it
can climb stairs to reach even the most
inaccessible work places. It is also small enough
to enter most lifts, making it easy to transport to
the upper floors of high buildings.

MANUTENTORE
MECCANICO
Tecnico qualificato in grado di condurre la macchina
in condizioni normali e di intervenire sugli organi
meccanici per effettuare tutte le regolazioni,
interventi di manutenzione e riparazioni necessarie.
Non è abilitato ad intervenire su impianti elettrici in
presenza di tensione.
2.1.7
MANUTENTORE ELETTRICO
O PERSONA ISTRUITA
(Vedi EN 60204 punto 3.55)
Tecnico qualificato in grado di condurre la macchina
in condizioni normali. E’ preposto a tutti gli interventi
di natura elettrica, di regolazione, di manutenzione e
di riparazione.
E’ in grado di operare in presenza di tensione
all’interno di armadi e scatole elettriche.

2.1 CONVENTIONAL SYMBOLS AND

CAUTION!
DANGER OF ELECTROCUTION
Warns the staff in charge that by not carrying out
the operation described according to the safety pre-
cautions that apply they run the risk of an electric
shock.
2.1.2
CAUTION!
GENERAL DANGER
Warns the staff in charge of any potential physical
damage incurred if the operation described is not
carried out according to the safety precautions that
apply.
2.1.3
NOTE
Draws the attention of the staff in charge to some
relevant or important information.
2.1.4
WARNING
Draws the attention of the staff in charge to some
procedures that could cause light personal injuries
or damage to the machine if not respected.
2.1.5
OPERATOR
OR MACHINE DRIVER
Refers to qualified staff, i.e. staff having specific skills,
inasmuch as the operations are entirely manual
and will therefore require all of the driver’s attention
to ensure the best quality results.
It is therefore strictly forbidden to the operator
to carry out any operation that would
otherwise be the responsibility of the
maintenance technician.
2.1.6
MAINTENANCE
TECHNICIAN
Qualified technician who can operate the machine
under normal conditions of use and carry out all ad-
justment, maintenance and repair interventions
needed on mechanical parts.
However this person is not qualified to carry out inter-
ventions on live electrical plants.
2.1.7
ELECTRICAL TECHNICIAN
OR SKILLED PERSON
(See EN 60204 paragraph 3.55)
Qualified technician who can drive the machine under
normal conditions of use and carry out all electrical
adjustment, maintenance and repair interventions.
This person can work on live electrical cabinets and
boxes.

PROTEZIONE
PERSONALE
La presenza di un simbolo tra quelli a fianco della
descrizione richiede obbligatoriamente l’utilizzo di
protezioni personali da parte dell’operatore, essendo
implicito il rischio di infortunio.
2.1.9
INTERVENTI
STRAORDINARI
Eventuali interventi di manutenzione evidenziati dal
simbolo a fianco sono da richiedere al costruttore.
Prima di qualsiasi intervento sull’impianto
oleodinamico bisogna scaricare completamente
la pressione.
2.2
All’atto della consegna della piattaforma il cliente
deve assicurarsi che il pavimento o terreno della
zona in cui essa sarà adagiata sia sufficientemente
livellato e idoneo a sopportare il suo peso ( vedi
caratteristiche tecniche PARTE 3).
La piattaforma può lavorare solo in ambienti
chiusi ed illuminati, su un pavimento piano e
senza buche.
2.3
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO DI SHOCK
ELETTRICO
Solo un elettricista munito di patentino può
intervenire all’interno del quadro elettrico e fare la
dovuta manutenzione e comunque portando la
macchina a Stato Energetico Zero.
E’ assolutamente vietato aprire e manomettere il
quadro elettrico.
2.4
Il personale addetto all’impiego della piattaforma
deve sempre indossare guanti da lavoro, scarpe
antinfortunistiche, casco e cintura di sicurezza.
2.5
Per le operazioni di movimentazione della
piattaforma disimballata fare riferimento al capitolo
trasporto e movimentazione (PARTE 4).
Durante le operazioni di trasferimento della
piattaforma sollevarla, con il cestello completa-
mente abbassato, al massimo 30 centimetri da
terra (salvo ostacoli) e movimentarla molto
lentamente.

PERSONAL PROTECTION
When one of the symbols appearing next to the de-
scription is found, the operator must absolutely
be equipped with safety wear because of the implicit
hazard.
2.1.9
EXTRAORDINARY
MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS
The maintenance operations marked with this symbol
must be carried out by the manufacturer.
Completely discharge the pressure before carry-
ing out any intervention on the oil system.
2.2
Before installing the machine, always check that the
floor is levelled and strong enough to bear its weight
(see section 3 Technical Specifications).
The machine can only be operated in closed envi-
ronments with good lighting conditions on flat,
uniform floors.
2.3
WARNING – DANGER OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK
Maintenance and interventions on the electrical board
can only be carried out by a qualified electrician, who
will anyhow bring the machine to the “Zero” Power
condition.
Do not open or tamper with the electrical board
2.4
The operators in charge of handling the machine and
its equipment must always wear protective gloves,
safety shoes ,a helmet and safety belt.
2.5
For information on handling once the machine has
been unpacked, see section 4 Transport and Han-
dling.
Lift the machine (after completely lowering it) at
max. 30 centimetres from the floor (except for
obstacles) and move it very slowly. Never lift the ma-
chine with the column in operating position (including
very small movements).

E’ assolutamente vietato sollevarla anche di poco
con la colonna estesa per l’esercizio.
E’ assolutamente vietato effettuare la movimenta-
zione della piattaforma mediante modalità diverse da
quelle contemplate dal presente manuale.
Solo in caso di emergenza il Costruttore ha dotato la
macchina di un dispositivo di sollevamento per la
movimentazione manuale.
2.6
STATO ENERGETICO ZERO “0”: ISOLAMENTO
DELLA MACCHINA DALLE SUE FONTI DI
ENERGIA
Prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione di pulizia,
manutenzione e lubrificazione, bisogna portare la
macchina allo stato energetico zero e cioè:
- Piattaforma completamente abbassata
(vedi parte 5 Pannello Comandi)
o con il dispositivo blocco cestello attivato.
- Il Selettore a chiave Q2 deve essere tolto dal
quadro comandi e deve essere consegnato al
Responsabile di Produzione.
- Pulsanti Stop Emergenza premuti.
2.7
Per qualsiasi inconveniente che si possa creare
durante l’utilizzo della piattaforma premere
immediatamente il pulsante STOP/EMERGENZA.
Nell’eseguire tale operazione prestare la debita
attenzione perché il pulsante STOP/EMERGENZA
ferma istantaneamente tutti gli organi in movimento.
Non utilizzare i dispositivi di sicurezza della
piattaforma come sistemi normali di arresto dei
movimenti.
INOLTRE
Leggere alla PARTE 7 “ARRESTI” tutti i modi in
cui è possibile arrestare la piattaforma.
2.8
Qualora, in caso di interventi straordinari, non sia
possibile portare totalmente la piattaforma a stato
energetico ZERO, si deve segnalare i lavori in
corso apponendovi un cartello sulla macchina.

Never use external means to move the machine and
never handle the machine in a way different from the
ones described in this manual . For emergencies the
platform has been provided with a lifting device for the
manual handling of the platform.
2.6
“0” POWER CONDITION. DISCONNECTION
FROM POWER SOURCES.
Before carrying out any cleaning, maintenance or
lubrication operation, always bring the machine to
“zero” power condition, that is:
- Completely lowered basket or basket fixed with the
basket blocking bar.
- Keyswitch Q2 removed from the control panel and
under the responsibility of the Production Manager.
- Stop Emergency button pressed

In case of any problem during operation, whether dur-
ing the production cycle or not, immediately press the
STOP/EMERGENCY button.
The STOP/EMERGENCY button will immediately
stop all the moving elements of the machine.
Never use the safety devices of the platform to stop
the machine during standard operation.
MOREOVER
Read SECTION 7 “EMERGENCY” for additional
information on all the methods to stop the
platform.

If the machine cannot be brought to “ZERO” power
condition during extraordinary maintenance opera-
tions, a sign on the machine must be placed to indi-
cate work in progress.

Non appoggiarsi mai o sedersi per nessuna ragione,
in nessuna parte della piattaforma, tanto che questa
sia in fase di ciclo produttivo, quanto in stato di
emergenza o in stato energetico ZERO.
L’operatore deve essere attento, fisicamente idoneo,
non essere sotto l’effetto di alcool o psicofarmaci che
possano influenzare la vista, l’udito, l’attenzione e le
reazioni.
2.10
La manutenzione della piattaforma deve essere
eseguita solo dal Manutentore Elettrico o
Manutentore Meccanico addestrato che abbia fatto
un corso pratico abilitante l’uso della piattaforma
presso il Costruttore o i suoi centri di Distribuzione
autorizzati. Inoltre deve essere a conoscenza delle
prescrizioni di sicurezza e del contenuto di questo
manuale.
2.11
Le chiavi per la conduzione della piattaforma e di
tutti gli sportelli di accesso a zone interne devono
essere sempre e solo in possesso del Responsabile
della stessa piattaforma.
2.12
Non manomettere o deteriorare volutamente gli
schermi di sicurezza, i fine corsa, ne rimuovere o
nascondere le etichette di avvertimento.
IN CASO DI DETERIORAMENTO O
ILLEGGIBILITA’ DELLE ETICHETTE CHIEDERNE
SUBITO IL RICAMBIO.
2.13
L’utilizzo, la pulizia e la manutenzione devono
essere rigorosamente eseguite ,salvo dove indicato,
da un solo manutentore e MAI IN PIU’ PERSONE.
Il manutentore deve sempre indossare tutte le
protezioni antinfortunistiche di lavoro.
Deve inoltre:
- Indossare una tuta da lavoro chiusa ai polsi.
- Nel caso di capelli lunghi deve legarseli.
In qualsiasi caso non deve mai indossare oggetti e/o
indumenti svolazzanti e/o lacerati (tipo:
collane,orologi, anelli bracciali, sciarpe, foulard,
cravatte ecc.).
2.14
E’ vietato effettuare riparazioni di fortuna pur di
iniziare il lavoro.

Never rest or sit on the machine for any reason during
the production cycle, the emergency status or the
ZERO power condition.
Operators must be alert and physically fit. Do not op-
erate the machine under the effect of alcohol or psy-
chotropic drugs that may affect sight, hearing, alert-
ness and reactions.
2.10
Operation and maintenance must be only carried out
by Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance Operators
who have been trained on how to use the machine at
the Manufacturer’s premises or in his authorised Dis-
tribution Centres. Operators must also be informed on
the safety regulations and the contents of this manual.
2.11
The keys used to operate the machine and the keys
used to access internal areas must always remain
under the exclusive responsibility of the Manager in
charge of the department where the machine is in-
stalled.
2.12
Never tamper with or voluntarily damage safety dia-
grams or stops. Never remove or hide warning labels.
IN CASE OF DAMAGE THAT PREVENTS
READING IMMEDIATELY REPLACE LABELS.
2.13
Operation, cleaning and maintenance must be carried
out by one operator only and NEVER BY SEVERAL
PERSONS, except as otherwise indicated. Operators
must always wear work clothes.
Moreover the operator:
- must wear work overalls with tight cuffs
- must tie back long hair
- must avoid any loose and/or torn objects and/or
clothes (like necklaces, watches, rings, bracelets,
scarves, ties, etc.)

Never carry out makeshift repairs in order to start
working.

Non manomettere o inibire o disconnettere mai i
microinterruttori di sicurezza ne gli altri dispositivi di
sicurezza, per nessuna ragione, ne creare by-pass,
ne utilizzarli per fini diversi da quelli stabiliti e per cui
sono stati installati.
2.16
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO DI CADUTE
L’operatore deve far uso della cintura di sicurezza
agganciandola al corrimano della piattaforma.
2.17
Durante l’impiego della piattaforma, la posizione
corretta in cui l'operatore deve stazionare è quella di
fronte al quadro di comando.
Da quel punto l’operatore può osservare lo spazio di
di manovra della piattaforma ed eventualmente
allontanare eventuali persone fino ad un raggio di 2
metri.
E’ assolutamente vietato sporgersi dal parapetto
della piattaforma.
2.18
Ricordarsi che dopo ogni intervento di pulizia,
lubrificazione, regolazione e manutenzione si
devono ripristinare tutte le sicurezze e rimontare e/o
chiudere tutti i carter di protezione.
2.19
Al termine della manutenzione o riparazione, prima
di avviare la macchina, controllare che non
rimangano attrezzi, stracci o altro materiale dentro ai
vani che contengono delle parti in movimento.
2.20
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO DI CADUTA
E’ vietato far salire sulla piattaforma più di una
persona o mettere cose che portino a superare i
limiti per cui la piattaforma è omologata e/o
predisposta (vedi caratteristiche tecniche della
PARTE 3). INOLTRE SONO VIETATE
OPERAZIONI DI CARICO E SCARICO CON
PIATTAFORMA ELEVATA.
E’ ASSOLUTAMENTE VIETATO CARICARE IL
CESTELLO DELLA PIATTAFORMA DALL’ALTO.

Al termine del lavoro è vietato lasciare la piattaforma
in condizioni potenzialmente pericolose,
quindi bisogna portarla alla minima altezza e a stato
energetico zero.

Never tamper with or disconnect the safety mi-
croswitches or the other safety devices for any rea-
son. Never create by-pass connections or use them
for purposes other than the ones for which they have
been installed.

WARNING – DANGER OF FALL
The operator must use the safety belt and hook it up
to the platform rail.
2.17
The correct position of the operator during the produc-
tion cycle is in front of the control panel.
When in this position, the operator can see the plat-
form working area and ask any people standing in a
2-metre area to move away, as necessary.
Never lean out of the platform rail.
2.18
The operator must restore all safety devices back and
close all protection covers after any cleaning, lubrica-
tion, setting and maintenance operation.
2.19
Once maintenance or repair operations have been
completed, before starting the machine, check that all
tools, cloths or other materials have been removed
from the compartments with moving parts or from the
areas in the proximity of moving mechanisms.
2.20
WARNING: DANGER OF FALL
Make sure that the number of people or the objects
on the platform do not exceed the limits for which
the platform is certified and / or pre-set (see technical
features, SECTION 3).
LOADING AND UNLOADING OPERATIONS
ARE PROHIBITED WITH RAISED PLATFORM.
IT IS ABSOLUTELY FORBIDDEN TO LOAD
GOODS ON THE BASKET FROM AN UPPER
POSITION.

After you have completed your work, NEVER
leave the platform with potential danger sources
and bring it to zero energy status.

ATTENZIONE PERICOLO DI INQUINAMENTO
In tutte le operazioni di manutenzione e alla fine
della vita della macchina, qualsiasi particolare da
gettare non deve essere disperso nell’ambiente,
ma deve essere smaltito rivolgendosi ad agenzie di
smaltimento autorizzate. In ogni caso prima di
smaltire la piattaforma togliere l’olio, togliere le
batterie, bloccare le cose mobili e movimentarla
come descritto nelle relative sezioni di questo ma-
nuale.
2.23
Il primo montaggio deve essere eseguito dal
Costruttore ed è assolutamente vietato fare
qualsiasi tipo di intervento non autorizzato.
2.24
E’ vietato mettere fermi prolungati, questo può
causare instabilità della macchina e pericoli di
caduta, schiacciamento e taglio.
2.25
L’operatore deve eseguire costantemente le
operazioni di manutenzione come specificato nella
PARTE 9 Manutenzione.
2.26
Va ulteriormente indicato che l’uso della piattafor-
ma, la sua manutenzione, la sua pulizia, la sua
regolazione, i suoi spostamenti devono essere
eseguiti solo ed esclusivamente da un personale
altamente qualificato ed addestrato che abbia
anche letto e ben compreso tutte le prescrizioni di
questo manuale.

E’ da considerare zona pericolosa il raggio di 2
metri attorno alla piattaforma. Quindi l’operatore
deve prestare attenzione che non passino o siano
presenti in tale area persone, animali o cose e che
non ci siano impedimenti sia nella parte bassa che
in quella alta dell’area di manovra della piattaforma
(tipo tiranti, colonne, o altro genere di barriere
aeree).

ELETTRICO
E’ vietato l’uso della macchina vicino alle linee
elettriche di tensione non protette.

WARNING – DANGER OF POLLUTION
All the parts to be disposed of as a result of mainte-
nance activities or at the end of the working life of
the equipment must not be left in the surrounding
environment, but disposed of by authorised bodies.
However, before disposing of the platform, drain the
oil, remove the batteries, anchor the moving parts
and handle it as described in the relevant sections of
this manual.
2.23
The first assembly must be carried out by the Manu-
facturer. No interventions can be carried out inde-
pendently.
2.24
Do not use prolonged stops, since they may cause
instability, dangers of falls, crush or cut.
2.25
The operator must constantly carry out the mainte-
nance operations as indicated in section 9 Mainte-
nance.
2.26
The operation, maintenance cleaning, setting and
handling of the machine must be exclusively carried
out by highly qualified and trained personnel in-
formed on the safety instructions contained in this
manual.
2.27
The area comprised within two meters around the
machine is to be considered as dangerous. The op-
erator must make sure that no individuals, animals or
objects remain or enter in such area at low or high
level (i.e. rods, columns or other aerial obstacles).

Do not use the machine near unprotected electrical
power lines.

ATTENZIONE PERICOLO DI RIBALTAMENTO
Qualsiasi movimentazione avanti e indietro deve
essere fatta guardando in direzione dello
spostamento, sia in alto che in basso (vedi PARTE
4 Trasporto e Movimentazione). L’operatore deve
controllare che il pavimento sia pulito, che non ci
siano buche, avvallamenti e/o pendenze. Inoltre
nel raggio d’azione non debbono essere presenti
persone o cose.
2.30
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO DI
SCHIACCIAMENTO
L’operatore, nella fase di salita/discesa,
deve prestare particolare attenzione a sporgersi
dal cestello.
2.31
ATTENZIONE PERICOLO DI CADUTA
E’ vietato mettere scale, ponti o qualsiasi altro
mezzo per alzare ulteriormente il piano di calpestio
del cestello della piattaforma.
2.32
Il carico sulla piattaforma non deve MAI superare la
portata massima ammessa (vedi parte 3
Caratteristiche Tecniche).Il carico non deve sporge-
re dal cestello e possibilmente deve essere bilancia-
to sul cestello.
Se durante la lavorazione la piattaforma si arresta di
frequente vuol dire che il carico è prossimo al peso
massimo ammissibile, quindi per procedere occorre
diminuire il carico.

In caso si debbano sostituire pezzi usurati e/o rotti,
utilizzare solo ed esclusivamente parti di ricambio
originali.

WARNING – DANGER OF OVERTURN
The operator must look in the movement direction,
both up and down, during all forward or backward
movements (see section 4 Transport and Handling).
The operator must also make sure that the floor is
clean and free of holes, depressions, inclinations, indi-
viduals or objects.

WARNING – DANGER OF CRUSH
The operator must make sure that no individuals are
exposed when the machine moves upwards or down-
wards.
2.31
WARNING – DANGER OF FALL
Do not use ladders, decks or any other means to in-
crease the walking height.
2.32
The added platform load MUST NOT exceed the
max. acceptable capacity (see section 3, Technical
features). The load must not stick out of the basket
and must be as balanced as possible on the basket.
Frequent stops of the platform during operation indi-
cate that the load is getting close to the maximum
load level. In this case, the load must be reduced.
2.33
Only use original spare parts to replace worn and/or
broken parts.
