ITALIANO LIBRETTO D’USO E MANUTENZIONE

BATTILE PRO è utilizzato nella posa da interno ed esterno, so-
stituisce la tradizionale operazione manuale, evitando problemi
dovuti alla non corretta distribuzione del collante sulle superci.
Tra le sue caratteristiche troviamo l’estrema efcacia, la sicu-
rezza, il rispetto dell’ambiente, la facilità d’uso e la sua unicità.

NOTE
• La macchina deve essere conservata in un luogo asciutto.
• Rimuovere lo sporco dalla supercie della macchina dopo l’uso.
• Conservare BATTILE PRO nell’apposito box per evitare dan-
neggiamenti.
• Nell’uso frequente è consigliato ricaricare BATTILE PRO a
cadenza giornaliera, si consiglia comunque di ricaricare la
stessa almeno una volta al mese se si prevede di non utiliz-
zarla per un lungo periodo.
ISTRUZIONI PER L’USO
A) Inserire il pacco batteria
B) Tenere premuto il pulsante on / off per accendere la macchina.
C) Premere brevemente il pulsante on / off per regolare la vibrazione:
- livello1: rosso (Min.)
- livello 2: rosso e giallo (Med.)
- livello 3: rosso, giallo e verde (Max.)
D) Al livello 3, tenere premuto il pulsante on / off per spegnere
la macchina.
E) Luce rossa accesa / spenta lampeggiante, signica che la
batteria è a basso livello, ricaricare la batteria.
AVVISO IMPORTANTE: QUESTA BATTERIA NON È IMPERME-
ABILE ALL’ ACQUA, MALFUNZIONAMENTI DOVUTI ALL’USO
CON ACQUA SONO FUORI DAL NOSTRO SERVIZIO DI GARAN-
ZIA.
PROCESSO OPERATIVO
• Posizionare la macchina sulla supercie della piastrella, bloc-
care la leva di aspirazione in avanti (vedere Fig. 7), sollevare la
piastrella e spostarla nell’area di lavoro (vedere Fig. 8).
• Con la leva di aspirazione in avanti “Battile Pro” è in “modalità
di aspirazione” con questo set up, il piastrellista può sollevare la
piastrella e una volta posata, vibrarla (vedere Fig. 9).
• Con la leva di aspirazione indietro (vedere Fig. 7) “Battile
Pro” è in “modalità di lavoro a martello” con questo set up, il
piastrellista può far vibrare la piastrella, facendo scorrere la
macchina su di essa.
• Di fronte a lastre pesanti o piastrelle di grande formato con-
sigliamo di utilizzare un dispositivo a telaio (come Montolit
300-70SL-MOB) per sollevarlo, quindi una volta posato
il piastrellista è libero di far vibrare la piastrella facendola
scorrere su di essa.
• Quando la piastrella / lastra viene posta in posizione ruotare
“BATTILE Pro” e farla scorrere sulla supercie della lastra
usando un “movimento rotatorio” per facilitare il deusso
dell’aria sotto la piastrella al ne di ottenere la corretta di-
stribuzione dell’adesivo (vedere Fig. 10) .
GARANZIA
Validità 2 (due) anni a partire dalla data di vendita (fattura o
bolla di consegna o scontrino scale). Guasti derivanti da un uso
non conforme o da normale usura sono esclusi dalla presente
garanzia.

DISPOSAL OF WASTE EQUIPMENT BY USERS IN PRIVATE
HOUSEHOLDS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION
This symbol on the product or on its packaging in-
dicates that this product must not be disposed of
with your other household waste. Instead, it is your
responsibility to dispose of your waste equipment
by handing it over to a designated collection point
for the recycling of waste electrical and electronic
equipment. The separate collection and recycling of your waste
equipment at the time of disposal will help to conserve natural
resources and ensure that it is recycled in a manner that pro-
tects human health and the environment. For more information
about where you can drop off your waste equipment for recy-
cling, please contact your local city ofce, your household waste
disposal service or the shop where you purchased the product.
BATTILE PRO can be used for indoor and outdoor installation.
It replaces the traditional manual operation and helps to avoid
problems due to the incorrect distribution of the adhesive under
tiles and big slabs. The main features are: extreme usefullness,
safety, respect for the environment and easy use.

NOTE
• The machine must be stored in a dry place.
• Remove any dirt or dust from the machine after use.
• Store BATTILE PRO in its carry-case to avoid damage.
• It’s recommended to recharge the BATTILE PRO daily, for
frequent use. It is also suggested to recharge it, at least, once
a month if not used for long periods.
INSTRUCTIONS
A) Assembly the battery pack
B) Hold down the on/off button to switch ON the machine.
C) Press shortly the on/off button to adjust vibration:
- level 1: Red (Min.)
- level 2: Red and Yellow (Med.)
- level 3: Red, Yellow and Green (Max.)
D) At level 3, hold down on/off button to switch OFF the machine.
E) Red light on/off ashing, means battery is at low level, re-
charge the battery.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: THIS BATTERY PACK IS NOT WATER
PROOF. MALFUNCTION CAUSED BY USE WITH WATER, IT’S
OUT OF WARRANTY.
OPERATING PROCESS
• Place the machine on the tile surface, lock the suction lever
forwards, (see Pic 7), lift the tile and move it to the working
area. (see Pic 8).
• Suction lever forwards, turn “Battile Pro” in “Suction mode”
with this set up , the tiler can lift the tile and once it has been
layed, vibrate it (see Pic 9).
• Suction lever backwards (see Pic 7), turn “Battile Pro” in
“hammer working mode” with this set up, the tiler can vi-
brate the tile, sliding the machine on it.
• Facing heavy slabs or large format tiles we suggest to use
a frame device ( like Montolit 300-70SL-MOB ) to lift it, then
once layed the tiler is free to vibrate the tile sliding the ma-
chine on it.
• When the tile/slab is placed in position turn the “BATTILE
Pro” on and slide it over the surface of the slab using a
“rotatory movement” to facilitate the outow of the air un-
der the tile in order to obtain the correct distribution of the
adhesive (see Pic 10).
