Safety Alert Symbol and Signal Words
The safety alert symbol identifies safety information
about hazards that can result in personal injury. A signal
word (DANGER,WARNING, orCAUTION) is used
with the alert symbol to indicate the likelihood and the
potential severity of injury. In addition, a hazard symbol
may be used to represent the type of hazard.
DANGERindicates a hazard which, if not
avoided,willresult in death or serious injury.
WARNINGindicates a hazard which, if not
avoided,couldresult in death or serious injury.
CAUTIONindicates a hazard which, if not
avoided,couldresult in minor or moderate injury.
NOTICEindicates information considered important but
not hazard-related.

deposits in the carburetor and cause leakage, flow
