Step 1 – Install Batteries
Open latches on the side of the battery pack to access batteries. Install 3 fresh AA batteries,
observing correct polarity (+/-). Close the battery pack, making sure the latches snap shut.
Do not mix old and new batteries and do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc) or rechargeable
(nicad, ni-mh, etc.) batteries.
Caution: Batteries may explode or leak, and cause burn injury if recharged, disposed of in fire, mixed
with a different battery type, or inserted backwards. Replace all used batteries at the same time.
Clean battery contacts and contacts on the device prior to installing. Remove batteries if item will not
be used for long periods of time. When battery expires remove promptly.
Step 2 – Install Battery Pack
Take the silicon strap and loop one of the end holes over the T-hook on the side of the battery pack.
Place the battery pack in the space between the spokes, between 2 cross sections, pull the silicon strap
around the cross section, and secure it tightly on the other T-hook. Any excess strap can be cut off.
Warning: Do not mount the battery pack near or on moving parts, or where it has the potential to
interfere with moving parts.

Step 3 – Insert the Lights
Insert the clear tubing with the
LED lights into the “hollow” area
between the spokes of the wheel.
Step 4 – Place Connector
Place the connector next to the
base of a spoke. Connector does
not snap in.
Step 5 – Push Tube to Rim
Push the clear tube to the rim of the
wheel. Starting at the connector
continue all the way around the rim
until you reach back to the
connector.
Step 6 – Perfect Circle or Fill Wheel (What size is your wheel?)
Wheels 24 inches and larger:
It is recommended to create a perfect circle by cutting the
clear tube and LED string with a pair of scissors to the
proper length to be able to connect the end of the tube to
the connector piece. Always cut the tube longer than you
think is necessary. If you cut the tube too short, use the
included zip ties to fasten the tubing to the spokes.
Wheels smaller than 23 inches:
it is recommended to fill the wheel with the
remaining clear tube and fasten the tube
with the included zip ties.
Step 7 – Securing cord
Wrap the cord around a spoke and secure it using
one of the zip ties.
Important Information:
This product will work on most bike
wheels larger than 20”. This product will
not work on wheels with an abnormally
high or low number of spokes.
Caution!
After installation is complete make sure
to check that no parts interfere with the
operation of the bicycle!
Maintenance
Clean with mild soap and water.
