NOTES ORPREVENTIVE MEASURES
1.Environment
1)Themachine shouldbeoperatedindryenvironmentswithhumiditylevelsofmax90%.
2)Ambient temperatureshouldbebetween -10 to40degreescentigrade.
3)Avoidweldinginsunshine ordrippings. Donot let waterinfiterthe machine.
4)Avoidweldingindust area ortheenvironmentwithcorrosivegas.
5)Avoidgasweldinginthe environmentwithstrongairflow.
2.Safetynorms
Theweldingmachine isinstalled withprotection circuit ofovervoltage, overcurrent and overheat. When
voltage,outputcurrentandtemperatureofmachine exceed therequired standard,weldingmachine will
stopworkingautomatically.However,overuse(suchasovervoltage)will stillresultindamagetothe
weldingmachine.Toavoidthis, theusermust payattention tothe following.
1)Theworking area isadequatelyventilated
Theweldingmachine ispowerfulmachine, when it isbeingoperated, it generatedbyhighcurrents,
and naturalwind will notsatisfymachine cooldemands.Sothereisafan ininner-machine tocool
downmachine.Makesuretheintakeisnotinblock orcovered,itis0.3meterfromwelding
machine toobjectsofenvironment. Usershouldmakesurethe workingarea isadequately
ventilated. It isimportant forthe performanceand thelongevityofthe machine.
2)Donotoverload
The operatorshouldremembertowatchthe maxdutycurrent(Responsetothe selectedduty
cycle).Keepwelding currentisnotexceed maxdutycyclecurrent.Over-load currentwill damage
and burnupmachine.
3)Noovervoltage
Powervoltagecan befound indiagramofmaintechnicaldata.Automaticcompensation circuitof
voltagewillassurethatweldingcurrentkeepsinallowablerange.Ifpowervoltageisexceeding
allowablerangelimited,it will damagetocomponentsofmachine.The operatorshouldunderstand
thissituation and takepreventivemeasures.
4)Thereisagroundingscrewbehind weldingmachine,withagroundingmarkeron it. Before
operation,weldingcrustmustbegrounded reliablewithcablewhichsection isover6square
millimeter, inordertoprevent fromstaticelectricity, and accidentsbecauseofelectricityleaking.
5)Ifweldingtimeisexceeded dutycyclelimited,weldingmachine will stopworkingforprotection.
Becausemachine isoverheated,temperaturecontrolswitchison “ON position andtheindicator
lightisred.Inthissituation, you donthavetopull theplug, inordertoletthe fan coolthe machine.
When the indicatorlightisoff,and the temperaturegoesdowntothestandardrange,itcanweld
