3. Load Capacity Input Voltage Factor
The acceptable AC input range for the VRG series is between 140V and 270V. Inside this range the
VRG is able to stabilize the output power to 230V +/- 5% to provide a stabilized pure sine AC power.
Note that when the input voltage drops significantly the VRG must draw more current to provide
the voltage boost to keep the 230V output, this results in reduced power capacity as low as 50%
of the rated maximum. When voltages in these lower ranges are expected then it is necessary to
size your VRG larger to be able to meet the capacity demands of your attached equipment.
