1 Sicherheit
1.1 Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Vorsicht!
Bei der Installation des Zubehörs besteht die Gefahr erheblicher
Sachschäden. Deshalb darf das Zubehör nur durch
Fachunternehmen montiert und durch Sachkundige der
Erstellerfirmen erstmalig in Betrieb genommen werden!
Verwendetes Zubehör muss den Technischen Regeln
entsprechen und vom Hersteller in Verbindung mit diesem
Zubehör zugelassen sein.
Vorsicht!
Es dürfen nur Original-Ersatzteile verwendet werden.
Gefahr!
Lebensgefahr durch Umbauten am Kessel!
Eigenmächtige Umbauten und Veränderungen am Kessel sind
nicht gestattet, da sie Menschen gefährden und zu Schäden an
dem Kessel führen können. Bei Nichtbeachtung erlischt die
Zulassung des Kessels!
1.2 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das Abgaskaskadensystem BK 250/1 dient zur Abführung der Abgase
zweier Gas-Brennwertkessel der Serien SGB 125-170 mit jeweils gleicher
Leistung.
Das Abgaskaskadensystem BK 250/2 dient zur Abführung der Abgase
zweier Gas-Brennwertkessel der Serien SGB 215-300 mit jeweils gleicher
Leistung.
Verweis:
Die Montageanleitung der verwendeten Gas-Brennwertkessel ist
zu beachten.

Diese Montageanleitung wendet sich an den Heizungsfachmann, der das
Zubehör installiert.

5 Installation
5.1 Montage BK 250/1 und BK 250/2 (Abgasanschluss oben)
Die in der Tabelle aufgeführten Bauteile sind gemäß Abb .
zusammenzubauen.
Wichtig:
Die verwendeten Dichtungen sind mit Gleitpaste zu versehen.
Wichtig:
Die Abgasleitung muß mit Gefälle zur Feuerstätte verlegt werden,
damit das Kondenswasser aus der Abgasleitung zum zentralen
Kondenswassersammler bzw. zum Siphonanschluss ablaufen
kann. Das Mindestgefälle beträgt für waagerechte Abgasleitung
min. 3° (5,5 cm/m).

5.2 Montage BK 250/1 und BK 250/2 (Abgasanschluss hinten)
Die in der Tabelle aufgeführten Bauteile sind gemäß Abb .
zusammenzubauen.
Wichtig:

1 Safety
1.1 General safety instructions
Caution
There is a risk of significant material damage when installing the
accessories. Accessories must therefore only be installed by
trained contractors and commissioned by a competent person
appointed by the system installer. Accessories used must
correspond to the technical regulations and be approved by the
manufacturer in combination with these accessories.
Caution
Only genuine spare parts may be used.
Danger
Risk of death due to modifications to the boiler!
Unauthorised conversions and modifications to the boiler are not
permitted, as these can put people at risk and cause damage to
the boiler. Failure to comply with these instructions renders the
approval for the boiler void.
1.2 Recommendations
The flue cascade systems BK 250/1 are designed for routing flue gas from
two gas condensing boilers from the series Eurocondense 125 kW-170
kW with the same output.
The flue cascade systems BK 250/2 are designed for routing flue gas from
two gas condensing boilers from the series Eurocondense 215 kW-300
kW with the same output.

The assembly instruction of the gas condensing boiler used must
be followed.

5 Installation
5.1 Assembly of flue cascade systems BK 250/1 and BK 250/2 (flue outlet at the top)
Assemble the components listed in the table as shown in fig .
Important
Apply lubricant to gaskets.
Important
Route the flue with a fall towards the combustion equipment so
the condensate can drain from the flue to the central condensate
collector or to the siphon connection. The minimum fall for a
horizontal flue pipe is min. 3 ° (5.5 cm / m).

1 Consignes de sécurité
1.1 Consignes générales de sécurité
Attention
Il existe un risque sérieux de dommages matériels lors de
l'installation des accessoires. Les accessoires doivent donc être
installés exclusivement par des entreprises formées à cet effet, et
mis en service par une personne compétente nommée par
l'installateur du système. Les accessoires utilisés doivent
correspondre aux réglementations techniques et la combinaison
avec ces accessoires doit être approuvée par le fabricant.
Attention
Utiliser uniquement des pièces de rechange d’origine.
Danger
Risque mortel en cas de modification de la chaudière !
Les conversions et modifications non autorisées sur la chaudière
sont interdites, car elles peuvent mettre en danger la vie de
personnes et endommager la chaudière. Tout manquement à ces
instructions annule l'homologation de la chaudière.
1.2 Utilisation conforme
Le système de cascade à gaz de fumée BK 250/1 servent à évacuer les
gaz de fumée de deux chaudières de condensation à gaz de la série SGB/
Moorea 125-170 présentant la même puissance.
Le système de cascade à gaz de fumée BK 250/2 servent à évacuer les
gaz de fumée de deux chaudières de condensation à gaz de la série SGB/
Moorea 215-300 présentant la même puissance.
