DE Verlegung (Skizze)
Spannbänder nacheinander von aussen nach innen
durchtrennen und Ring im Graben (oder neben
dem Graben) abrollen.

und im eingespannten Zustand abkühlen. Richtschiene
vom Rohr lösen.

DE Verlegung und Montage bei tiefen Aussentemperaturen
(< 5 °C)
Ring wenn möglich in einer geheizten Halle lagern oder
mit Heizstrahlern Aussenmantel wärmen und dann sofort
verlegen. Rohrende wie oben beschrieben richten.

If possible store coil indoors or warm up the outer jacket
with a radiant heater and lay immediately. Position end of
pipe as shown above.

Handsäge, Markierungsstift, Zollstock,
Messer, Edelstahl-Drahtbürste, Feile
(H2), Zange, Innensechskantschlüssel*,
Ratsche, Schelle.

Saw, marker pen, folding rule, knife,

allen key*, ratchet, clamp.

DE An der Schutzkappe ausgerichtet, eine
Linie in Umfangsrichtung um den PE-
Mantel markieren.
EN Make a mark around the casing pipe
using the protection cap as a guide.

DE Ausrichten der Rohrenden
Ca. 1m der Rohrlänge gerade biegen,
ggf. mit einer Biegevorrichtung.
Rohrleitung vor Anbringung der An-
schlussverbindung gut befestigen (z.B.
auf einem Montagebock).
Beim Befestigen von Rohrteilen in der
Schraubzwinge immer Klemmbacken
benutzen.
EN Aligning the pipe ends
Straighten out a length of approx. 1
m of the pipe, using a bending device
if necessary. Fix the piping securely
 inplacebeforettingtheconnector
assembly (e.g. on an assembly stand).
Always use protective pipe clamping
jawswhenxingthepipeinthevice.

DE Mit der Säge am Umfang durchsägen.
Achtung: Auf Überwachungsadern
achten!

DE PE-Mantel entfernen.
EN Remove the casing pipe.

DE Schaum mit dem Messer entfernen.
Achtung! Auf Überwachungsadern
achten!
EN Remove the foam using the knife.
Attention: Take care not to cut the moni-
toring wires.

DE PE-Mantel in Längsrichtung mit dem
Messer aufschneiden.
EN Cut the casing pipe longitudinally using
the knife.
9.
DE Überwachungsadern zurückbiegen.
EN Bend the monitoring wires backwards.
10.
DE Wellrohr etwa 90 mm vom Ende des PE-
Mantels markieren.
EN Make a mark on the corrugated pipe 90
mm from the end of pipe casing.

DE Schelle an der Markierung befestigen
und Rohrumfang dreimal ausmessen.
EN Fit the clamp at the mark and check the
distance at 3 points around the pipe.
12.
DE Wellrohr an der Vorderseite der Schelle
durchsägen.
EN Saw through the corrugated pipe using
the face of the clamp as a guide.
13.
DE Lappen hineinlegen und Rohrende innen
entgraten.
EN Insert a cloth and remove all burrs from
the inside of the pipe.
14.
DE Lappen hineinlegen und Rohrende aus-
sen entgraten.
EN Insert a cloth and remove all burrs from
the outside of the pipe.
15.
DE Außenäche mit Edelstahl-Drahtbürste
säubern.
EN Clean the outer surface using a stainless
steel brush to remove all traces of insula-
tion.

DE Lappen sowie alle Metallspäne entfernen.
EN Remove the cloth and all shavings.

DE Stützring (1) in das Wellrohr ein-
schrauben. Ca. 30 mm müssen noch
vorstehen.
EN Screw the internal backing sleeve (1)
into the corrugated pipe. Approx. 30
mm of the internal backing sleeve
must be left protruding from the end
of the corrugated pipe.
18.
DE Druckring (3) auf das Wellrohr auf-
schrauben, bis das interne Gewinde in
voller Länge festgeschraubt ist und der
Ring dicht aufsitzt.
EN Screw the thrust collar (3) onto the
corrugated pipe, this must be screwed
the full length of the internal thread and
until it is tight.
19.
DE Anschlussstück (4) dicht gegen den
Stützring (1) aufschieben. Der Spalt
zwischen Anschlussstück (4) und Druck-
ring (3) muss 1.5 - 2,0 mm betragen.
Der Stützring (1) kann hinein- oder
herausgeschraubt werden, bis der Spalt
zwischen den Druckring (3) und dem
Anschlussstück (4) erreicht wird.
EN Push the connecting piece (4) right
up against the internal backing sleeve
(1). The distance between the connec-
ting piece (4) and the thrust collar (3)
must be 1,5-2,0 mm. You must screw the
internal backing sleeve (1) in or out in
order to achieve the gap 1,5-2,0 mm
between the thrust collar (3) and con-
necting piece (4).

20.
DE Anschlussstück (4) herausziehen und
Graphit-Dichtring (2) in voller Länge in
den Spalt zwischen dem Stützring (1)
und dem Druckring (3) schieben.
EN Remove the connection piece (4) and
push the graphite packing (2) in its
whole length inside the gap between the
internal backing sleeve (1) and the thrust
collar (3).

DE Anschlussstück (4) dicht gegen den
 Druckring(3)mitdenvorläugen
Schrauben aufschrauben.
Schrauben gut einfetten!
EN Push the connection piece (4) right
up against the thrust collar (3) using
the pre-installation bolts.
Use grease or oil to prevent breakage
of the pre-installation bolts.

DE VorläugeSchraubenanziehenbisdie
Rundschrauben (5) eingesetzt
 werdenkönnen.AllevorläugeSchrau-
ben durch Rundschrauben (5)
ersetzen. Alle Rundschrauben (5) im
Uhrzeigersinn anziehen. Das An-
schlussstück (4) und der Druckring (3)
müssen gegeneinander festgeschraubt
werden bis sie dicht aufeinandersitzen.
EN Tighten the preinstallation bolts
until the permanent bolts (5) can be
used. Replace all preinstallation bolts
with permanent bolts (5). Tighten
all permanent bolts (5) clockwise.
The connecting piece (4) and the thrust
collar (3) must be bolted together until
 bothangesmeetallthewayround.
23.
DE Ggf. O-Ring anbringen.
EN Ifrequired:ttheO-ring.
24.
DE Verbindungskabel durch den O-Ring
führen und mit den Überwachungsa-
dern verbinden.
Siehe getrennte Montageanleitung.
EN Grease the O-ring. Fit the protective
cap with a strong push until it makes
contact with the beveled edge of the
thrust collar (3).

DE O-Ring einfetten. Schutzkappe bis zur
abgeschrägten Kante des Druckrings (3)
fest aufschieben.
EN Grease the O-ring. Fit the protective
cap with a strong push until it makes
contact with the beveled edge of the
thrust collar (3).
26.
DE Schutzkappe mit den dazugehörigen
Schrauben befestigen.
Verbindungsstück für Überwachungs-
adern aufschrauben. Ggf.: Schrumpf-
manschette je zur Hälfte über PE-Mantel
und Schutzkappe ziehen.
Siehe getrennte Montageanleitung.
EN Fix the protective cap with its screws.
Screw the connector for monitoring
wires. If required: Fit shrink sleeve half
to half on casing pipe and protective cap.
