Section 1: Safety & Technical Information
1.1 Authorized Standards
a) Federal Communications Commission (FCC):
This device complies with technical requirements of the FCC.
b) Power Specifications
AC 100-240 50/60 HZ 50VA
1.2 Safety Precautions
Carefully read operating instructions of the BTBP Clarity TM Mini 3D System and any relevant accessory equipment,
before you begin to use the system.
The light emitted during the Facial Image Capture may produce varying effects between individuals depending on
their sensitivity to light; we recommend clients to close their eyes while capturing images even though there is no
harm with open eye captures.
When cleaning the lens of the BTBP ClarityTM Mini 3D System use a clean cloth such as an eye glass cleaning cloth.
Caution: Do not use any liquid spray which has chemical to clean the lens.
Be sure to use only the power cable supplied with your system by BTBP. Using any other cables may lead to an
electrical shock and may cause damage to the equipment.
Do not plug or unplug the cable with wet hands as it may suffer an electric shock.
To protect the BTBP ClarityTM Mini 3D System from sudden, transient increases or decreases in electrical power,
use a certified or approved surge suppressor, line conditioner, or Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) in the
country where Clarity is installed.
Contact your local dealer or agent if your equipment needs repair. Disassembling or modifying the equipment of
the BTBP ClarityTM Mini 3D System by yourself may cause a fire or an electric shock and will void your warranty.
NEVER clean the BTBP Clarity TM Mini 3D System with alcohol, benzene, paint thinners, or other flammable
substances; otherwise this may cause discoloration or deformation.

If it is heavily smeared, wipe it with a wrung out cloth moistened with dilute neutral detergent, then dry it with a
soft cloth. NEVER clean any of the system equipment with water. Using flammable substances near the unit’s high-
voltage areas may also result in a fire or electrical shock.
Always ensure that the main station and other accessory equipment are placed on a dry, stable surface. Placing
them on a swaying base or inclined place may cause the product to fall down resulting in breakdown and/or injury.
Keep cables free and clear from traffic areas to prevent trip hazards.
When transporting the system, be sure to place it into the original packing box. If you use any box other than that,
this may cause the product to fail or break down due to being given vibration or shock.
Be sure to disconnect the cables before moving the Clarity System.
Keep the BTBP ClarityTM Mini 3D System clear of any food or liquid.
If the system shows an abnormality like emission of smoke, excessive heat or unpleasant smell, stop operating it. If
you continue using it, it may cause a fire or an electrical shock. If you find any abnormality, unplug the connector
from the PC immediately, and contact your local dealer or the BTBP Technical Support. Never service the product
by yourself as this is extremely dangerous.
Should any liquid such as water come into the inside of the system, unplug the device connector from the PC
immediately and contact your local dealer or the BTBP Technical support. If you continue to use it, it may lead to a
fire or an electric shock.
Connect the power cord of the equipment only to properly grounded electrical receptacles to prevent the
occurrence of fire or electrical shock.
Follow the instructions and specifications provided in this user guide, for proper installation of the BTBP ClarityTM
Mini 3D System hardware and software.
