WARNING: Take care to avoid touching the surfaces as surfaces remain hot
during and immediately after use.
BUFFALO Conveyor Toasters can be set up to return the toast from the front or rear of the appliance. This
is known as ‘Return’ or ‘Pass-through’ operation and can be set up to best suit the kitchen environment.
Fit the Feeder
1. Squeeze the arms of the feeder and slot the arms in to the
feeder mounting holes (Fig. 1).
2. Rest the legs on the outside of the appliance.
Return Operation
To set-up the toaster for return operation:
1. Close the back door of the appliance and fix it in the vertical
position.
2. Slide the return chute in to the bottom of the appliance and
secure it to the two pins located inside the rear of the appliance. Fig. 1

Pass-through Operation
To set-up the toaster for pass-through operation:
1. Remove the back door of the appliance.
2. Fix it inside the appliance by resting the curved
lip of the door on the two pins at the end of the
belt [Fig. 2].
3. Attach the Pass-through chute to the hanging
screws at the rear of the appliance.

The BUFFALO Conveyor Toaster has 3 power levels:
Top&Bottom Full power to both upper and lower elements
Top Full power to upper element only
Standby Energy Saver (reduces power to minimum, providing quick heat up times
when required)
The speed of the conveyor belt can also be altered to adjust the cooking level.
• Turn the knob clockwise towards Light (increases the speed of the belt) for a lighter toasting.
• Turn the knob anti-clockwise towards Dark (slows the speed of the belt) for a darker toasting.
To toast:
1. Connect the appliance to the power supply.
2. Set the power and belt speed.
Note: BUFFALO recommend that the Conveyor Toaster is allowed to heat up for
30 minutes before use.
3. Place the bread on the Feeder.
4. The bread is toasted as it travels through the appliance.
5. If necessary, adjust the power level / belt speed to achieve the desired level of toasting.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
• Always turn Off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply before cleaning.
• Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.
• Regularly remove and empty the crumb tray.
• Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the appliance.
• Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
• A BUFFALO dealer or qualified technician should carry out repairs if required.

Electrical Wiring
This appliance is supplied with a 3 pin BS1363 plug and lead.
The plug is to be connected to a suitable mains socket.
This appliance is wired as follows:
• Live wire (coloured brown) to terminal marked L
• Neutral wire (coloured blue) to terminal marked N
• Earth wire (coloured green/yellow) to terminal marked E
This appliance must be earthed.
If in doubt consult a qualified electrician.
Electrical isolation points must be kept clear of any obstructions. In the event of any emergency
disconnection being required they must be readily accessible.

• Indien de stroomkabel beschadigd raakt, dient men deze
door een BUFFALO-monteur of aanbevolen vakman te laten
vervangen om gevaarlijke situaties te voorkomen.
• Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor gebruik door personen met

Inleiding
Neem de tijd om deze handleiding aandachtig door te lezen. Correct gebruik en onderhoud van deze

WAARSCHUWING: voorkom de aanraking van de oppervlakken omdat deze
tijdens en na gebruik heet zijn.
De BUFFALO Conveyor Toasters kunnen zowel aan de voor- als de achterzijde het geroosterde brood
uitgeven. Dit staat bekend als de ‘terugloop’- of ‘doorloop’-werking en is in overeenstemming met de
keukenomgeving in te stellen.
Plaatsing van het laadrek
1. Druk de armen van het laadrek in en plaats deze in de
montagegaten voor het laadrek (fig. 1).
2. Laat de voetjes op de buitenkant van het apparaat rusten.
Terugloopwerking
De toaster instellen voor de terugloopwerking:
1. Sluit de achterklep van het apparaat en zet het apparaat in de
verticale positie.
2. Schuif de terugloop-schuifplaat in de onderzijde van het
apparaat en bevestig deze op de twee pinnen aan de
binnenkant van de achterzijde van het apparaat. Fig. 1

Doorloopwerking
De toaster instellen voor de doorloopwerking:
1. Haal de achterklep van het apparaat.
2. Plaats deze in de binnenkant van het apparaat
door de ronde lip van de klep op de twee
pinnen te laten rusten aan het einde van de
band [fig. 2].
3. Bevestig de doorloopschuifplaat aan de
hangschroeven aan de achterzijde van het
apparaat.

De BUFFALO Conveyor Toaster heeft 3 standen:
Top&Bottom Volledig vermogen op boven- en onderelementen
Top Volledig vermogen alleen op het bovenelement
Standby Energiebesparing (vermogen op de laagste stand, zorgt voor snelle
opwarmtijden wanneer vereist)
De snelheid van de transportband kan ook aan de kookstand worden aangepast.
• Draai de knop naar rechts op de stand Light (verhoogt de snelheid van de band) voor een lichtere
roosterstand.
• Draai de knop naar links op de stand Dark (vermindert de snelheid van de band) voor een donkere
roosterstand.
Om brood te roosteren:
1. Steek de steker van het apparaat in het stopcontact.
2. Stel het vermogen en de bandsnelheid in.
Opmerking: BUFFALO raadt aan om de Conveyor toaster voor gebruik gedurende
30 minuten op te warmen.
3. Plaats het brood op het laadrek.
4. Het brood wordt geroosterd naarmate het door het apparaat loopt.
5. Indien nodig, pas de vermogen-/bandsnelheid aan voor de gewenste roosterintensiteit.
Reiniging, zorg & onderhoud
• Alvorens het apparaat te reinigen dient men altijd het apparaat uit te schakelen en de steker uit het
stopcontact te halen.
• Laat het apparaat afkoelen voordat u met het schoonmaken begint.
• Men dient regelmatig de kruimellade te verwijderen en leeg te maken.
• Gebruik warm zeepwater en een vochtige doek om de buitenkant van het apparaat te reinigen.
• Na reiniging goed drogen.
• Eventuele reparaties moeten door een BUFFALO vertegenwoordiger of een vaktechnicus worden
uitgevoerd.

Elektrische bedrading
Men dient de stekker op een geschikt stopcontact aan te sluiten.
De bedrading van dit apparaat is als volgt:
• Stroomkabel (bruin) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met L
• Neutraalkabel (blauw) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met N
• Aardekabel (groen/geel) naar de aansluitklem gemarkeerd met E
Dit apparaat moet worden geaard.
Raadpleeg bij twijfel een vakkundige elektricien.
De elektrische isolatiepunten mogen niet worden geblokkeerd. In geval van een nooduitschakeling
moeten de isolatiepunten direct toegankelijk zijn.

Conseils de sécurité
• Placez l’appareil sur une surface plane, stable.
• L’installation et les éventuelles réparations doivent être
confiées à un dépanneur / technicien qualifié. Ne retirez aucun
composant ou cache de ce produit.
• Consultez les normes locales et nationales pour vous
conformer aux :
- lois sur l’hygiène et la sécurité au travail ;
- codes de bonnes pratiques BS EN ;
- précautions contre le risque d’incendie ;
- réglementations sur les branchements électriques IEE ;
- règlements sur la construction.
• Certaines surfaces chauffent pendant et après
l’utilisation de l’appareil - utilisez-le et manipulez-le en
prenant les précautions qui s’imposent.
• NE PAS utiliser d’ustensiles métalliques pour retirer du pain ou
des miettes de l’appareil.
• NE PAS immerger l’appareil.
• ÉVITEZ de nettoyer à l’aide d’un nettoyeur à jet ou d’un

de connaissances suffisantes, à moins que lesdites personnes

AVERTISSEMENT : Veillez à ne pas toucher aux surfaces, qui restent chaudes
pendant et immédiatement après l’utilisation de l’appareil.
Le grille-pain à convoyeur BUFFALO peut être réglé pour que les toasts sortent du devant ou de l’arrière
de l’appareil. Cette opération dite de « retour » ou de « transfert » peut être configurée en fonction des
impératifs de la cuisine où il est installé.
Installation du distributeur
1. Serrez les bras du distributeur et faites-les passer dans les trous
de montage du distributeur (Fig. 1).
2. Posez les pieds sur la partie extérieure de l’appareil.
Retour
Pour configurer la fonction de retour du grille-pain :
1. Fermez le volet arrière de l’appareil et bloquez-le en position
verticale.
2. Faites coulisser la goulotte de retour sur le fond de l’appareil et
calez-la à l’aide des deux axes situés dans la partie arrière de
l’appareil.

Transfert
Pour configurer la fonction de transfert du grille-
pain :
1. Retirez le volet arrière de l’appareil.
2. Calez-le à l’intérieur de l’appareil en posant
la lèvre recourbée du volet sur les deux axes
situés à l’extrémité du convoyeur [Fig. 2].
3. Montez la goulotte de transfert sur les vis
situées à l’arrière de l’appareil.

Utilisation du toaster
Le grille-pain à convoyeur BUFFALO vous offre trois niveaux d’intensité :
Top&Bottom Pleine puissance aux éléments supérieur et inférieur
Top Pleine puissance à l’élément supérieur uniquement
Standby Économiseur d’énergie (réduit la puissance au minimum, offrant des temps
de chauffe rapides en cas de besoin)
La vitesse de défilement du convoyeur est réglable également, pour permettre d’adapter le niveau de
cuisson.
• Faites tourner la molette dans le sens horaire vers Light (Léger - le convoyeur accélère) pour un pain
plus légèrement doré.
• Faites tourner la molette dans le sens anti-horaire vers Dark (Intense - le convoyeur ralentit) pour un
pain plus franchement doré.
Pour faire griller du pain :
1. Branchez l’appareil à la prise d’alimentation secteur.
2. Réglez l’intensité des éléments et la vitesse de défilement du convoyeur.
Remarque : BUFFALO vous recommande de faire chauffer le Grille-pain à
convoyeur pendant 30 minutes avant de l’utiliser.
3. Posez le pain sur le distributeur.
4. Le pain grille au fur et à mesure de son passage à travers l’appareil.
5. Si nécessaire, réglez l’intensité / la vitesse de passage pour obtenir un toast à votre goût.
Nettoyage, entretien et maintenance
• Veillez à toujours éteindre l’appareil et à le débrancher de la prise secteur avant de le nettoyer.
• Laissez l’appareil refroidir avant de le nettoyer.
• Retirez et videz régulièrement le tiroir ramasse-miettes.
• Nettoyez l’extérieur de l’appareil à l’aide d’un chiffon humide imbibé d’eau savonneuse tiède.
• Séchez minutieusement l’appareil après l’avoir nettoyé.
• Les réparations, le cas échéant, doivent être confiées à un agent BUFFALO ou à un technicien qualifié.

Raccordement électrique
La prise doit être raccordée à la prise secteur qui convient.
Le branchement des fils de cet appareil correspond au schéma suivant :
