PROCÉDURE D’OPÉRATION
1) Assurez-vous que la machine Barbe à Papa ne soit pas branchée avant de
suivre les instructions suivantes.
2) La machine est conçue pour fonctionner sur du 120 volt. Donc brancher la
machine seulement sur du 120 volt afin d’éviter blessure et bris.
3) Assurez-vous de choisir un endroit sécuritaire et de placer la machine à un
endroit stable et solide. Cette machine fonctionne à grande vitesse. LA
STABILITÉ EST ESSENTIELLE A VOTRE SÉCURITÉ.

4) Nettoyer la surface interne de la panne. (Voir procédure de nettoyage P.9)
5) La machine possède 3 sources de contrôle;
Moteur et l’interrupteur maitre- Mettre à « ON » & « OFF » pour
alimenter la tête rotative.
Interrupteur de chaleur – Alimente la chaleur à la tête rotative
Gradateur de Chaleur – Augmente ou diminue le voltage à la tête
rotative en utilisant le gradateur.
6) Assurez-vous que la panne est bien barrée en place en utilisant les
attaches.
7) Maintenant vous pouvez brancher la machine dans une prise de courant.
8) Mettre le moteur et la Chaleur en position « ON » et laisser chauffer
pendant 1 à 2 minutes. Observer la stabilité de la machine. Assurez-vous
qu’il n’y a pas de vibration excessive, s’il y en a, mettre le moteur et la
chaleur en position « OFF ». Débrancher la machine et assurez-vous que
celle-ci est sur une surface plane, stable et de niveau. Vérifier que la tête
rotative soit de niveau et tourne correctement.
9) Mettre l’interrupteur de Chaleur à ON et attendre 3 à 4 minutes afin que la
chaleur soit à point.
10) Une fois la machine chaude, éteindre le moteur, ajouter une cuillère (avec
l’instrument fourni) de sucre barbe à papa. Ne pas remplir à rebord. Trop
remplir la tête peut mener à de la fumée intense et endommager la
machine.
11) À l’intérieur de 30-45 secondes, la barbe à papa va se former. (voir
procédure de création de cône P.8) Assurez-vous de faire tourner la tête
jusqu’à ce que le sucre soit disparu. IMPORTANT! Ne pas brûler
l’ensemble du sucre ce qui pourrait mener à de la fumée intense et
endommager la machine lors du prochain cycle. Répéter ces étapes
pour produire de la barbe à papa. Pour chaque heure de production,
laissez reposer la machine 20 minutes.
12) Pour nettoyer la tête rotative, laisser tourner la tête avec chaleur et ajouter
½ cuillère d’eau dans la tête à l’aide de l’outil fourni. Laissez l’eau
s’échapper au complet. Éteindre la machine et essuyer avec un linge.
OPERATING PROCEDURE
1) Make sure the Cotton Candy Machine is unplugged before you do any of
the following.
2) Cotton Candy Machine is rated at 120 volt. Only plug unit into 120 volt
power source to avoid potential damage to unit.
3) Make sure that you have chosen a safe location for operation and that
you place it on a stable, sturdy surface. This machine operates at high
speeds. STABILITY IS ESSENTIAL FOR SAFETY

4) Clean the internal surface of the pan. (see Cleaning procedure page 9).
5) The cotton candy Machine has 3 controls:
Motor and master switch – Turns motor “on” & “off” to supplies current
to the heat switch.
Heat Switch – Supplies current to the heating rotating head “on” &“off”
Heat Control – Increases or decreases voltage to the voltage to the
heating rotating head, using the graduated dial
6) Make sure that the pan is lock into place using the clamping brackets.
7) Now you can plug in the power cord of the candy cotton machine.
8) Turn the Motor and Master switch on and allow the unit to heat up for
1 or 2 minutes. Observe the Stability of your machine. Check for
excessive vibration and if you notice this, turn the power switch off,
unplug the machine and make sure that your working surface is level.
Check to see that the floss head is sitting leveled and evenly.
9) Turn the Heating control ON and allow heating for 4-5 minutes.
10) After the machine is Hot, Turn off the spinner Head; add 1 scoop (with the
sugar ladle provided) of cotton candy floss mixture into the spinning head.
DO NOT OVERFILL. OVERFILLING CAN LEAD TO EXCESSIVE
SMOKE AND DAMAGE TO THE MACHINE.
11) Within 30-45 seconds, cotton candy floss will appear. (see page 8 for
cone building instruction) Make sure to spin the floss head until all sugar
is gone. VERY IMPORTANT! FAILURE TO BURN OFF AND SPIN OFF
EXCESS SUGAR COULD LEAD TO SMOKING AND/OR BURNED
SUGAR DURING NEXT RUN CYCLE. Repeat these steps to continue
spinning floss. For every hour of continuous use, turn off and rest the
machine for 20 minutes
12) To clean the spinner head, keep it spinning and pour half scoop of water
into the head. Allow the water to spin out. TURN MACHINE OFF THEN
WIPE WITH A CLEAN SOFT CLOTH. THE MACHINE SHOULD BE
CLEANED AFTER EVERY USAGE.
