SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read this manual carefully.
2. Keep all information and instructions in a safe place.

10. If your device should no longer function properly, if liquids or foreign objects have penetrated it, or the device has been damaged in any
way, turn it off immediately and unplug it from the mains socket (in so far as this relates to an active device). The device may be repaired
only by authorised repair technicians.
11. Observe all disposal laws applicable in your country. Please dispose of the plastic and paper or cardboard packaging separately.

INTRODUCTION
The CLOSP5P moving head comes equipped with a 4-way framing shutter module. The 4-way framing shutter module can be interchanged
with the CLOSP5AM animation wheel module. The software and corresponding DMX modes are upgraded automatically.

Important!
Replacement of the framing shutter module or the animation wheel module requires detailed specialist knowledge and may
only be carried out by specially trained personnel. If you do not have these qualifications, do not attempt replacement yourself.
Refer instead to a qualified professional.
When interchanging modules, do so very carefully so as to avoid damage to the device and associated components. Follow
each step of the installation instructions exactly. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage caused by improper
handling.
1. Fully disconnect the spotlight from the mains (pull out the mains plug)!
2. Place the device head in an upright position and lock it in the vertical plane (tilt-lock).
3. Disassemble the ring-shaped plastic cover (A) on the exit lens of the device head (2 Phillips screws, see arrows). Now remove the head
casing on both sides by turning the 4 quick-release bayonet bolts (B) anti-clockwise (Phillips screwdriver required). The bolts are captive
and cannot be removed from the casing. Make sure you remove the anti-drop safety cable when removing the casing (C).
The framing shutter module with which the moving head is supplied comprises two components that must be removed from the module
frame in succession (D = framing shutter, E = gobo wheels and colour wheel).
4. At the back of the device head, disconnect the power and signal connectors for both components from the connection terminals (F).

5. Release the tilt-lock and rotate the device head downwards as far as it will go, so that the tube of the focus lens (G) slides down
smoothly to allow access for the removal of the component with the framing shutter release. Loosen the two knurled screws (H) holding the
component with the framing shutter in the module frame and pull the component out of the from the guide in the frame. Take care to avoid
damage to plugs and cables.
6. Remove the fan from the rear of the component with the gobo wheels and the colour wheel. To do this, disconnect the power supply
connector (I) and the two thumb screws (J). Turn the device head to the front, loosen the two
knurled screws that secure the component in the module frame and pull the component from the guide in the frame. Take care to avoid
damage to plugs and cables.

7. Insert the animation wheel module into the module frame directly above the focus unit (tongue and groove principle) and fasten it tightly
to the frame with the two knurled screws (K). Ensure that the connection cables for the component are not pinched or damaged.
8. For easier and more convenient access, return the device head to a locked vertical position (tilt-lock).
9. Now connect the power and signal cables for the animation wheel module to the connection terminal on the left side of the module frame
(L). The power and signal plugs are not interchangeable and their respective position in the connection terminal is arbitrary.
10. Attach the head casing to the device head after re-attaching the anti-drop safety cable in its original location on the device head (see
point 3C). Now re-install the casing on the device head and secure it with the 4 quick-release bolts with bayonet fitting (turn clockwise) and
install the ring-shaped plastic cover on the exit lens.
Before operating the device, release the tilt-lock.
To exchange the animation wheel module with the framing shutter module, please follow this procedure in reverse order. Store unused compo-
nents in a dry, dust-free location and make sure that they cannot be damaged.

EINFÜHRUNG
Der Moving Head CLOSP5P wird mit einem 4-fach Framing Shutter Modul ausgestattet ausgeliefert. Das 4-fach Framing Shutter Modul
kann gegen das optional erhältliche Animation Wheel Modul CLOSP5AM ausgetauscht werden. Die Umstellung der Gerätesoftware und der
entsprechenden DMX-Modi geschieht dabei automatisch.

Wichtige Hinweise!
Der Austausch des Framing Shutter Moduls bzw. des Animation Wheel Moduls erfordert detailliertes Fachwissen und darf nur
von speziell ausgebildetem Personal durchgeführt werden. Wenn Sie diese Qualifikation nicht haben, versuchen Sie nicht, den
Austausch selbst vorzunehmen, sondern nutzen Sie die Hilfe von professionellen Unternehmen.
Gehen Sie beim Austausch der Module sehr behutsam vor, um das Gerät und die dazugehörenden Komponenten nicht zu
beschädigen. Befolgen Sie jeden Schritt der Einbauanleitung genau. Der Hersteller haftet nicht für etwaige Schäden, die durch
unsachgemäße Handhabung entstehen.
1. Trennen Sie den Scheinwerfer allpolig vom Stromnetz (Netzstecker ziehen)!
2. Richten Sie den Gerätekopf in die aufrechte Position und arretieren ihn auf vertikaler Ebene (Tilt-Arretierung).
3. Demontieren Sie die ringförmige Kunststoffabdeckung (A) an der Austrittslinse des Gerätekopfes (2 Kreuzschlitzschrauben, siehe Pfeile).
Lösen Sie nun die Kopfverschalung auf beiden Seiten, indem Sie die jeweils 4 Bolzen mit Bajonett-Schnellverschluss (B) linksherum aus der
Halterung drehen (Kreuzschraubendreher). Die Bolzen sind gesichert und können nicht aus der Verschalung fallen. Achten Sie darauf, die
Fallsicherung beim Abnehmen einer Verschalung zu lösen (C).
Das Framing Shutter Modul, mit dem der Moving Head ausgeliefert wird, besteht aus zwei Komponenten, die nacheinander aus dem
Modulrahmen ausgebaut werden müssen (D = Framing Shutter, E = Goboräder und Farbrad).
4. Lösen Sie auf der Rückseite des Gerätekopfs die Stecker für die Spannungs- und die Signalversorgung der beiden Komponenten vom
Anschlussterminal (F).

5. Lösen Sie die Tilt-Arretierung und drehen den Gerätekopf nach unten bis zum Anschlag, damit der Tubus der Fokuslinse (G) nach unten
gleitet und den Weg für die Entnahme der Komponente mit dem Framing Shutter freigibt. Lösen Sie nun die beiden Rändelschrauben (H),
die die Komponente mit dem Framing Shutter im Modulrahmen halten und ziehen die Komponente aus der Führung im Rahmen. Achten Sie
dabei darauf, dass Stecker und Kabel nicht beschädigt werden.
6. Entfernen Sie den Lüfter von der Rückseite der Komponente mit den Goborädern und dem Farbrad. Lösen Sie hierfür den Stecker für die
Spannungsversorgung (I) und die beiden Rändelschrauben (J). Drehen Sie den Gerätekopf auf die Vorderseite, lösen die beiden
Rändelschrauben, die die Komponente im Modulrahmen halten und ziehen die Komponente aus der Führung im Rahmen. Achten Sie dabei
darauf, dass Stecker und Kabel nicht beschädigt werden.

7. Führen Sie das Animation Wheel Modul direkt über der Fokus-Einheit in den Modulrahmen ein (Nut- und Feder-Prinzip) und schrauben
sie mit Hilfe der beiden Rändelschrauben am Rahmen fest (K). Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass die Anschlusskabel der Komponente nicht
eingeklemmt und beschädigt werden.

8. Für ein komfortableres Arbeiten drehen Sie nun den Gerätekopf wieder in die Senkrechte und arretieren ihn (Tilt-Arretierung).
9. Verbinden Sie nun die Kabel für die Spannungs- und die Signalversorgung des Animation Wheel Moduls mit dem Anschlussterminal
auf der linken Seite des Modulrahmens (L), die Stecker für Spannungs- und Signalversorgung sind nicht verwechselbar und die jeweilige
Position im Anschlussterminal ist beliebig.

10. Befestigen Sie die Kopfverschalungen am Gerätekopf, indem Sie jeweils zuerst die Fallsicherung der Verschalung an der gleichen Stelle
am Gerätekopf einhängen, wo sie zuvor gelöst wurde (siehe Punkt 3C). Setzen Sie nun die Verschalungen auf den Gerätekopf, sichern sie
mit Hilfe der jeweils 4 Bolzen mit Bajonett-Schnellverschluss (Drehung rechts) und montieren die ringförmige Kunststoffabdeckung an der
Austrittslinse.
Bevor Sie das Gerät wieder in Betrieb nehmen, lösen Sie die Tilt-Arretierung.
Für den Austausch des Animation Wheel Moduls gegen das Framing Shutter Modul gehen Sie bitte in genau umgekehrter Reihenfolge vor.
Lagern Sie nicht verwendete Komponenten an einem trockenen, staubfreien Ort und achten darauf, dass sie nicht beschädigt werden können.

INTRODUCTION
La lyre CLOSP5P est fournie équipée d'un module coupe-flux à 4 couteaux. Le module coupe-flux à 4 couteaux peut être remplacé par
le module de roue d'animation CLOSP5AM disponible en option. L'adaptation du logiciel de l'appareil et des modes DMX correspondants
s'effectue alors automatiquement.

Le remplacement du module coupe-flux ou du module de roue d'animation exige des connaissances détaillées et ne doit être
effectué que par du personnel spécialement formé à cet effet. Sans les qualifications requises, n'essayez pas d'effectuer
vous-même le remplacement, mais faites appel à une entreprise professionnelle.
Lors du remplacement des modules, procédez avec beaucoup de précaution de manière à ne pas endommager l'appareil et les
composants qu'il contient. Suivez scrupuleusement chaque étape de la notice de montage. Le fabricant n'est pas responsable
des dommages éventuels engendrés par une manipulation non conforme.
1. Débranchez complètement le projecteur du réseau électrique (retirer la fiche secteur)!
2. Amenez la tête de l'appareil en position verticale et immobilisez-la sur le plan vertical (blocage du mouvement Tilt).
3. Démontez le cache en plastique de forme circulaire (A) se trouvant sur la lentille de sortie de la tête de l'appareil (2 vis cruciformes, voir
les flèches). Enlevez ensuite le coffrage de la tête des deux côtés en tournant de chaque côté les 4boulons à fermeture rapide à baïonnette
(B) vers la gauche pour les sortir du support (tournevis cruciforme). Les boulons sont munis d'une sécurité et ne peuvent pas tomber du
coffrage. Lors du retrait d'un coffrage, veillez à enlever la sécurité anti-chute.
Le module coupe-flux livré avec la lyre est constitué de deux composants qui doivent être démontés l'un après l'autredu cadre du module
(D = coupe-flux, E = roues de gobos et roue chromatique).
4. À l'arrière de la tête de l'appareil, débranchez de la borne de raccordement (F) les connecteurs d'alimentation électrique et de
transmission des signaux des deux composants.

5. Débloquez le mouvement Tilt et tournez la tête de l'appareil vers le bas jusqu'en butée de manière à ce que le tube de la lentille focale
(G) glisse vers le bas et laisse une ouverture pour le retrait du composant avec le coupe-flux à couteaux. Desserrez ensuite les deux vis
moletées (H) qui maintiennent le composant avec le coupe-flux dans le cadre du module et retirez le composant de son logement dans le
cadre. Veillez à ne pas endommager les connecteurs et les câbles.
6. Déposez le ventilateur par l'arrière du composant avec les roues de gobos et la roue chromatique. Débranchez pour cela le connecteur
d'alimentation électrique (I) et desserrez les deux vis moletées (J). Tournez la tête de l'appareil à l'avant, desserrez les deuxvis moletées qui
maintiennent le composant dans le cadre du module et retirez le composant de son logement dans le cadre. Veillez à ne pas endommager
les connecteurs et les câbles.

7. Introduisez le module de roue d'animation directement au-dessus de l'unité focale dans le cadre du module (système à rainure et languette)
et vissez-le au cadre à l'aide des deux vis moletées (K). Veillez à ne pas coincer ni endommager les câbles de raccordement du composant.
8. Pour plus de commodité, remettez à présent la tête de l'appareil en position verticale et immobilisez-la (blocage du mouvement Tilt).
9. Reliez ensuite les câbles d'alimentation électrique et de transmission des signaux du module de roue d'animation à la borne de
raccordement située du côté gauche du cadre du module (L); les connecteurs d'alimentation électrique et de transmission des signaux ne
peuvent pas être confondus et leur position respective dans la borne d'alimentation n'a pas d'importance.
10. Fixez les coffrages sur la tête de l'appareil en accrochant d'abord la sécurité anti-chute de chaque coffrage à l'endroit où vous l'avez
retirée précédemment sur la tête de l'appareil (voir point 3C). Placez ensuite les coffrages sur la tête de l'appareil, fixez chacun d'eux à
l'aide des 4 boulons à fermeture rapide à baïonnette (rotation vers la droite) et montez le cache en plastique de forme circulaire sur la
lentille de sortie.
Avant de remettre l'appareil en service, débloquez le mouvement Tilt.
Pour remplacer le module de roue d'animation par le module coupe-flux, veuillez suivre la même procédure dans l'ordre inverse. Entreposez les
composants inutilisés dans un endroit sec à l'abri de la poussière et veillez à ce qu'ils ne puissent pas être endommagés.
