GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
•Please read this handbook as it gives important instrucons about safety, use and
maintenance of your appliances and keep it carefully for future reference.
•Do not leave parts of packaging (plasc bags, foam polystyrene, nails, etc.)within reach of
children or incapable persons as they are potenal sources of danger.
•Make sure the data on the appliance rang plate corresponds to that of the main power
supply and of your electrical system before plugging into the outlet. In case of doubt, con-
tact professionally qualied personnel.
•It is advisable not to use adapters, mulple plugs and extensions. Use devices cered and
conrming to exisng safety standards only should it be absolutely necessary, making sure
they are compable with your electrical system and with the appliance technical data.
•Any installaon not conforming to instrucons may endanger your safety

and forfeit the guarantee.
•The appliance must be used for the purpose for which it was designed only, i.e. Prepare
food for domesc use.
•For safety’s sake be careful:
-not to use the appliance with bare feet or wet hands or feet
-not to use the appliance anywhere other than domesc environment
-not to leave the appliance exposed to atmospheric agents (sun / rain…)
-not to allow children or incapable persons to use the appliance
-never tug on the lead or appliance itself to unplug from the outlet
-not to leave the appliance plugged into the main power supply unaended
-never submerge the appliance into the water or in other liquids.
•The user must not replace the appliance lead. Contact a professionally qualied person in
case of need.
• Switch o and do not mishandle the appliance if it should breakdown and/or work badly.
Contact an authorized Service Centre for eventual repairs, asking for original spares.
• Put the appliance out of service at the end or its service life by cung o the lead aer
unplugging from the outlet. Abide by local exisng rules and regulaons for its disposal.
•Our company may not be held liable for eventual damages to persons, animals or objects
caused by incorrect installaon or deriving from improper, erroneous or unreasonable use.
•Observe maximum of 1 min for connues operaon of the appliance, then rest 30 min be-
fore restart. Thus aer ve period, the appliance should be keep rest for 60min.
USING IT THE FIRST TIME
-Read this handbook to familiarize yourself with all the parts of your new food processor.
-Clean all the parts and accessories in contact with food before using the appliance for the
rst me (see paragraph “Cleaning”).
WARNING!
1. Always take care when you are handling the blades to t them on, taking them out of the
bowl (B1) aer preparing the food and when cleaning them, as they are very sharp.
2. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physi-
cal, sensory or mental capabilies, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have
been given supervision or instrucon concerning use of the appliance by a person respon-
sible for their safety.
3. Children should be supervised to ensure that they don’t play with the appliance.
4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent
or a similarly qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
5. Switch o the appliance before changing accessories or approaching parts, which move
in use.
6. Care is needed when handling cung blades, especially when removing the blade from
the bowl, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

HOW TO USE IT
Your new food processor will help you to prepare a lot of basic mixtures that you can use for
your recipes.
Please abide by the following instrucons to achieve the best results and to keep your appli-
ance in good working condion.
ATTENTION!
Never exceed the maximum quanes below and never pour liquids hoer than 750C into
the bowl and/or blender
Follow the instrucons given below every me you use it:
-Never leave the appliance unaended while it is on.
-Never make the appliance work while it is empty.
-Never touch the m oving parts.
-Never put your ngers or utensils inside the lid opening.
-Never press down the ingredients into the lid opening with your hands.
-Do not use the appliance to work hard ingredients (e.g. frozen meat, crusts of cheese…),
rubbery (e.g. candied peel…), and uneatable parts of ingredients (e.g. bones, shbone…)
or crush ice.
-Do not remove the lid and never replace accessories without switching o the appliance
and if the accessory being used has not stopped working.
-Do not remove the ingredients from the bowl before removing the blade.
I. CHOPPING FUNCTION
1 Put the plasc bowl on power unit and turns the handle in clock-wise direcon.
2 Put the blade support on the axis in the middle of the bowl, and press it to the boom.
Then x the chopping blade to the blade support, as shown in Diagram 2.
Warning: The blade in sharp. Please only hold the plasc part while using.
3 Put the food (e.g. Meet) into the bowl, as shown in Diagram 3. Big piece food needs to be
cut into small pieces. (ca. 2 CM x 2 CM x 2 CM).
4 Put the cover on the bowl, and turn it unl hearing the chaering sound, as shown in Dia-
gram 4.
5 Fix the plug to the electric socket, rotang the buon switch to choose the suitable speed,
there are 10 dierent speeds in all, as shown in Diagram8.
6 PULSE is a touch switch, used for intermient operaon, by which the appliance can
achieve the maximum speed of that moment.
7 When the chopping is nished, rotate the buon switch to “0”.Aer the blade stops, pour
out the food.

II. WHISKING FUNCTION
Mixing funcon has almost the same operang steps as chopping funcon. Only change the
chopping blade to shredding blade. It is used for mixing and whisking of food, e.g. our, egg,
III. SLICING & SHREDDING FUNCTION
1. Reversible S.S. Slicing Disk makes the food into slices; Reversible S.S. Shredding Disk
makes the food into shreds. French Fires Cung Disk can cut the food into a smooth
paste. Besides, they have dierent funcons in front and reverse sides of these Disks, as
shown in Diagram 6
2. Put the bowl on the power unit rst, and then turn the bowl in clock-wise direcon, unl
hearing the chaering sound. Then choose the suitable Disk you required, and put it onto
blade support for slicing, shredding or cung, as shown in Diagram 7.
3. Put the cover on the bowl, and turn it unl hearing the chaering sound. Then x the
plug to the electric socket, turn the switch to choose the suitable level. Put into the clean
food in strip from the entrance of the cover, and push the food down slowly, as shown in
Diagram 8.
4. When the food strip is short, push them down with the measuring cup, as shown in Dia-
gram9.
5. When the operaon is nished, rotate the switch to “0”. Aer the blade stops complete-
ly, pour out the food.

IV. EMULSIFYING DISC
1. 1 Put the protect cover onto the body ghtly, and then turn the bowl in clock wise direc-
on, unl hearing the chaering sound.
2. 2 Put the blade support on the axis in the middle of the bowl then x the emulsifying
disc to the blade support. Put the ingredients in the bowl and put the cover on the bowl,
rotate the switch to choose the level 2.
TIPS: when you want to whisk egg whites, make sure that the egg whites are at room tem-
perature
