20.The meat to be ground should be free of bones, gristles, tendons or veins. Cut the
bigger parts into pieces.
19.Do not overload the device with excess product or shoving the product in too hard. Use
only the pusher for shoving the product in. Using other object can damage the grinder.
18.Use only original accessories supplied with the grinder.
17.The grinding assembly needs to be carefully assembled. Inaccurate assembly can
cause poor grinding performance and knife and hole plate blunting.
16.Change the accessories only when the device is switched off.
15.Do not expose the meat grinder and its accessories to high temperatures (above 60°C)
14.In order to provide additional protection, it is recommended to install residue current
device (RCD) in the power circuit, with residual current rating not more than 30 mA.

use is interrupted for a short time, turn it off from the network, unplug the power.

8.Periodically check the power cable condition. If the power cable is damaged the product
should be turned to a professional service location to be replaced in order to avoid
hazardous situations.
4.Please be cautious when using around children. Do not let the children to play with the
product. Do not let children or people who do not know the device to use it without
supervision.
3.The applicable voltage is 220-240V, ~50/60Hz. For safety reasons it is not appropriate to
connect multiple devices to one power outlet.

6.After you are finished using the product always remember to gently remove the plug from
the power outlet holding the outlet with your hand. Never pull the power cable!!!
5.WARNING: This device may be used by children over 8 years of age and persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or persons without experience or
knowledge of the device, only under the supervision of a person responsible for their
safety, or if they were instructed on the safe use of the device and are aware of the
dangers associated with its operation. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning
and maintenance of the device should not be carried out by children, unless they are over
8 years of age and these activities are carried out under supervision.
21.Do not cover the ventilation holes in the housing while the machine is on.

5.Don't clean the equipment mounted on the machine's drive assembly.
4.Do not wash the metal parts in dishwashers. Strong cleaning agents used in dishwashers cause the metal parts to turn black.
Handwash the metal parts using traditional washing-up liquid.
3.Clean the metal parts with soft brush.
2.Do not clean the casing using strong detergents in the form of emulsion, lotion, paste etc.
1.Don't immerse grinder in water or other liquids.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
In case some bone is too hard, it is normally the plastic clutch (9) broken but not the motor. In set is added one extra 1 pcs plastic clutch
that should be replaced by end user. Unscrew the screw inside the plastic coupling (9) using a screwdriver, replace the plastic part and
then screw it back on again.

4. Form Kebbe as illustrated on figure 4 and deep fry.
3. Put the previously prepared mixture to be ground into grinding chamber, shoving them with the pusher (5).
2. Assemble the set according to figure 4.
1. Mince the meat three time and mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Grind the mixture three times.
The attachment is used for in-house KEBBE preparation.

3.Put the wet rounds on the outside of sausage attachment, gently slide down during stuffing, and wind for preferred length.
2.Soak the previously prepared intestine casings (called rounds) in warm water for about 30 minutes before stuffing.
1.Assemble the set according to figure 4.
The attachment is used for in-house sausage production.

4.Turn the device off by pressing the button (2 - OFF).
3.If needed, you can turn on reverse rotations by pushing the button (2 - R).

In order to assembly the grinding chamber (3), insert the elements in following order:

PREPARING MEAT GRINDER FOR OPERATION
26.Do not grind dry poppy seed. The poppy seed needs to be steamed and soaked before
grinding.
25.Do not wash the metal parts in dishwashers. Aggressive cleaning agents used in
dishwashers cause the metal parts to turn black. Handwash the metal parts using
traditional washing-up liquid. Use soft brush.
24.Don't use aggressive detergents to clean the housing, as it may remove the
informational graphic symbols such as: scale, signs, safety marks,Etc.
22.Do not immerse the drive assembly in water, don't clean it under running water.
5.Mount the tray (4) on top of the grinding chamber.
4.Mount the assembled grinding part in the drive, so that the coupler (9) fits the drive head (7). Press in the grinding part, and rotate
counter clockwise until vertical. Audible click is heard when the assembly is mounted correctly. Tighten nut (12) on the grinding chamber
(3).
3.Check if the grinding chamber is complete. If not, assembly the chamber using all elements, according to figure 2.
2.Before use wash the grinding chamber with all elements, tray and pusher.

8.Regelmäßig das Kabel prüfen. Falls das Kabel beschädigt ist, sollte es in einem
spezialisierten Service ausgetauscht werden, um ev. Gefährdung zu vermeiden.
7.Das Kabel, die Buchse, sowie das ganze Gerät nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten
tauchen. Das Gerät vor Regen, Sonne usw. und vor Feuchtigkeit (z.B. im Badezimmer oder
Campingwagen) schützen.
6.Nach der Benutzung, den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen und dabei die Steckdose mit
der Hand festhalten. NIEMALS am Kabel ziehen.
