1. General
Carefully read the following important information regarding installation,
safety and maintenance. Keep this information booklet accessible for further
consultations.
The appliance has been designed as a exhausting version (external exhaust )
or as a filter version (internal air recycle) cooker hood.
2. Safety precaution
Take care when the cooker hood is operating simultaneously with an open
fireplace or burner that depend on the environment and are supplied by
other than electrical energy, as the cooker hood removes the air from the
environment which a burner or fireplace need for combustion.
The negative pressure in the environment must not exceed 4 Pa (4*10-5
bar).
Provide adequate ventilation in the environment for a safe operation of
the cooker hood.
Follow the local laws applicable for external air evacuation.

3. Warning
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years
and above and persons with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons in order to avoid a hazard.
The instructions shall state the substance of the following:
– there shall be adequate ventilation of the room when the
range hood is used at the same time as appliances burning
gas or other fuels (not applicable to appliances that only
discharge the air back into the room);
– the details concerning the method and frequency of
cleaning;
– there is a fire risk if cleaning is not carried out in

accordance with the instructions;
– do not flambé under the range hood;
– CAUTION: Accessible parts may become hot when used
with cooking appliances.
The installation instructions shall include the substance of
the following:
– the air must not be discharged into a flue that is used for
exhausting fumes from appliances burning gas or other
fuels (not applicable to appliances that only discharge the
air back into the room);
– the minimum distance between the supporting surface
for the cooking vessels on the hob and the lowest part of
the range hood. (When the range hood is located above a
gas appliance, this distance shall be at least 65 cm.
– regulations concerning the discharge of air have to be
fulfilled.
The installation instructions for range hoods with
accessible metallic enclosures of class II construction shall
include details that indicate the location and maximum

permitted lengths for any fixing or mounting screw or other
fixing device that penetrates into the range hood to attach
an accessory such as a facia or duct fitting.
Where fixing or mounting screws, or other fixing devices
are used, that penetrate into the range hood with an
accessible metallic enclosure of class II construction, to
attach an accessory, the instructions shall indicate the
required location of these screws or fixing devices and
include the substance of the following warning.
Warning: Failure to install the screws or fixing device in
accordance with these instructions may result in electrical
hazards.
4. Installation instructions
The cooker hoods should be placed at a distance of 65-75cm from the
cooking surface for best effect. （See Pic 1）

Way one: (See Pic 2A)
4.1.1 To install onto the wall drill 4 holes of Ø8mm on a suitable place
according with the centre distance of hole in the back of the cooker
hood.
4.1.2 Insert the wall plugs into the holes.
4.1.3 Insert the screws into the wall pulgs and tight the screws.
4.1.4 Put up the cooker hood onto the fixed screws.
4.1.5 Put the one air outlet and extensible pipe onto the cooker hood. (the
extensible pipe is optional not supplied)
Way two: (See Pic 2B)
4.2.1 Drill 6 holes of 4mm diameter at the bottom of the hanging cupboard
4.2.2 Put the air outlet on the cooker hood, then install the cooker hood on
the bottom of the cupboard, tighten the hood with enclosed 6 screws.
4.3.3 Install the adjusted board on the bottom of the hood in order to keep
out the gap between hood back and cupboard.

5. OPERATION
5.1 Connect the plug into the power.
5.2 Push the switch ① into “ ”, the lamp be on; push into “0”, the lamp
be off.
5.3 Push the switch ① into “I、II”, the motor will be on “low、high” two
speeds, push into “0”, the motor will be off.
5.4 The cooker hood will working at low or high speed when pull out the
front panel.

6. USE AND MAINTENANCE
•It is recommended to operate the appliance prior to cooking.
•There shall be adequate ventilation of the room when the cooker hood is
used at the same time as appliances burning gas or other fuels(not
applicable to appliances that only discharge the air back into the room.
•It is recommended to leave the appliance in operation for 15 minutes
after cooking is terminated in order to completely eliminate cooking
vapours and odours.
•If the appliance is not used, please turn off.
•Don’t have flame under the cooker hood.
•Don’t use or stop use if the appliance is damaged especially the supply
cord and the case.
•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer,
its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
•Don’t immerse the appliance in liquid.
•The exhaust air must not be discharge into a flue which is used for

exhausting fumes from appliance burning gas or other fuels.
•Regulations concerning the discharge of air have to be fulfilled.
•The details concerning the method and frequency of cleaning.
•In order to prevent fire hazard, it is recommendable to clean the filter at a
maximum of 2 months by carrying out the followings:
-Unplug before cleaning, then remove the filters from the cooker hood
and wash them in a solution of water and neutral liquid detergent,
leaving to soak.
-Rinse thoroughly with warm water and leave to dry.
-The filters may also be washed in the dishwasher.
•The aluminum panels may alter in color after several washes. This is not
cause for customer complaint nor replacement of panels.
•Clean the surface of the cooker hood regularly using cloth moistened
with denatured alcohol of non abrasive liquid detergent. (Remark: There
can not clear the motor and inside part.)
•Replace filters approximately every 4 months.
There is a fire risk if cleaning is not carried out in accordance with the
instruction.

•Carbon filter (not supplied)
Carbon filter can be used to trap odors. Normally the activated carbon filter
should be changed at three or six months according to your cooking habit.
Activated carbon filter cannot be washed or recycled. The installation
procedure of activated carbon filter is as below.
-Slide the front part of the cooker hood.
- In order to install the activated carbon filter, the Al anti-grease filter should
be detached first. Press the lock and pull it downward.
- Put the activated carbon filter into the unit and turn it in anti-clockwise
direction. Repeat the same on the other side. Put back to the grease filter in
position.
Note: When the activated carbon filter installed, the suction power will be
lowered.

7. Trouble shooting

household waste but must be supported by a system of selective collection in
accordance with Directive 2012/19/EC. It will then be recycled or dismantled to

(4) Remember to switch off the cooker hood after cooking.
Information for dismantling
Do not dismantle the appliance in a way which is not shown in the user manual. The
appliance could not be dismantled by user. At the end of life, the appliance should not be
disposed of with household waste. Check with you Local Authority or retainer for recycling
advice.

1. Informacje ogólne
Należy uważnie przeczytać podane poniżej ważne informacje
dotyczące instalacji, bezpieczeństwa i konserwacji. Zachować
niniejszą broszurę informacyjną w razie potrzeby przejrzenia informacji
w przyszłości.
Urządzenie to zaprojektowano jako okap kuchenny w wersji
odprowadzającej powietrze (wylot na zewnątrz) lub w wersji z filtrem
(recyrkulacja powietrza wewnętrznego).
2. Środki bezpieczeństwa
Należy zachować ostrożność, kiedy okap kuchenny działa
równocześnie z otwartym kominkiem lub palnikiem, których działanie
zależy od warunków otoczenia i które zasilane są przez energię inną
niż elektryczna, ponieważ okap kuchenny usuwa z pomieszczenia
powietrze, które palnik lub kominek potrzebują do procesu spalania.
Ujemne ciśnienie w pomieszczeniu nie może przekraczać 4 Pa (4*10-
5 barów).
Należy zapewnić odpowiednią wentylację w pomieszczeniu, aby okap
kuchenny mógł działać bezpiecznie.

3. Ostrzeżenie
Urządzenie to może być obsługiwane przez dzieci powyżej 8 roku
życia oraz osoby o ograniczonej zdolności fizycznej, czuciowej lub
psychicznej bądź nieposiadające doświadczenia i wiedzy, jeśli są one
pod nadzorem lub poinstruowano je w zakresie bezpiecznej obsługi
urządzenia i zrozumiały one ewentualne zagrożenia. Nie zezwalać
dzieciom na zabawę z urządzeniem. Czyszczenie i konserwacja
urządzenia nie powinny być przeprowadzane przez dzieci bez
nadzoru.
W razie uszkodzenia kabla zasilającego powinien go wymienić
producent, serwisant lub inna wykwalifikowana osoba, aby uniknąć
zagrożenia.
Instrukcje powinny przewidywać, co następuje:
–powinna być zapewniona odpowiednia wentylacja pomieszczenia,
kiedy okap kuchenny jest używany wspólnie z urządzeniami
spalającymi gaz lub inne paliwa (nie dotyczy urządzeń, które
wyprowadzają powietrze z powrotem do pomieszczenia);
–szczegóły dotyczące metody i częstotliwości czyszczenia;
–istnieje ryzyko pożaru, jeśli czyszczenie nie będzie
przeprowadzane zgodnie z instrukcjami;

–nie doprowadzać do powstawania wysokiego płomienia pod
okapem;
–PRZESTROGA: Dostępne elementy mogą się nagrzewać w
przypadku korzystania z urządzeń kuchennych.
Instrukcje instalacji powinny przewidywać, co następuje:
–powietrze nie powinno być odprowadzane do kanału
wentylacyjnego, który jest używany wspólnie z urządzeniami
spalającymi gaz lub inne paliwa (nie dotyczy urządzeń, które
wyprowadzają powietrze z powrotem do pomieszczenia);
–minimalna odległość między powierzchnią płyty grzejnej, na której
położone są naczynia do gotowania, a najniższą częścią okapu.
(Gdy okap kuchenny umieszczany jest nad urządzeniem
gazowym, należy zachować co najmniej 65 cm odległości);
–należy przestrzegać przepisów dotyczących odprowadzania
powietrza.
Instrukcje instalacji okapów kuchennych z dostępnymi metalowymi
obudowami klasy II powinny zawierać szczegółowe informacje na
temat umiejscowienia i maksymalnych dopuszczalnych odległości do
jakichkolwiek mocowań lub śrub montażowych bądź innych urządzeń
mocujących, które przechodzą przez okap, aby zamontować element
dodatkowy, na przykład front lub mocowanie kanału.

W przypadku używania mocowania lub śrub montażowych bądź
jakichkolwiek innych urządzeń, które przechodzą przez okap
kuchenny z dostępną metalową obudową klasy II, aby zamontować
element dodatkowy, w instrukcjach powinno być wskazane
umiejscowienie takich śrub lub urządzeń mocujących i należy
przewidzieć treść poniższego ostrzeżenia.
Ostrzeżenie: Niezainstalowanie śrub lub mocowania zgodnie z
instrukcjami może skutkować zagrożeniami związanymi z zasilaniem
elektrycznym.
4. Instrukcje instalacji
W celu uzyskania najlepszego efektu okap kuchenny powinien być
umieszczany w odległości 65 - 75 cm od powierzchni płyty
kuchennej. (Patrz Rys. 1).
