Handling Cautions
•Ifthe lens is takenfroma cold environment into
awarm one, condensation may develop onthe
lens surfaceand internalparts. To prevent
condensation in this case,first put the lens into an
airtightplasticbag before taking it from a cold to
warm environment. Thentake out thelens afterit
haswarmed gradually. Dothe same when taking
the lens from a warm environment into a cold one.
•Do not leave thelensin excessiveheatsuch as in
acar in direct sunlight.High temperaturescan
cause the lens to malfunction.
