Instruction
Congratulations on your purchase of the Professional Smart Food Thermometer, an APP supported food
thermometer. You will now be able to remotely monitor the temperature of cooking food and the temperature
inside your grill, oven or smoker from your smart mobile devices.
Turn On/Off Unit
ON– Press 3 seconds to turn ON the smart device.
OFF– Press 3 seconds to turn OFF the smart device.
Measure meat temperature to USDA doneness temperature range
Set from APP
1. Tap the Probe 1 or Probe 2 meat setting icon.
2. Select meat type BEEF, Lamb, Pork, Turkey, Fish, etc.
3. Choose Gourmet or USDA standard temperature, then the target temperature will be send to smart device.
4. Once the temperature of meat Probe 1 or Probe 2 reaches the doneness level, the smart device will alert.
Press any button to stop the beep.

Set from device
1. You can use two probes (Probe 1 and Probe 2) to measure and monitor temperatures of two pieces of meat or
two sections of the same large piece of meat at the same time.
2. Press MODE to select Probe 1 or Probe 2, then press “+ -” to choose your target temperature. Leave it for 2
seconds, the target temperature will be set automatically and show on the display.
3. Once the temperature of meat Probe 1 or Probe 2 reaches the doneness level, the smart device will beep. Press
any button to stop the alert.
Count down Timer
1. Choose Timer 1 or Timer 2, Press + to your adjust timer setting.
2. If you need to set up very long timer OR count down timer, hold “+” to increase and press “–” to deduct.
3. Leave the button for 2 seconds, the Timer will be set automatically. It support 999 minutes.
4. When countdown timer reaches 0, an alarm will beep. Press any button to stop the beep.
Note: Smart Device count down timer is separated with APP Timer just to avoid the confict.
Helpful Hints
1. Do not immerse the probe in water while cleaning.
2. Do not use metal probe in Microwave Oven.
3. Do not allow the probe or probe wire to contact with flames.
4. Avoid probe touching bone or heavy fat areas.It might cause termpeature display seems increase too fast.
Cautions:
1. Do not expose the receiver or transmitter to direct heat.
2. Keep the stainless steel probe sensor and wires away from children.
3. Do not touch the hot probe with bare hands. Wear a heat resistant glove to during or after cooking.
4. Do not use in the rain. Smart Device is not waterproofed.
5. Do not immerse the probe in water while cleaning or using dish washer to clean probe. Clean them with damp
cloth.

Cappec warrants this product to be free of defects in parts, materials and workmanship for a period of one year,
from date of purchase.
Should any repairs or servicing under this warranty be required, contact Customer Service by email for instruc-
tions on how to pack and ship the product to Cappec.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
