Lees de instructies zorgvuldig vooraleer het verwarmingsysteem in bedrijf te nemen.
Belangrijk!
Het verwarmingsysteem mag alleen gebruikt worden om gevulde thermoboxen warm te houden. Is de thermobox
leeg (geen menuschalen en/of geen gevulde eetreservoirs) dan moet het verwarmingsysteem uitgeschakeld wor-
den. Bij verkeerd gebruik vervallen alle garantie- en aansprakelijkheidsclaims tegen de fabrikant.
De aansluiting van het verwarmingsysteem gebeurt, afhankelijk van het type, op 220 Volt - 240 Volt wisselstroom
resp. 12 Volt - 14,2 Volt gelijkstroom.

Let op! Geen hete voorwerpen met een temperatuur hoger dan 120°C op het verwarmingselement
leggen of plaatsen!
Het verwarmingselement wordt over het complete oppervlak verhit. Geen enkel deel van het verwarmingselement
mag bijvoorbeeld door schuimstof, doeken e.d. afgedekt worden.
Bij beschadigd oppervlak van het verwarmingselement mag het toestel niet meer in bedrijf genomen worden.
De aansluitingsleiding (netkabel) van het toestel kan niet vervangen worden. Bij beschadiging van deze leiding mag
het toestel niet meer in bedrijf genomen worden.
Het toestel mag niet met een waterstraal en/of in een vaatwasmachine gereinigd worden. Voor de reiniging een
vochtige doek en een reinigingsmiddel zonder oplosmiddelen gebruiken.
Inbouw en inbedrijfstelling van het verwarmingssysteem
Open uw thermobox (foto nr. 2) en leg het verwarmingselement (foto nr. 1) vlak op de bodem. Voorverwarming is
niet nodig.
Voer de stroomkabel aan de zijwand naar buiten. Indien de afdekking door de stroomkabel niet 100% sluit laat dan
aan de bovenkant of op het deksel van de thermobox een kleine doorvoerkerf voor de kabel open (zie loepbeeld nr.
4).
Vul (menuschalen en /of eetreservoirs) en sluit uw thermobox, steek de stekker resp. de sigarettenaansteker-stek-
ker, afhankelijk van het type, op het betreffende stroomnet (220 Volt - 240 Volt of personenwagen 12 Volt - 14,2 Volt
sigarettenaansteker resp. busstrip). De temperatuurregeling van de verwarming gebeurt volautomatisch op 75°C en
heeft geen bijkomende controle nodig.
Wanneer het verwarmingsysteem in bedrijf is, is het oppervlak van de verwarming heet!
Niet-geïoniseerde elektromagnetische straling.

Der Gebrauch der Geräte im privaten nicht gewerblichen Bereich ist von den Gewährleistungs- und Haftungsan-
sprüchen ausgeschlossen.
Verkauf ausschließlich an Gewerbetreibende.
Die Gewährleistung schließt Material- und Fabrikationsfehler ein und beginnt ab Kaufdatum der Geräte (Thermo-
box-Heizung u. Buchsenleiste) für längstens 12 Monate. Fremdgebrauch, Öffnen der Geräte und/oder Verschleiß,
sind von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen.

Prima di mettere in funzione il sistema riscaldante leggere attentamente le istruzioni.
Importante!
Il sistema riscaldante può essere utilizzato solo per tenere caldi termobox pieni. Se il termobox è vuoto (senza
contenitori del menu e/o contenitori gastronomico pieni ) il sistema riscaldante deve essere spento. In caso di uso
improprio la garanzia e tutti i diritti relativi a responsabilità nei confronti del produttore decadono.
L‘allacciamento del sistema riscaldante avviene a seconda dei modelli alla corrente alternata 220 Volt - 240 Volt e/o
alla corrente continua 12 Volt1 -14,2 Volt.

Attenzione: Non mettere oggetti molto caldi con una temperatura superiore a 120°C sull‘elemento
riscaldante.
L‘elemento riscaldante viene riscaldato sull‘intera supercie. Nessuna parte dell‘elemento riscaldante può essere
coperta da materiale espanso, panni o altro.
In caso di danneggiamento della supercie dell‘elemento riscaldante l‘apparecchio non può più essere messo in
funzione.
La linea di allacciamento (cavo di rete) dell‘apparecchio non può essere sostituita. L‘apparecchio non può più esse-
re messo in funzione in caso di danneggiamento di questo cavo.
L‘apparecchio non deve essere pulito con un getto d‘acqua e/o in una lavastoviglie. Per la pulizia usare solo un
panno umido e detergenti che non contengono solventi.
Montaggio e messa in funzione del sistema di riscaldamento
Aprire il termobox (n. 2 gura) e posare piatto sul fondo l‘elemento riscaldante (gura n.1). Non è necessario un
preriscaldamento.
Portate all‘esterno il cavo elettrico sulla parete laterale. Se a causa del cavo elettrico la copertura non dovesse
chiudersi al 100% tenete libero sullo spigolo superiore o sul coperchio del termobox una piccola tacca di passaggio
per il cavo (vedi gura ingrandita n. 4).
Riempire (contenitori menu e/o recipienti) e chiudere il termobox, inserire la presa di rete o la presa
dell‘accendisigarette, a seconda del tipo, alla relativa rete di corrente (220 Volt - 240 Volt o autovettura 12 Volt -
14,2 Volt accendisigarette o striscia prese). La regolazione della temperatura del riscaldamento avviene automatica-
mente a 75°e non necessita di un ulteriore controllo.
Se il sistema riscaldante è in funzione, la supercie del riscaldamento è calda!
Radiazione elettromagnetica non ionizzata.

La garanzia comprende difetti di materiale e di fabbricazione ed ha inizio a partire dalla data di acquisto degli
apparecchi (riscaldamento termobox e striscia prese) per un massimo di 12 mesi. Uso improprio, apertura degli
apparecchi e/o usura sono esclusi dalla garanzia.

Bitte lesen Sie die Hinweise sorgfältig durch bevor Sie das Heizsystem in Betrieb nehmen.
Wichtig!
Das Heizsystem darf nur zum warmhalten von befüllten Thermoboxen verwendet werden. Ist die Thermobox leer
(keine Menüschalen und/oder keine befüllten Gastrobehälter) muss das Heizsystem abgeschaltet werden. Bei
Fremdverwendung erlischt die Gewährleistung und sämtliche Haftungsansprüche gegen den Hersteller.
Der Anschluss des Heizsystems erfolgt je nach Type an 220 Volt - 240 Volt Wechselstrom bzw. 12 Volt - 14,2 Volt
Gleichstrom.

Achtung! Keine heißen Gegenstände mit einer Temperatur größer 120°C auf das Heizelement legen!
Das Heizelement wird über die ganze Fläche erhitzt. Kein Teil des Heizelementes darf z. B. durch Schaumstoff,
Tücher o. ä. abgedeckt werden.
Bei beschädigter Oberäche des Heizelementes darf das Gerät nicht mehr in Betrieb genommen werden.
Die Anschlussleitung (Netzkabel) des Gerätes kann nicht ersetzt werden. Bei Beschädigung dieser Leitung darf das
Gerät nicht mehr in Betrieb genommen werden.
Das Gerät darf nicht mit einem Wasserstrahl und/oder in einer Spülmaschine gereinigt werden. Verwenden Sie zur
Reinigung ein feuchtes Tuch sowie lösungsmittelfreie Reinigungsmittel.
Einbau und Inbetriebnahme des Heizsystems
Öffnen Sie Ihre Thermobox (Bild Nr. 2) und legen Sie das Heizelement (Bild Nr. 1) ach auf den Boden. Ein Vorhei-
zen ist nicht nötig.
Führen Sie das Stromkabel an der Seitenwand nach außen. Sollte die Abdeckung aufgrund des Stromkabels nicht
100% schließen, sparen Sie an der Oberkante oder am Deckel der Thermobox eine kleine Durchführungskerbe für
das Kabel aus (siehe Lupenbild Nr. 4).
Befüllen (Menüschalen und/oder Gastrobehälter) und verschließen Sie Ihre Thermobox, stecken den Netzstecker
bzw. Zigarettenanzünder-Stecker, je nach Type, am entsprechenden Stromnetz an (220 Volt - 240 Volt o. PKW 12
Volt - 14,2 Volt Kfz-Zigarettenanzünder bzw. Buchsenleiste). Die Temperaturregulierung der Heizung erfolgt vollau-
tomatisch auf 75°C und bedarf keiner zusätzlichen Überwachung.
Wenn Heizsystem in Betrieb, ist die Oberäche der Heizung heiß!
Nicht ionisierte elektromagnetische Strahlung.

Please read the information carefully before putting the heating system into operational use.
Important!
The heating system may only be used for keeping the contents of lled thermoboxes warm. The heating system
must be switched off if the thermobox is empty (no meal trays and/or no lled catering containers). Do not place on
soft, exible surfaces. The warranty will expire if used in any other way as described and liability claims against the
manufacturer will become void.
The heating system must be connected according to the type as shown in the following: 220 volt - 240 volt alternati-
on current or 12 volt - 14,2 volt direct current.

Attention! Do not put objects with a temperature higher than 120°C onto the heating element!
The whole surface area of the heating element is heated. Do not cover any part of the heating element with any
materials what so ever, e.g. rubber foam, cloths or similar.
It is not permitted to put the heating system into operation use if the heating element surface is damaged.
The connecting lead (power line) of the device cannot be renewed. It is not permitted to put the device into operatio-
nal use if the lead is damaged.
Do not clean the device under running water and/or in a dish-washer. For cleaning please use a damp cloth and
solvent-free cleanser.
Installation and operational use of the heating system
Open the thermobox (illustration no. 2) and lay the heating element (illustration no. 1) at on the bottom of the
thermobox. It is not necessary to pre-heat the box.
Guide the connection cable outwards, along the side the box. If the box does not close to 100%, make a small notch
for the cable either in the top edge of the box or in the thermobox lid. (see enlarged illustration no. 4).
Fill the thermobox (meal trays and/or catering containers) and close the lid. Plug the box into the appropriate power
supply, either the mains plug or cigarette lighter (220 volt - 240 volt, or for car 12 volt - 14,2 volt cigarette lighter
socket or socket terminal board). The temperature control of the heating system will occur fully automatic reaching a
temperature of 75°c and does not require any further supervision.
The surface of the heater is hot when the heating system is in operational use!

Por favor, lea atentamente las instrucciones antes de poner en servicio el sistema calefactor.
¡Importante!
El sistema calefactor solamente puede utilizarse para mantener calientes cajas térmicas llenas. Si la caja térmica
está vacía (sin bandejas de menús ni recipientes para comida), el sistema calefactor se ha de desconectar. Si al
sistema se le da una utilización diferente a la indicada, desaparece la garantía y cualquier derecho a hacer efectiva
una responsabilidad frente al fabricante.
La conexión del sistema calefactor se realiza, según el tipo, a la corriente alterna de 220 voltios - 240 voltios o a la
corriente continua de 12 voltios - 14,2 voltios.

¡Atención! No poner objetos calientes con temperatura superior a los 120°C encima del elemento
calefactor.
Se calienta toda la supercie del elemento calefactor. No se puede cubrir ninguna parte del elemento calefactor, p.
ej. con espuma, trapos de cocina, etc.
No volver a poner el elemento calefactor en funcionamiento si se ha dañado su supercie.
La línea de alimentación (cable de conexión a la red) del aparato no puede recambiarse. Si se daña esta línea, el
aparato no se puede volver a poner funcionamiento.
No limpiar el aparato con un chorro de agua ni en el lavavajillas. Para la limpieza, utilice un trapo húmedo y un
detergente sin disolventes.
Montaje y puesta en marcha del sistema calefactor
Abra su caja térmica (Nº 2 de la foto) y coloque en su base de forma plana el elemento calefactor (Nº 1 de la foto).
No se precisa realizar un precalentamiento.
Pase el cable de corriente hacia afuera por la pared lateral. Si la tapa no cierra completamente debido al cable de
corriente, haga una pequeña entalladura para el paso del cable en el borde superior o en la tapa de la caja térmica
(ver el N° 4 la foto, aumento con lupa).
Llene (bandejas de menú y/o recipientes para comida) y cierre su caja térmica, conecte la clavija de conexión o cla-
vija para el encendedor de cigarrillos, según el tipo, a la red de corriente correspondiente (220 voltios - 240 voltios,
12 voltios - 14,2 voltios para encendedor de cigarrillos o regleta de hembrillas para turismos). La regulación de la
temperatura de calefacción se realiza automáticamente a 75°C y no es preciso controlarla adicionalmente.
¡Cuando el sistema calefactor está en servicio, la supercie de la calefacción está caliente!

Veuillez lire les consignes attentivement avant de mettre le système de chauffage en service.
Important !
Le système de chauffage ne pourra être utilisé que pour maintenir au chaud des thermobox remplies. Si la
thermobox est vide (pas de plateaux-repas et/ou pas de container gastronomique rempli), il faut couper le système
de chauffage. En cas d‘utilisation non-conforme, la garantie devient caduque ainsi que toute exigence envers le
fabricant.
Le raccordement du système de chauffage se fait, selon le type, sur du courant alternatif de 220 Volt - 240 Volt ou
sur du courant continu de 12 Volt - 14,2 Volt.

Attention ! Ne poser aucun objet brûlant d‘une température supérieure à 120°C sur l‘élément de
chauffe !
L‘élément chauffe toute la surface. Aucune partie de l‘élément de chauffe ne doit être recouverte, par exemple, de
mousse, de chiffons ou autres.
Si la surface de l‘élément de chauffe et endommagé, l‘appareil ne doit plus être mis en service.
Le câble d‘alimentation de l‘appareil ne peut pas être remplacé. En cas de dommage de ce câble, l‘appareil ne doit
plus être mis en service.
L‘appareil ne doit pas être nettoyé avec un jet d‘eau et/ou dans un lave-vaisselle. Pour le nettoyage, utilisez un
chiffon humide ainsi qu‘un détergent sans solvant.
Installation et mise en service du système de chauffe
Ouvrez la thermobox (Photo N° 2) et posez l‘élément de chauffe (Photo N° 1) à plat sur le fond. Il n‘est pas néces-
saire de faire un préchauffage.
Posez le câble électrique contre la paroi latérale vers l‘extérieur. Si, à cause du câble électrique, le couvercle ne
fermait pas à 100%, découpez sur l‘arête supérieure ou sur le couvercle de la thermobox une petite encoche pour
faire passer le câble (Cf. photo agrandie N° 4).
Remplissez (barquettes et/ou récipient de cuisine) et fermez votre Thermobox, branchez la prise électrique res-
pectivement la prise de l‘allume-cigares - selon le type - sur le courant correspondant (220 Volt - 240 Volt ou 12
Volt - 14,2 Volt sur allume-cigares ou rail de prises de voitures). Le réglage de la température du chauffage se fait
automatiquement sur 75°C et ne nécessite aucune autre surveillance.
Lorsque le système de chauffe est en marche, la surface du chauffage est brûlante !
