Safety Instructions
Please read the instructions carefully and completely before using
the appliance.
5.Protect the device and the connection cord from the effects of heat.
6.Do not switch the device on if the container is empty.

1.The device is designed for short-time operation. After operating the appliance for 30 seconds, pause
operation long enough for it to cool down.
2.The appliance should be connected only to protective sockets that have been installed in accordance
with the regulations.
3.Only connect the device to an alternating current – with the voltage indicated on the device’s
identification plate. The power cord and plug must be dry.
4.Do not pull the mains plug by the power cord or pull it out of the socket with wet hands.

-The device or mains cable is damaged.

Before Use
The device may only be used for the purpose for which it is designed and in accordance with these
instructions for use. For this reason, please read the instructions for use carefully before using the device
for the first time. It contains instructions for using, cleaning and caring for the device. We accept no
liability for any damage if these instructions are disregarded. Keep the instructions for use in a safe place
and give them to any subsequent owner together with the device. The device is not designed for
commercial use, but only for the preparation of household quantities of food.
Observe the safety instructions when using the device.
Use
The appliance has stainless steel blades. The short distance from the stainless steel blade to the bottom
of the container means that you can finely chop small quantities.
The device can be used to chop up and cut into pieces onions, fruits, vegetables, cheese, herbs, spices,
nuts and meat.
Use the speed setting I for cutting and chopping soft foods such as herbs. For harder foods and for
chopping the food into smaller pieces, use speed setting II.

How to use your food chopper
Caution: The blades are sharp. For this reason, always attach the protective cover when not working
with the blades.
2.Carefully remove the protective cover from the stainless steel blades and place the stainless steel
blades into the slot at the bottom of the work bowl. If necessary, twist the stainless blade slightly until it
slides downwards.
8.After use, please unplug the chopper, carefully lift out the blades, and remove the processed food from
the chopping bowl.
4.Install the bowl lid on the stainless steel bowl.
5.Make sure the chopper is unplugged.
9.Finally, disassemble the components in time for cleaning.
6.Install the drive unit (the drive unit must be properly stuck in the 4 slots.)
7.After inserting the mains plug, press down the desired start button several times in short bursts until the
desired results are achieved. (If the machine is running slowly, remove some ingredients and process it
multiple times).
3.Add an appropriate amount of ingredients to the stainless steel bowl (refer to the food processing
guide), but not past the Max mark.

2.Make sure the chopping bowl lid is securely covered in place before chopping.
1.The blade is very SHARP! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.
3.The processor’s motor will only start when the drive unit is correctly fitted. Do not
remove the drive unit while the device is operating.
Maximum Ingredient and Working Hours
The maximum amount of food to process, such as pork and beef, is 600 grams, and the single operation
time shall not exceed 30 seconds. After a single operation, please operate the chopper after 2 minutes to
ensure the temperature of the product is reduced to room temperature.
Cleaning and Care
Remove the mains plug after use. Never immerse the drive unit in water. Simply wipe it with a damp cloth.
Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents. Take care when cleaning so that you do not get injured by the
sharp blades. Food residues could get into the blade slot. Remove the food residues after each use.
◆ Wipe the drive unit with a damp cloth, and then air dry.
◆ Assemble the product after cleaning. Wrap the power cord on the host for storage.
◆ Disconnect the power plug from the outlet.
◆ Wash the accessories with water and detergent. Be very careful when cleaning the stainless steel
blades to avoid injury.
