•Avoid placing the battery in water or humid areas.
•Avoid disassembling the battery or making unauthorized changes.
•Never apply excessive force to the battery and avoid dropping it on the ground.
•When the battery is not in use, it should be charged for 1 hour each month to keep the battery cells
active.
SPECIAL WARNINGS:
•Avoid cleaning the electric bike with a high-pressure cleaner as there is a risk of damaging electrical
parts.
•If smoke or fire rises from the product due to external violence, it should be extinguished with a
powder extinguisher or sand.
•Although the lithium battery is an environmentally friendly product, it contains a variety of chemical
substances. Therefore, it can be polluting if it breaks or becomes too old.

TIPS AND ADVICE FOR SAFE DRIVING
•Always ride with sufficiently inflated tires. Riding with underinflated tires will significantly reduce the
range and decrease control of the bike - especially when carrying heavy loads.
•Never allow children to stand in the cargo area during the ride.
•Always reduce speed during turns.
•The lifespan of your bike will be extended significantly if it is stored in dry conditions.
•Always charge the battery after use - this will extend the lifespan of your battery.
•Never allow children under 15 years old to operate the cargo bike.
•Use only the supplied charger to charge your battery.
•Always be cautious and drive at a reduced speed when transporting children in the cargo bike.
•When carrying heavy loads and driving over 20 km/h, your battery will discharge more quickly. Always
adjust your speed according to the weight you are carrying on the cargo bike.
•Remember that the motor on the cargo bike is an assistive motor. Make it a habit to pedal yourself
when the road is flat since it is not heavy to ride, and only use the motor when going uphill or when it
is raining, and you just want to get home. This way, you will automatically extend the lifespan of your
battery and improve your fitness.
•Always follow the maintenance schedule and make sure your bike mechanic remembers to tighten all
spokes, bolts, and screws at every service.
•The first service should be done after 100 km of riding and then every 500 km thereafter.
•Remember to keep and store the frame number certificate and service booklet in a safe place.
