Pump In-Line Filter
Tools Required: Phillips Screwdriver, Step Ladder
Parts included in Preventative Maintenance Kit for Model 7400-25 are shown below.

1. Turn off chamber and unplug power cord.
2. Remove bottom shelf to expose humidity pan.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR REPLACING ANTIMICROBIAL COPPER ROD,
CO2 IN-LINE FILTER AND AIR PUMP IN-LINE FILTER IN MODEL

3. Retrieve old antimicrobial copper rod from inside humidity pan, squeeze spring
clip and slide off antimicrobial copper rod as shown below.
4. Discard old antimicrobial copper rod.
5. Thread spring clip through cable loop, slightly squeeze spring clip together and
insert long white end of new antimicrobial copper rod into spring clip as shown
below.
6. Reinstall shelf.

1. Turn off chamber and unplug power cord.
2. Remove (3) screws in top access panel along front of chamber using Phillips
screwdriver as shown below. Note: Retain screws.
3. Remove top access panel by sliding it towards front of chamber until (3) tabs on
each side are released as shown below.

Disconnect electrical power before removing top access panel.

4. Loosen (2) clamps as shown below. Note: Clamps may be colored different than
shown.
5. Remove and discard old CO2 in-line filter by twisting and pulling filter out of
tubing assembly.
6. Install new CO2 in-line filter into tubing assembly.
7. Tighten (2) clamps.

2. Remove and discard old air pump in-line filter by twisting and pulling filter out of
tubing assembly.
3. Install new air pump in-line filter into tubing assembly.
4. Tighten (1) clamp.

5. Continue to instructions for replacing additional accessory preventative
maintenance items if applicable or plug in power cord and turn on chamber.
6. Reset CO2 filter alert by pressing Settings button on right side of Home screen as
shown below.
7. Press Maint. button as shown below.
8. Press Reset button for Replace CO2 filter as shown below.
9. Press Home button as shown below.

1. Reinstall top access panel by sliding towards rear of chamber until (3) tabs on
each side are engaged.
2. Secure top access panel along front of chamber with retained (3) screws using
Phillips screwdriver.
