Thisvibratorysoilcompactorisintendedforsoilcompactionactivitiesusingexternallyinducedvibrations.
Donotusethismachineforanyotherpurposeorinanymannerotherthanasdescribedinthemanual,decals,or
otherproductsafetyinformationprovidedwiththemachine.Thesematerialsdenethemachine’sintendeduse.
Allpersonswhowillbeoperatingthismachineshallpossessavalidlocalvehicleoperatingpermitand/orotherappli-
cablelocalageworkpermits.
ConsultanauthorizeddealerorCASECONSTRUCTIONEquipment(India)Pvt.Ltd.onchanges,additions,or
modicationsthatcanberequiredforthismachinetocomplywithvariouscountryregulationsandsafetyrequirements.
Unauthorizedmodicationswillcauseseriousinjuryordeath.Anyonemakingsuchunauthorizedmodicationsis

Warranty
Thewarrantyapplicableforeachvibratorysoilcompactor(equipment)manufacturedbyCaseNewHolland
ConstructionEquipment(India)PrivateLimited(thecompany)willbeasunder:
1.Eachvibratorysoilcompactor(equipment)manufacturedbythecompany/sellershallbedevoidofthedefectsin
materialandworkmanship.
2.Allgoodswillbewarrantedagainstdefectivematerial,partsandworkmanshipforaperiodof12monthswith
unlimitedhoursofoperationfromthedateofdelivery.
3.Thecompany’s/seller’sliabilitywillbelimitedtotherepairorreplacementofthepartswhichareprovideddefective
withintheaforesaidwarrantyperiodinnormaloperation,properuseandservicewhenownedbytheoriginalbuyer
only.
4.Thewarrantywillnotcoverelectricalitems,rubberitemssuchasdampers,seals,tires,O-ringsandconsumables
likeoilandlterelements.
5.Thewarrantywillnotcovernormalwearandtear,failuresduetoimproperoperation,poormaintenanceand/or
improperhandlingoftheequipment.
6.Thewarrantywillnotcoveranydamagescausedwhiletheequipmentisinstorageorundertransitduringthe
periodofwarranty.
7.Theabovewarrantywillbeineachinstance,dependentonthewarrantiesextendedtothecompany/sellerby
itssuppliersinthecaseofsuchboughtoutitemsaselectricmotors,alternators,tiresandtubesandbatteries.
Undernocircumstanceswhatsoevershallcompany/sellerberesponsiblefordefectsinquality,workmanshipor
performancebeyondtheguaranteeofcompany’s/seller’ssuppliersinrespectofsuchitems.
8.Thecompany’s/seller’sliabilitywillbelimitedtotherepair/replacementofthedefectivepartsandwillnotcover
directorindirectlossessufferedonthisaccountandnoclaimforconsequentialdamageswillbeentertained.

9.Thewarrantyshallnotcoverthecostofremovaland/orrettingofanypartstotheequipment.Thewarrantyshall
alsonotcovertheexpensesofpackingandfreightinconnectionwithreplacementdeliveriesmadetothebuyer
andthecostforthesameshallbebornebythebuyer.
10.Allreplacementssuppliedunderthiswarrantywillbeonthebasisoftheseller’soptionsubjecttoavailabilityof
requiredimportlicenseorcustom’sclearancepermitwhereverapplicable.
11.Allpartsfoundtobedefectiveandreplacedbythecompany/sellershallbecomeitsproperty.Ineveryinstance,
itshallbethebuyer’sresponsibilitytosendthefailedpartsdulypackedtothecompany’sregionalofce/factory
onfreightpaidbasis.Incaseofdefault,nowarrantyshallbepaidforthepartscoveredtherein.
12.ItshallbeobligatoryonthepartofthebuyertouseonlygenuineCNHspareparts,recommendedhydraulicoil
transmissionoil,greaseandlubricantsetc.Furtheritshallalsobeobligatorytoassemblepartsinaccordance
withtheguidelinesgivenbythecompany/seller.
Nonconformanceoftheaboveshallautomaticallyandirrevocablyvoidthewarranty.
13.Nowarrantyisapplicableforaccidentsandfailurescausedduetonegligenceofthemachineoperator.
14.TheCompanyreservestherighttomakechangesindesignorimprovementsonthemachinesanytimewithout
incurringanyobligationstoincorporatesuchchangesorimprovementsonmachinespreviouslysuppliedbythe
company.
NOTE:Eachmachineissuppliedcompletewithacopy
ofthismanual.Descriptionsandillustrationsprovided
hereinarenotbinding.Themanufacturer,providedthat
thebasiccharacteristicsofmachinetypesdescribedand
showninthismanualremainthesame,reservestheright
tochangecomponents,partsandaccessoriessupplied
withoutanycommitmenttotimelyupdatethispublication,
