Warranty
ThewarrantyapplicableforCASECONSTRUCTION450DXVibratoryCompactormanufacturedbyCASE
CONSTRUCTIONEquipment(India)Pvt.Ltd(thecompany)willbeasunder:
1.Eachvibratorycompactor(equipment)manufacturedbythecompany/sellershallbedevoidofthedefectsin
materialandworkmanship.
2.Allgoodswillbewarrantedagainstdefectivematerial,partsandworkmanshipforaperiodof12monthswith
unlimitedhoursofoperation,fromthedateofdeliveryofthemachine.
3.Thecompany’s/seller’sliabilitywillbelimitedtotherepairorreplacementofthepartswhichareprovideddefective
withintheaforesaidwarrantyperiodinnormaloperation,properuseandservicewhenownedbytheoriginalbuyer
only.
4.Forelectricalitems,warrantywillonlycoveragainstmanufacturingdefectsRubberitemssuchasdampers,seals,
O-ringsandconsumablelikeoilandlterelementswillnotbecoveredunderWarranty.
5.Thewarrantywillnotcovernormalwearandtear,failuresduetoimproperoperation,poormaintenanceand/or
improperhandlingoftheequipment.
6.Thewarrantywillnotcoveranydamagescausedwhiletheequipmentisinstorageorundertransitduringthe
periodofwarranty.
7.Theabovewarrantywillbeineachinstance,dependentonthewarrantiesextendedtothecompany/sellerby
hissuppliersinthecaseofsuchboughtoutitemsasengines,electricmotors,alternators,tiresandtubesand
batteries.
8.Undernocircumstanceswhatsoevershallcompany/sellerberesponsiblefordefectsinquality,workmanshipor
performancebeyondtheguaranteeofcompany’s/seller’ssuppliersinrespectofsuchitems.
9.Thecompany’s/seller’sliabilitywillbelimitedtotherepair/replacementofthedefectivepartsandwillnotcover
directorindirectlossessufferedonthisaccountandnoclaimforconsequentialdamageswillbeentertained.

10.Thewarrantyshallnotcoverthecostofremovaland/orrettingofanypartstotheequipment.
11.Thewarrantyshallalsonotcovertheexpensesofpackingandfreightinconnectionwithreplacementdeliveries
madetothebuyerandthecostforthesameshallbebornebythebuyer.
12.Allreplacementssuppliedunderthiswarrantywillbeonthebasisoftheseller’soptionsubjecttoavailabilityof
requiredimportlicenseorcustom’sclearancepermitwhereverapplicable.
13.Allpartsfoundtobedefectiveandreplacedbythecompany/sellershallbecomeitsproperty.Ineveryinstance,
itshallbethebuyer’sresponsibilitytosendthefailedpartsdulypackedtothecompany’sregionalofce/factory
onfreightpaidbasis.Incaseofdefault,nowarrantyshallbepaidforthepartscoveredtherein.
14.ItshallbeobligatoryonthepartofthebuyertouseonlygenuineCNHspareparts,recommendedhydraulicoil
transmissionoil,greaseandlubricantsetc.Furtheritshallalsobeobligatorytoassemblepartsinaccordance
withtheguidelinesgivenbythecompany/seller.
15.Non-conformanceoftheaboveshallautomaticallyandirrevocablyvoidthewarranty.
16.Pleaserefertotheauthorizeddealerregardingfreeservicesavailable.Strictadherencetotheinstructionsgiven
thereinisnecessary.
17.Nowarrantyisapplicableforaccidentsandfailurescausedduetonegligenceofthemachineoperator.
18.TheCompanyreservestherighttomakechangesindesignorimprovementsonthemachinesanytimewithout
incurringanyobligationstoincorporatesuchchangesorimprovementsonmachinespreviouslysuppliedbythe
company.

theworkcannotbeperformedwithoutdrive.
•Beforestartingtoworkonhydrauliclinesrelievethesamefrompressure.Pin-sizedandsmallerstreamsofhydraulic
oilpressurecanpenetratetheskinandresultinseriousinjury.Ifthehydraulicoilunderpressuredoespenetrate
theskin,seekmedicaltreatmentimmediately.
•Retallthecovers,ifremovedduringmaintenancework.
