4. Press Ato return to the Date Mode.
The setting operation is complete when the screen stops flashing.
xThe watch will automatically return to the Timekeeping Mode if you do not perform
any button operation for one or two minutes.
xThe Auto Calendar automatically distinguishes between months of different lengths.
You do not need to change the setting except for leap years or after replacing the
watch’s battery.
To adjust the analog time setting
In any mode, press Cto advance the time setting by
20seconds.
xHolding down Cadvances the setting at high speed.

1. In the Date Mode, hold down Afor at least two
seconds. This causes the month to flash.
2. Use Ato select the setting item you want to change.

The setting operation is complete when the screen stops flashing.
xThe watch returns to the Timekeeping Mode automatically if you do not perform
any button operation for one or two minutes in the setting screen.

To configure the digital time settings
1. In the Timekeeping Mode, hold down Afor at least
two seconds. This causes the seconds to flash on the
display.
2. Press Ato move the flashing in the sequence shown
below to select a setting.

The Stopwatch Mode lets you measure elapsed time. The
range of the stopwatch is 59 minutes, 59.99 seconds.

xWhile the 12/24-hour timekeeping screen is displayed,
press Bto toggle between 12 and 24.
4. Press Ato return to the Dual Time Mode.

Dual Time
Dual Time lets you set the current time in another time zone different from the time in
your current time zone.
xThis means that your watch can be set up to display three times: digital time,
analog time, and Dual Time.
xThe seconds count of the Dual Time is synced with the digital time seconds.
To configure Dual Time settings
1. In the Dual Time Mode, hold down Afor at least two
seconds. This causes the hour digits to flash.

Alarm
When the Daily Alarm is turned on, the alarm sounds for 20 seconds at the preset
time each day. When the Hourly Time Signal is turned on, the watch beeps every
hour on the hour.
xNote that the Daily Alarm and the Hourly Time Signal operate based on the digital
time setting.
xThe watch returns to the Timekeeping Mode automatically if you do not perform
any button operation for one or two minutes in the Alarm Mode.
To configure alarm and hourly time signal settings
1. In the Alarm Mode, hold down Afor at least two
seconds. This causes the alarm hour digits to flash.
