Safety Notice
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed including the following:
A. Reduce instructions.
B. Do not expose to water or liquid.
C. Close supervision is necessary when near or being used by children.
D. Unplug from wall outlet when not in use, and before taking off or adding parts.
E. Unplug from wall before cleaning.
F. Avoid contact with moving parts.
G. Do not feed food by hand - always use the foot pusher.
H. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the machine malfunctions or is damaged,
contact a Cater-Prep authorised engineer to inspect and repair this.
I. The use of attachments not recommended or supplied by Cater-Prep may cause fire, electric shock or injury.
J. Do not use outdoors.
K. Do not let cord hang over edge of table or counter.
L. Do not let the cord overhang onto a hot surface including stoves.
M. Do not use fingers to scrape food away from discharge disc while appliance is operating.
N. Save these instructions.
O. When carrying the unit ensure motor housing is held upwards.
P. Do not grind hard foods such as bones & nuts.
Q. Do not grind foods with high fibre such as ginger.
R. When circuit breaker activates do not switch on.
S. Allow 6 seconds before switch on/off or reverse to ensure the motor has stopped completely.
T. Motor cant be used for more than 15 minutes.
U. Make sure the voltage indicated on the bottom plate are the same as your local supply.

Assembly
Below is the instructions for assembly of the meet grinder:

Using your meat grinder
1. Place head tightly onto the opening of motor housing, holding head with one hand, and place the locking
knob into the machine.
2. Place feed screw long end first into the motor housing.
3. Place cutting blade onto feed screw shaft with blade facing front was.
4. Place desired cutting plate next to cutting blade, fitting this into the slots.
5. Screw cap into place until tight, being careful not to over tighten, place hopper plate on head and fix
into position,.
6. Feed foods into the hopper plate- use foot pusher.
7. Switch off after mincing.
Mincing Meat
Jamming
When the circuit breaker automatically stops, or when the motor continuous to function but no meat comes out, this is due
to jamming. Do not switch on, press circuit breaker to reset, then press off/reverse to clear jamming of bone or other
materials. Clean the unit.
