for Drink Mode
Turn clockwise (right): to decrease temperature
Turn counterclockwise (left): to increase temperature
Note: beverage temperature is controlled by the thermostat
only when the mixer/refrigeration switch(es) is set to Drink Mode ( ). Mixer/Refrigeration Switch
= Drink Mode: when a machine is in drink
mode the beverage temperature is controlled by the
corresponding thermostat.
O=Off
= Slush Mode: when a machine is in slush mode the
mix viscosity is controlled by the corresponding
adjustment screw located in the rear wall of each
container (for temperature and viscosity setting
turn to page 9).
Filter Light
When warning light is On: indicates that machine is
hot due to insufficient ventilation or that filter is dirty
and needs to be replaced.

For light to be on
top cover metal tab must
touch the verticle wire.
To replace bulb and
remove graphics
remove screw from cover.
Verticle wire must touch
flexible light contact on
upper drip tray.

Freezing Chamber
Spiral Scraping Blade
Magnetic Auger
Gently turn scraping
blade (clockwise) to
disengage it from
the auger.
With one hand supporting
the freezing chamber, pull
the auger out.
note: magnetic pull will
be strong until the
attraction is broken.
To Remove Scraping Blade & Auger

Gently push
bowl back and
up to unlock
the latch as
shown in the
picture.
Must be
unhooked
to remove
bowl.
Pull bowl
forward
to remove
from unit.

To properly fasten bowl, reverse
each step by doing the following:
1. Start with Step C, push forward
and firmly press down.
2. In Step B, make sure bowl is
hooked properly.
3. Final Step A, double check if
bowl is securely locked under
lip of the machine.

1. Pull pin out.
2. Remove handle & spring.
3. Push faucet piston up from
below and out of the bowl.

•Faucet Piston•
Lubricate both
“O” Rings with
Food Grade
Lubricant
•Magnetic Auger•
Lubricate auger bushing.
Lubricate nose
of outer spiral.
When Assembling Unit,The Following Must Be Lubricated

Remove rubber gasket by
gently pulling gasket
forward & around the
freezing chamber.
Replace gasket by gently
pushing forward until
gasket fits properly around
gasket seat.
*Do not use any lubricant
on gasket.
To Remove & Replace Rubber Gasket

To Set 24hr. Defrost Timer:
1.Turn dial clockwise to set
time of day. Align the
current time of day with the
white arrow on the timer
face.
2. Program the defrost timer by
pushing out on the white
tabs that correspond to the
hours desired to defrost.
Each tab represents 15
minute intervals.
•Thickness Control Setting•
To change the viscosity, if necessary, use a
standard screwdriver to turn the adjustment
screw located in the rear wall of each container
as follow:
Clockwise (right) to obtain a thicker product.
Counterclockwise (left) to obtain a thinner product.
•Torque Setting Gauge•
•Torque Setting Gauge•
Setting can be changed from “Min
and Max” where a thin product is
adjusted to 1 and for a thicker
product adjust accordingly (1-4)
respectfully.

counter clockwise and pull
off stainless steel shield.
