INTRODUCTION OF THE MANUAL
NOTA - On receipt of the product, before any operation of use,
read carefully its documents.
This manual contains the instructions for configuration, use
and maintenance of the anti-tefth system for motor vehicles.
The manual consists of several sections, each of which

performed with the Easyblock anti-theft system. The
intervention procedures, described in the following chapters,
must be carried out respecting both the indicated execution
methods and the general safety rules of this chapter.
Dierent countries may have dierent safety regulations.
Therefore, it should be noted that in all cases in which
the standards of the manuals were in conflict or reductive
compared to the standards of the sector or country in which
the product is used, the standards of the sector or country
will in any case have priority over those of the manuals.
NOTE - The manufacturer may not be liable in any case for
accidents or consequential damages to the improper use of
the product, as well as the failure, even partial, of the safety
regulations and intervention procedures described in the
manual.
Failure to comply with the rules of use and the intervention
and maintenance methods of the Easyblock anti-theft
system contained in the manual also determines the
cancellation of the warranty terms. The manual must be kept
by the user and by the personnel who have been assigned
the task of using and inspecting the product. In case of
deterioration or loss, a certified copy may be requested by
the Customer from the manufacturer, we suggest keeping a
safety copy in a place where it cannot be damaged or lost.
WARNING - As it would be impossible to describe all the
operations that must not be or cannot be performed,
consider that all the operations (dierent from the normal
use) not described in the manual supplied with the device
are not feasible.
DESCRIPTION
The product is not a toy, therefore it must never be
made available to children in recreational activities.
The product object of the document is a fully mechanical
anti-theft system that locks the rear wheel of scooters and
motorcycles in circulation from 2010 to today. Two keys are
provided with the product to open and close it.

responsible for the use and maintenance of the Easyblock
anti-theft system and is related to its technical life after its

reason), the Easyblock anti-theft system must be delivered
complete with all the documentation. Before starting any
operation with the product it is necessary to have at least
read the entire manual and then studied the topic relating
to the operations to be carried out.
This manual contains proprietary information and cannot
also be partially provided to third parties for any use
and in any form, without the prior written consent of
the manufacturer. The manufacturer declares that the
information contained in this manual is congruent with
the technical and safety specifications of the product to
which the manual refers. Certified copy of this manual is
deposited in the technical file, kept at the manufacturing
company. The manufacturing company does not recognize
any documentation that has not been produced, released
or distributed by itself or by its authorized representative.
This manual as well as the entire technical file will be kept
by the manufacturer for the period required by law. During
this period, a copy of the documentation accompanying
the product may be requested at the time of sale.The entire
technical file remains available for this period exclusively for
the supervisory authorities, who may request a copy. After
this period, it will be the obligation and care of whoever
manages the product, to make sure that both the product
and the documentation comply with the laws in force at the
time of the check.
GENERAL SAFETY STANDARDS
Warning
Check the status of the documentation, immediately
informing the manufacturer of any lack or illegibility, even
partial. If part of the documentation is also partially missing
or illegible, consult the manufacturer before carrying out any
further operation on the product. This chapter describes the
general safety rules to be observed during any operation

use of the product. Any unexpected use also results the
termination of the warranty terms.
Residual risks
During the design phase, the manufacturing company
Cervo Sebastiano carried out an in-depth risk analysis on the
product concerned. This analysis revealed risks which cannot
be eliminated due to their nature. It is therefore important
that any user must use and maintain the Easyblock anti-theft
system before reading the manual.
NOTE - In no event the manufacturing company will be liable
for any incident or damage due to unexpected use of the
product as a result of negligence by a user.
In particular:
• It is absolutely forbidden to make any changes on the
product. Any damage to people, animals or things
resulting from the use of the Easyblock anti-theft
system improperly modified by an unauthorized
operator, relieves Cervo Sebastiano of any responsibility.
• Keep this manual carefully, necessary for a correct
and safe use of the product.
• Never make the packaging material of the product
available to children.
• Never bring the product to the mouth.
• It is absolutely forbidden to make the product
available to children for recreational activities.
WARNING
The production of the Easyblock anti-theft system is checked
by Cervo Sebastiano before shipment and delivery to the
end user. The Easyblock anti-theft system is designed, built
and tested to meet all specific standards (see the declaration
of conformity), when used in a workmanlike manner. If the
use and checks are not conducted in a workmanlike manner,
anomalies may occur during its technical life, and product
safety problems may also occur. Inappropriate uses and
checks expire the warranty terms.

Intended use
The product is intended to be used as an anti-theft system
for scooters and motorcycles.
NOTE - The manufacturing company cannot be held in any
case liable for accidents or damages due to unexpected
use of the product. Any unexpected use of the product also
resolves the termination of the warranty terms.
Not intended use
No use other than that described in the INTENDED USE
paragraph is foreseen.
It is also absolutely forbidden:
• Use the product in environments / places other than
those indicated in “Locations”.
• Do not respect the types of product to which it can be
used (motorcycle models other than those indicated).
• Modify the Easyblock anti-theft system.
• Use methods of use other than those indicated in the
following paragraphs.
• Disperse the product in the environment

Extraordinary maintenance
Extraordinary maintenance is required in the event of
unforeseeable accidents or inappropriate use of the product
concerned. The situations that can be created from time to
time are completely unpredictable and therefore it is not
possible to describe appropriate intervention procedures.
If necessary, consult the technical service to receive the
appropriate instructions for the situation. All extraordinary
interventions must however be carried out by specialized
and authorized personnel.
DISPOSAL
The Easyblock anti-theft system is produced according to
criteria of duration and flexibility that make it to be used
for many years. Once it reaches the end of its technical
and operational life, it must be disposed of in conditions
that cannot be used anyway for the purposes for which it
was designed and produced at the time, making it possible
to reuse the raw materials that make it up. For disposal,
refer to the local regulations of unsorted municipal waste.
Contact the waste disposal center in your area and follow
the instructions.
Damage reporting procedure
If any damage is found, stop the use procedure and report
the nature of the damage to the customer support oce of
the manufacturer.
HANDLING
The weight of the product allows it to be handled manually
by a single user. Do not allow the product to suer impacts
during handling which may compromise its characteristics
and performance.
USE
The product must be installed by an authorized mechanic.
To install the product, remove the muer or the brake
caliper support (depending on the motorcycle model). Then
apply the Easyblock system to the bracket of the scooter.
Using a hexagonal wrench, tighten the locking nut on the
product bushing to fix Easyblock to the scooter bracket.
Once the product has been fixed, reposition the muer or
brake caliper in its original position and reinsert the bolts
and nuts to secure the muer or caliper to the appropriate
supports. You can consult video tutorials on how to install

MAINTAINANCE
Maintenance operations must be carried out by personnel
who have previously read the manual. When carrying out
these operations, scrupulously follow the instructions given
in this documentation. For any maintenance work additional
to the indications contained in this manual, the general
safety rules and, if necessary, the general safety rules at
work in the place where these operations are carried out
must be respected.
Periodic maintenance
Periodically it is necessary to check the product status. If
there are dents or abrasions that make it less functional it
will be necessary to replace the product with an equivalent
one or to repair it. Periodically it will be necessary to
clean the product from any accumulation of dust and / or
other dirt. Wipe it with a dry or damp cloth. Neutral type
detergents can also be used.

qualsiasi ulteriore operazione sul prodotto. In questo capitolo
sono descritte le norme generali di sicurezza da osservarsi
durante qualsiasi operazione eseguita con il Sistema antifurto
Easyblock. Le procedure d’intervento, descritte nei capitoli
successivi, devono essere eseguite rispettando sia le modalità
di esecuzione indicate, sia le norme di sicurezza generali
di questo capitolo. Nazioni diverse possono avere diverse
normative relative alla sicurezza. Si precisa pertanto che in
tutti i casi in cui le norme dei manuali fossero in conflitto
oppure riduttive rispetto alle norme del settore o della
nazione in cui il prodotto viene utilizzato, le norme del settore
o della nazione avranno comunque valore prioritario su quelle
dei manuali.
NOTA - La ditta produttrice non può essere ritenuta in alcun

ATTENZIONE - Poiché sarebbe impossibile descrivere tutte
le operazioni che non devono o non possono essere eseguite,
si ritenga che tutte le operazioni (diverse dal normale uso)
che non sono esplicitamente descritte nel manuale, sono da
considerarsi non fattibili.
DESCRIZIONE
Il prodotto non è un giocattolo pertanto non deve mai
essere messo a disposizione dei bambini in attività ludiche.
Il prodotto oggetto del documento è un sistema antifurto
completamente meccanico che blocca la ruota posteriore
manutenzione del Sistema antifurto Easyblock per motocicli.
Il manuale è composto da varie sezioni, ognuna delle quali
tratta una serie di argomenti, suddivisi in capitoli e paragrafi.
L’indice generale elenca tutti gli argomenti trattati dell’intero
manuale. La numerazione delle pagine è progressiva ed
in ogni pagina è riportato il numero della stessa. Questo
manuale è destinato ai soggetti preposti all’uso e alla
manutenzione del Sistema antifurto Easyblock e ne è relativo
alla vita tecnica dopo la sua produzione e vendita. Nel caso
in cui venisse successivamente ceduto a terzi a qualsiasi
titolo (vendita o qualsiasi altra motivazione), il Sistema
antifurto Easyblock deve essere consegnato completo
di tutta la documentazione. Prima di iniziare qualsiasi
operazione con il prodotto è necessario avere almeno
letto l'intero manuale e poi approfondito l'argomento
relativo alle operazioni che si intendono eettuare. Questo
manuale contiene informazioni di proprietà riservata e non
può essere anche parzialmente fornito a terzi per alcun uso
ed in qualsiasi forma, senza il preventivo consenso scritto
della ditta produttrice. La ditta produttrice dichiara che le
informazioni contenute in questo manuale sono congruenti
con le specifiche tecniche e di sicurezza del prodotto cui

NORME GENERALI DI SICUREZZA
Avvertenza
Verificate lo stato della documentazione, segnalando
immediatamente alla ditta produttrice l'eventuale
mancanza o illeggibilità anche parziale. Qualora parte della

NOTA - La ditta produttrice non può essere ritenuta
in alcun caso responsabile di incidenti o danni conseguenti
ad usi non previsti del prodotto. Qualsiasi uso non previsto
comporta, inoltre, il decadimento dei termini di garanzia.
Rischi Residui
In fase di progettazione la ditta produttrice
Cervo Sebastiano ha eettuato un’analisi dei rischi
approfondita sul prodotto in esame. Da tale analisi sono
emersi dei rischi ineliminabili per la loro natura. È importante
perciò che qualsiasi utente debba utilizzare e manutenere il
Sistema antifurto Easyblock abbia preventivamente letto il
manuale.
NOTA - La ditta produttrice non può essere ritenuta
in alcun caso responsabile di incidenti o danni conseguenti
ad usi non previsti del prodotto a seguito di negligenza da
parte di un utente.
In particolare:
• È assolutamente vietato apportare qualsiasi modifica
sul prodotto. Qualsiasi danno a persone, animali o
cose derivante dall’utilizzo del Sistema antifurto
Easyblock modificato impropriamente da un
operatore non autorizzato, solleva Cervo Sebastiano
da ogni responsabilità.
• Conservare con cura il presente manuale, necessario
per un corretto e sicuro utilizzo del prodotto.
• Non mettere mai a disposizione di bambini
il materiale di imballaggio del prodotto.
• Non portare mai alla bocca il prodotto.
• È assolutamente vietato mettere a disposizione dei
bambini il prodotto per attività ludiche.
AVVERTENZA
La produzione del Sistema antifurto Easyblock viene verificata
da Cervo Sebastiano prima della spedizione e della consegna
all’utente finale. Il Sistema antifurto Easyblock èprogettato,
realizzato e testato per soddisfare tutte le norme specifiche
(vedere la dichiarazione di prestazione), quando utilizzato a
regola d’arte. Se l’utilizzo e le verifiche non vengono condotti
di scooter e moto in circolazione dal 2010 ad oggi. Con il
prodotto vengono fornite due chiavi per aprirlo e chiuderlo.

Uso previsto
Il prodotto è destinato ad essere utilizzato
come sistema antifurto per scooter e moto.
NOTA - La ditta produttrice non può essere ritenuta in
alcun caso responsabile di incidenti o danni conseguenti
ad usi non previsti del prodotto. Qualsiasi uso non previsto
del prodotto comporta inoltre il decadimento dei termini
di garanzia.
Uso non previsto
Non è previsto alcun uso dierente da quelli descritti
al paragrafo USO PREVISTO.
É inoltre assolutamente vietato:
• Utilizzare il prodotto in ambienti/luoghi
diversi da quelli indicati in “Ubicazioni”.
• Non rispettare i tipi di prodotto cui può
essere utilizzato (modelli di motoveicoli
diversi da quelli indicati).
• Modificare il sistema antifurto Easyblock.
• Utilizzare metodi di utilizzo diversi

Manutenzioni periodiche
Periodicamente è necessario verificare lo stato del prodotto.
Qualora presenti ammaccature od abrasioni che rendano
meno la sua funzionalità sarà necessario sostituire il prodotto
con uno equivalente o procedere ad una sua riparazione.
Periodicamente è raccomandata la lubrificazione del
prodotto. Per lubrificare il prodotto utilizzare l’apposita
valvola esterna presente sul prodotto. Periodicamente sarà
necessario pulire il prodotto da un eventuale accumulo di
polvere e/o altra sporcizia. Passarlo con un panno asciutto od
umido. È possibile utilizzare anche detergenti di tipo neutro.
Manutenzioni straordinarie
Le manutenzioni straordinarie sono richieste in caso di
incidenti non prevedibili o ad un uso inappropriato del
prodotto in esame. Le situazioni che di volta in volta si
possono creare sono del tutto imprevedibili e pertanto non
è possibile descrivere appropriate procedure di intervento.
In caso di necessità consultate il servizio tecnico per ricevere
le istruzioni adeguate alla situazione. Tutti gli interventi
straordinari devono comunque essere eettuati da
personale specializzato ed autorizzato.
SMALTIMENTO
Il Sistema antifurto Easyblock è prodotto secondo criteri
di durata e flessibilità che consentono di utilizzarlo per
numerosi anni. Una volta raggiunta la fine della sua vita
tecnica e operativa, deve essere smaltito in condizioni di
non poter essere comunque più utilizzato per gli scopi per
cui a suo tempo era stato progettato e prodotto, rendendo
comunque possibile il riutilizzo delle materie prime che lo
costituiscono. Per lo smaltimento fate riferimento alle norme
locali dei rifiuti di tipo indierenziato. Contattare il centro di
smaltimento rifiuti della Vostra zona e seguire le indicazioni.

del prodotto. Utilizzi e verifiche non appropriati fanno
decadere i termini di garanzia.
VERIFICHE PRELIMINARI
Controllo di eventuali danni
Verificate che il prodotto non presenti segni evidenti di urti,
non ci siano crepe e non sia deformato.
Procedura di segnalazione danni
Nel caso si riscontrino dei danni, interrompete la procedura
di utilizzo e segnalate la natura dei danni riscontrati all’ucio
supporto clienti della ditta produttrice.
MOVIMENTAZIONE
Il peso del prodotto ne consente la movimentazione
manuale eettuata da un singolo utente. Evitare che il
prodotto durante una movimentazione subisca urti che
possono comprometterne le caratteristiche e prestazioni.
UTILIZZO
Il prodotto va installato presso un meccanico autorizzato. Per
istallare il prodotto procedere con il rimuovere la marmitta
o il supporto della pinza del freno (a seconda del modello di
motociclo). Successivamente applicare il sistema Easyblock
alla staa dello scooter. Utilizzando un chiavino esagonale
stringere il grano di bloccaggio presente sulla boccola del
prodotto per fissare Easyblock alla staa dello scooter. Una
volta fissato il prodotto, riposizionare la marmitta o pizza del
freno nella posizione originare e reinserire i bulloni e dadi
per assicurare la marmitta o pizza agli appositi supporti. È

MANUTENZIONE
Le operazioni di manutenzione devono essere eseguite
da personale che preventivamente abbia letto il manuale.
Nell'eseguire tali interventi, attenersi scrupolosamente alle
istruzioni riportate sulla presente documentazione. Per
qualsiasi intervento di manutenzione oltre alle indicazioni
contenute nel presente manuale, devono essere rispettate
le norme di sicurezza generali ed eventualmente le norme
di sicurezza generali sul lavoro vigenti nel luogo in cui tali
operazioni vengono svolte.
