GENERAL OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
TO PREVENT
SERIOUS INJURY:
Grip the tool rmly in both
hands.
Charge the Battery (24) before1.
rst use. Hold both buttons on the
side of the Battery down and slide
the Battery downward to detach it
from the tool. Insert the Battery into
the Charger (26) (the Battery Pack

position), and plug the Charger into
a grounded, 120V electrical outlet.
Typical charge time for the Battery is
one hour. While charging, the Bat-
tery and Charger may become warm
to the touch. This is normal and does
not indicate a problem. When the
Battery is charging both the red and
green lights on the Charger will be lit.
When the Battery is fully charged the
red light will turn off, indicating that
the Battery is ready for use. Once
the Battery is charged, unplug the
Charger from the electrical outlet and
remove the Battery from the Charger.
Push the Safety down and push the2.
Switch (20) forward to start the tool.
