This child restraint system is designed and manufactured
in compliance with the requirements of Regulation No 44 of the United
Nations Economic Commission for Europe concerning the safe
transportation of children, the provisions of the Product Safety Directive
2001/95/ЕU of the European Parliament and The Council and Directive
91/671/EEC “Compulsory use of seat belts and child restraints systems for
child occupants of power-driven vehicles” of the European Parliament and

1. Thisisa“UNIVERSAL”CHILDRESTRAINT.Itisapproved(№E8*44R04/16*11712*00)under
RegulationNo44,04seriesofamendments,forgeneraluseinvehiclesanditwilltmost,butnotall,
carseats.
2. A correcttislikelyifthevehiclemanufacturer hasdeclaredinthe vehicle handbookthatthe
vehicleiscapableofacceptinga“universal”childrestraintfortheseagegroups.
3. Thischildrestrainthasbeenclassiedas“universal”undermorestringentconditionsthanthose
whichappliedtoearlierdesignswhichdonotcarrythisnotice.
4. Ifindoubt,consulteitherthechildrestraintmanufacturerortheretailer.
DO NOT FORGET THAT NO RESTRAINT SYSTEM CAN PROVIDE ABSO-
LUTE PROTECTION IN CASE OF A CRASH OR A ROAD ACCIDENT! DRIVE
WITH CARE WHEN THERE IS A CHILD IN YOU VEHICLE!

Carseatsinstallationinthevehicleandsecuringthechildinthecarseatmustbedoneonlybyadult!
Therigiditemsandplasticpartsofachildrestraintshallbesolocatedandinstalledthattheyare
notliable,duringeverydayuseofthevehicle,tobecometrappedbyamovableseatorinadoorof
thevehicle.
Thevehiclesafety-beltmustbetightenedandfastened,notpinchedinthedoor,twistedontheseat
orotherpartofthevehicle,ortorubagainstsharpedgesorparts.
Thecarseatsafetybeltmustbewellsnugandxedandadjustedaccordingtochild’ssize.
Donotallowthecarseatsafety-beltsandthevehiclesafety-beltstobetwisted,frayedortorn,the
latchesandthelocks(thebuckles)mustbealwaysingoodorderandrmlyxed.
Ifyounduncertaintyordefectintheconstruction,latchesstrapsorlockingmechanismsofthecar
seat,discontinueusageuntilremovalofthedamagedpartsandreplacementwithnewones.
Thecarseatshouldbechangedwhenithasbeensubjecttoviolentstressesinanaccident.
Neveruseasecondhandchildrestraint.Itmayhavesufferedstructuraldamagewhichmaymake
thechildrestraintextremelydangerous.
Thechildrestraintshallnotbeusedwithoutthecover!Theseatcovershouldnotbereplacedwith
anyotherthantheonerecommendedbythemanufacturer,becausethecoverconstitutesaninte
gralpartoftherestraintperformance.
Anyluggage or other objectsliable to cause injuriesin the eventofa collision shallbe properly
secured.
Donotputanyadditionalpadsexcepttheonessuppliedfromthemanufacturer!Placingadditional
padsmayobscurethesafetyofyourchild!
Donotusesparepartsandothercomponentsnotsuppliedbythemanufacturer.Themanufacturer
assumesnoresponsibilityforsafetyintheeventthatisusedsparepartsotherthanoriginal.
Itisnotallowedtoinstallthecarseatontheplacesmarkedwiththissign.
Onlysuitableiftheapprovedvehiclesarettedwithlap/3point/static/withretractorsafety-belts,
approvedtoUN/ECERegulationno.16.
DONOTUSETHISCHILDSEATINA“REARWARDFACINGPOSITION”INPASSENGERSEATS
EQUIPPEDWITHACTIVEAIRBAGS.

The car seat should be kept away from sunlight to prevent the child from burning and any
deformationoftheseat,especiallyoftheplasticparts.
Thecarseatdoesnotreplacethechild’scotorbed.Whenachildneedsasleep,youhavetoplace
himinasuitablebabystroller,babycriborbed.
Donotattachadditionalcordsandstringsonthecarseattoavoidtheriskofsuffocation!
Neverplacethechildseatonbeds,couchesorsimilarsoftsurfaces!
Donotallowchildrentoplaywiththeproduct!
Keeptheplasticbagawayfrombabiesandchildrentoavoiddangerofsuffocation!

1 – IMPORTANT! Theshoulderbeltsmustbeatchild’sshoulderslevel.
2 –Removethebeltsfrommetalbuckle.
3 –Removethesoftshoulderpads,pulloutthebeltsfromtheopeningsandthreadthemthroughthe
openingscorrespondingtoyourchild’sheight.
4 –Reattachthebeltsinthemetalbuckle.
5 –Pressthebuttonontheheadrestheightadjustingmechanism(R)andmovetheheadrestupor
down.Releasethebuttonwhenyoureachthedesiredheight.Whenthepositionisxedyouwillhear
aclick.

6 –Pullthereclinelever(I)andsetthecarseatinposition 4.
Note:Theseatmustbeasreclinedaspossiblewhencarseatisinposition„REARWARD”FACING.
7 –Placethecarseatinposition„REARWARD”FACING.
8 –Threadthelapbeltunderthesoftlinerincarseat(D).
9 –Atthesametimethreadthediagonalbeltthroughtheguide(L)andbackpartoftheseat.
10 –Fastenthevehiclebeltinthevehiclebeltbuckle.
Note:Makesurethebeltsarenottwisted.
11 –Tightenthebelt.
12 –Placetheclip(Q)onthediagonalbelt.
Note:Makesurethattheclip(Q)isascloseaspossibletothebuckleandisnotintouchwithit.
13 –Looseningthebelts:PressthebuttonIandatthesametimepulltheshoulderstrapsE.
14 –Pressthecentralbucklebuttonandsplitthebelts.
15 –Placethechildinthecarseatandtheshoulderbeltsonhisshoulders.
16 –Jointhemetalendsoftheshoulderbeltsandinserttheminthecentralbuckle.
ATTENTION!Makesurethatthemetalendsarejoinedcorrectlyandthebeltsarenottwisted!
17 –Tightentheshoulderbeltsbypullingtheadjustmentstrap(J).
18 –Placetheseatinpositions 1, 2 and 3.
19 –Placethecarseatinposition„FORWARD”FACING.
20 –Threadthevehiclebeltthroughtheopeningandbackpartoftheseat.Fastenthevehiclebeltin
thevehiclebeltbuckle(seeg.10).
Note:Makesurethebeltsarenottwisted.
21 –Tightenthebelt.
Placetheclip(Q)onthediagonalbelt.
Note:Makesurethattheclip(Q)isascloseaspossibletothebuckleandisnotintouchwithit.
22 –ByusingtheleverIsetthecarseatinoneofthereclinepositions (1,2 or 3)andmakesureitis
securelyxed.
23 –Looseningthebelts:PressbuttonHandatthesametimepulltheshoulderbeltsE.
Pressthecentralbucklebuttonandsplitthebelts(seeg.14).
24 –Placethechildinthecarseatandtheshoulderbeltsonhisshoulders.
Jointhemetalendsoftheshoulderbeltsandinserttheminthecentralbuckle(seeg.16).
ATTENTION!Makesurethatthemetalendsarejoinedcorrectlyandthebeltsarenottwisted!
25 –Tightentheshoulderbeltsbypullingtheadjustmentstrap(J).

IMPORTANT! When using the car seat for children with weight 15-36 kg (groups II and III) remove
the safety 5-point harness.
Removing the safety belts.
Releasethebelts(seeg.23).
Detachthebeltsfromthemetalbuckle(Seeg.2).
26 –Removethesoftshoulderpads.
27 – Release the central buckle (see g.14) and pull out the shoulder belts through the car seat
openings.
28 –Removetheseatsoftliner.
29 –Removethemetalendsfromtheshoulderbelts.
30 –Puttheseatinhorizontalpositionandremovethemetalbuckle.
31 –Removethemetalbuckleandthecrotchbelt.
32 – Important!Itisrecommendedthatyoukeepthemetalendsbuckledinthecentralbuckleduring
storage.
33 –Removetheupholstery.
34 –Threadtheshoulderbeltsthroughtheopeningsandjointheminthemetalbuckle(E).Pressbutton
H,inordertotightenthem.
35 –Placethebeltslengthadjustingstrap(J)ontheseatanddresstheupholstery.
36 –Placetheclipontheshoulderbeltatthebackoftheseat.
UsingleverIsetthecarseatinmostuprightposition - 1(seeg.22)andmakesurethatitiswellxed.
37 –Placethechildinthecarseat.
38 –Threadthediagonalbeltthroughtheheadrestguideandthelapbeltabovechild’slegs.
Fastenthevehiclebeltinthevehiclebeltbuckle(seeg.10).
Removethesafetybelts(seeg.26-36),andtheseatsoftliner.
39 –Removetheheadrestupholstery.
40 –Unfastentheupholsterybuttons.
41 –Removetheupholsteryfromthecarseat.
