Features
This product is a home-use skincare appliance equipped with ionic
cleansing, RF, EMS, EP, and LED. Flexible combination of functions and
intensity will provide facial treatment suitable for your preference.
Auto power-off function
The appliance turns itself off automatically in 10 minutes after being turned on.
Operation Display
● Power button
Power button is used to turn on or turn off the power.
Press and hold the button (approx. 1 second) to turn on the power, and at the same
time the blue lamp on the EP button will light up to indicate the appliance is in
operation under the low level.
Press and hold the button (approx. 1 second) again, and the power will be turned off.
Note: Don’t press and hold the button too hard, which can cause failure.
● CLEANSING button (for cleansing)
This mode will remove dirt from pores.
Turn on the power and press the CLEANSING button, and the red lump
will light up and it will start operation.
● EP button
Turn on the power, and the blue lamp on the EP button will light up and
it will start operation under the low level. Press the button again, and
the red lump will light up and it will start operation under the high level.
Press the button again, and the blue lamp will light up and it will return
to the low level.

Charging
This product is a rechargeable appliance, which should be charged
before using. The product needs to be charged before the first use or
before you use it after a long interval.
When its battery level falls, a reminder notification sound will be heard
intermittently.
Follow the instructions below to charge the appliance.
Start with the CLEANSING mode and then shift to the EP mode.
The EP level has three options of level (Low/Medium/High) to suit your preference

Press and hold the power button, and a brief beep is heard and the
EP button will light up in blue. Then, press the CLEANSING button
to start ionic cleansing.
Apply the head of the main unit to your skin and move the head smoothly
in the direction of the arrows shown in
the figure on the right.
The operation automatically stops in approx. 10 minutes in the CLEANSING
mode and the power is turned off. Press and hold the power button again to
start the EP mode. (See the figure in the right.)
Note: When you apply the appliance on
your face for the first time, Low level
(indicated bylighting of blue lamp) is
recommended for the EP mode.

Applying Treatment (Body)
Apply the head of the main unit to your skin and move the head smoothly
(See the figure below).
Note: Don’t apply the head of the main unit on the areas of your skin
indicated by in the figure and any bony part of your body.

problem, the battery is not charged or can be due to failure. Contact
the distributor or the dealer where you purchased the product.

Continuous long-term use can cause heat evolution of parts within the
main unit. As this is not failure, turn off the power and wait until it cools
down.
In case it becomes hot immediately after being turned on, let us check
the product. Contact the distributor or the dealer where you purchased
the product.

The main unit may have been fully charged, or the charging surface of
the charger may have not come into contact with that of the main unit.

When gel gets dry or loses its moisture, it may come off crumbly.
Apply more gel to help the head of the main unit move smoothly on
the surface of the skin.

Insufficient gel will decrease sensitivity to stimulus. In case the
head of the main unit does not move smoothly on the surface of the
skin, or if sensitivity to stimulus has been decreased, apply more
gel. Note that no stimulus is sensed during ionic cleansing, which
is not failure of the product.

Make sure that all the necessary information including the date of purchase has
been filled out, and then keep the warranty document safe. The warranty period is
one year after the date of purchase.
Before requesting repair, please read this instruction manual carefully and
thoroughly, and then check the product again. In case of failure, please contact
the dealer from whom you purchased the product or the distributor.
For repairs, contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product or the
distributor, to whom you are requested to send the product (the main unit, the
charging stand, and the AC adapter) along with the warranty document and a note
describing the failure content and your return address. Please note that the
customer is liable for the cost of repairs after the warranty has expired. The delivery
charge is to be covered by the customer as well. We ask for your understanding in
advance that in some cases the product cannot be repaired.

In case of product failure, the product will be repaired free of charge provided,
however, that it has been used correctly according to the instruction manual during its
warranty period.
Note: Make sure you save the warranty document as well as the invoice.
In a case where you purchased the product in a store, make sure you save the receipt
and the warranty document.
Note: For repairs free of charge, please bring the product (the main unit, the charging
stand, and the AC adapter) along with the warranty document to the dealer whom you
purchased the product, or contact the distributor and then send the product (the main
unit, the charging stand, and the AC adapter) along with the warranty document and a
note describing the failure content and your return address.
Please note that in the following cases the product will be repaired at your expense
even within the warranty period:
①Failure or damage caused by improper use or failure to observe the instructions
described in this manual.
②Failure or damage caused by improper repair or modification
③ Failure or damage occurred associated with transportation or drop after the
purchase of the product.
④Failure or damage when used for any purpose other than for consumer use (e.g.
for professional use).
⑤The warranty document is not presented.
⑥The warranty has not been completed or any of its wording has been altered.
⑦Failure or damage occurred on board (e.g. vehicle, vessel)
⑧Failure or damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, lightening, and other force
majeure, and abnormal voltage and/or unspecified power supply (voltage, frequency)
⑨ Failure or damage caused due to improper servicing or modification by an
unauthorized person
This warranty is valid only in Japan.
As this warranty will not be reissued, please save this warranty document.
Repair will be provided free of charge under the warranty terms and conditions
within the warranty period.
Therefore, the right of the customer will not be restricted by this warranty. If you
have any questions about repairs after the warranty period has expired, please
contact the dealer from whom you purchased the product or the distributor.
For repairs after the warranty period has expired, please refer to “Aftersales
Service” (page 13).

Note: Within the period of this warranty, repair will be provided free of
charge. For details, please refer to the warranty terms and conditions
on Reverse Side.
