DEVICE INSTALLATION DOCUMENT
Before we install the device , make sure devices and tools are complete. The following table,
describe devices in cakrawala armada

Connect SBD and GPS antenna (picture 3) with SBD and GPS cable (picture 4
and 5), antenna have to face sky and unobstructed by anything

Device Installation
3. Turn on Devices
After antenna and cable installed, next is install SBD and GPS antenna(picture 4
and 5) to Armada device (picture 1). Warning: Do not connect it reverse.
2.2. Antenna cable installation on device
3.1. Fuse Installation on the device
Device position (picture 1) that have LED facing the front (if device on table), if it’s
on the wall power and cable must facing down. Make sure device position
avoid water, and SOS button easy to reach.
Insert the fuse (Gambar 3) to the device at the fuse holder, make sure device
already got signal GPS and SBD signal corresponding in the operator manual, if
not get signal check again connection GPS and SBD cable
*Fuse installation will make POWER LED lit orange/amber

4. [OPTIONAL] Integrasi Automatic Identification System (AIS)
3.3. Position service activation by Superadmin
4.1. Connection AIS Data Cable to Armada Data Cable
4.2. AIS service activation by superadmin
Make sure LED connectivity (middle) lit static green, if not wait it to change
green and not blink.
If vessel already using AIS device, look about it’s specification and check the
output. Find the output cable of AIS device, then connect it to Armada data
cable
Make sure connectivity LED (midle) light static green, if not wait till it’s change to
static green.
* If you buy bundle with AIS Transceiver, we don’t need to connect to AIS devices
that installed on vessel. Just connect AIS device that bundle to Armada data
cable.
*If already green and stable, you can call Superadmin to activate the position
service
*After it’s change to green, you can contact Superadmin to activate position
services.

3.2. Power cable installation with power supply
Connect red (+) and black (-) cable to 12-24V DC power supplied by vessel, then
connect it to devices
*Power cable installation will make power LED lit to green colour
