supporting long pieces of work when sawing etc.
Please read this leaflet thoroughly, before use, and follow all instructions given. This will not
only provide protection for yourself and that of others around you, but will also ensure that
the Support Stand will give you long and satisfactory service.
GUARANTEE
This CLARKE product is guaranteed against faulty manufacture for a period of 12 months
from the date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. This guarantee
is invalid if the product is found to have been abused or tampered with in any way, or not
used for the purpose for which it was intended.
Faulty goods should be returned to their place of purchase, no product can be
returned to us without prior permission.
This guarantee does not effect your statutory rights.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
•Ensure the stand is located on firm level ground when in use.
• ALWAYS position the stand at the approximate centre of gravity of the overhanging
piece of work.
• ALWAYS take the full weight of the head before releasing the column brake.
• NEVER allow the head to drop under its own weight...it should always be lowered
under complete control.
• ALWAYS locate the stand in a position where it does not pose a hazard to yourself or
others in the vicinity, when not in use.

• The column is located between
the leg brackets as shown,
ensuring:
a. the pedal is facing away
from the single leg.
b. the two lugs, (one of which is
arrowed), rest against the
top edge of the leg brackets.
Use the four bolts with nyloc nuts,
provided, ensuring the spring washer
is located against the nut, the flat
washer against the bolt head.
ASSEMBLY
• Attach the Roller Head using the two bolts
with flat and spring washers provided
