Using device
All functions of the inspection lamp may be selected by pushing the main switch.
Turning on 100% brightness
- Press the main switch to turn the work light ON
Turning on 50% brightness
- Press the main switch a second time to reduce the brightness of the light source
by 50%.
Turning the work light OFF
- Press the main switch a third time to turn the device OFF.
Charging the battery
The battery of the multifunction work light has to be charged as soon as the
LED’s begin to dim.
- The inspection lamp must not be operated during charging.
- Ensure that the switched off prior to charging.
- Connect the mains adapter or the DC adapter to a suitable power source.
- The red charging light comes on.
- The mains adapter may become warm and buzz slightly during charging. This is
normal and does not indicate a fault.
- Charging can take up to 6 hours. A green status light comes on when the battery
is fully charged.
- Disconnect the mains adapter / DC adapter from the power supply after
charging.
- To charge the battery use only the chargers supplied with the machine.
- For precautions against electric shock, injury or re, rst read the safety
instructions charging the battery as well as ‘important safety instructions for
battery operated tools’ before charging the battery block.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE BATTERY AND CHARGER
- Caution! Although the battery may be partially charged when delivered, it must
always be fully charged before using the screwdriver for the rst time.
- When the battery is charged for the rst time or after a long time in storage, it
only reaches its full capacity only after several charge / discharge cycles.
- The battery and charger may heat up during charging. This is normal and does
not indicate a fault or constitute a reason for a complaint.
- The battery may only be charged in an ambient temperature between 4˚C and
40˚C. Allow the battery to cool down both before and after the charging.
- Never change a damaged battery. Damaged batteries must be replaced
immediately.
- Disconnect the charger from the mains after charging.
Cleaning
Clean the device and accessories regularly with a dry cloth. Do not use aggressive
cleaning agents, solvents or petroleum spirit.
Caution! Never immerse in water.

local return and collection systems or contact the retailer where the product was
