Introduction
Congratulations on your purchase of a ClearOne Conference Controller.
The Conference Controller is a highly intuitive 10-inch, touch-screen device that allows users to con-
trol their audio conference, including managing contacts and placing and controlling calls. Flexible
connectivity options offer an integrator-friendly solution that fits perfectly in any space.
Features include:
• Support for VoIP, Telco, and COLLABORATE Live
• 10.1” capacitive touch screen, 1280 x 800 resolution
• On-screen dialpad
• Make and receive calls
• Multi-party conference calls
• Ability to put calls on hold and transfer and forward calls
• Call history
• Phone book
• Favorites
• Microphone and speaker mute and volume controls

AC Power Adapter
Power Connections
You can provide power to the Conference Controller in two ways:
a. With the AC power adapter, connect the power port of the Controller (a) to a standard electri-
cal outlet; or
b. With a CAT6 cable, connect the LAN (RJ45) PoE port of the Controller (b) to a PoE injector or
the Ethernet port of a PoE-capable switch.

Communication Connections
You can provide communications to the Conference Controller in two ways:
• Wi-Fi, or
• Ethernet
Note: If you connect the controller by both Ethernet and Wi-Fi, the Ethernet connection takes prece-
dence over the Wi-Fi connection.

1. On the Apply and Restart screen, tap the
CONVERGE Pro 2 VoIP/Telco Dialer icon.
The system displays the Connections screen.
2. In the upper right, tap Add/Edit.
The system displays the Add/Edit Connection screen.
3. On the left side, tap the plus sign, or on the right
side, tap the pencil icon.
To configure the Conference Controller for CONVERGE Pro 2 VoIP/Telco, complete the following
steps:

4. On the left side, tap Connection Info.
The system presents a screen that allows you to
input connection information.
5. Enter your connection information.
After you have entered the information, in the lower
right, tap the orange-colored Settings icon.
The system displays the Settings screen.
6. Tap each of the settings listed on the left, and
input your preferred setting values.
Be sure to:
•Select your communication method (Ethernet
or Wi-Fi).
•Set Day/Time.
For example, tap Network to select Ethernet or Wi-Fi.

1. On the Apply and Restart screen, tap the Collaborate
Live logo.
The system displays the Language screen.
2. Tap the icon that represents your preferred language
for COLLABORATE Space.
Then tap Next.
The system displays the Date-Time screen.
3. Set the date and time.
Then tap Next.
The system displays the first of two NETWORK screens.
4. To select either Ethernet or Wifi, tap the
corresponding radio button.
Then tap Next.
The system displays the second NETWORK screen.
Configure the Conference Controller for COLLABORATE Live
To initially configure the Conference Controller for COLLABORATE Live, complete the following
steps:

5. Tap Apply.
The system displays the PROXY screen.
6. If you plan to use a proxy server for COLLABORATE
Space, enter the server information.
Then Tap Done.
You have completed the configuration.
The system displays the COLLABORATE Live home
screen
