2 a. Attach guides, reel base, and webbing
by inserting male rivet from inside
device.
b. Apply rivet cap by hand.
c. After verifying fit, permanently set
the rivets using the QuickFit tool.

Punch 1/8" holes using the
QuickFit tool.

Must be installed by a trained professional.
Lace will wear. At minimum, inspect monthly.
Overtightening could reduce circulation.
Do not use on patients with nerve issues.
Keep lace away from sharp edges.

5 Press down on reel to ensure it is closed.
On back side of reel, twist dial to align arrows.
6 Feed lace through top exit port and pull through rear cartridge window. Repeat for opposite side lace.
Assure lace is correctly inserted in reel.
Hold lace lock with pliers. Push lace
through back of hole, then loop around
backside and through the second hole.
Lace tail should be 2.5-5.0mm.
8 Pull lace tight to set lace lock. Flex lace lock back and forth to break
off connector. Pull lace firmly into reel. Ensure lace lock is not visible.
Repeat for opposite lace.
9 Insert reel into base by aligning the notch with the #1 on the
mounting plate and pushing into place. Then turn reel counter
clockwise. The #2 will then be visible. Pull outward on dial to
ensure proper installation.
10 Cycle system to test function. Push to
engage. Twist to tighten. Pull to release.

5.0 mm.
4 Check for proper lace feeding through each guide. Then
insert plaster model into the device. Pull the laces until
tight and measure 10-15cm from the upper guide to the
end of the lace. Add 3cm to each lace and cut.
