INSTRUCTIONS
!!! Very Important !!!
Before plugging it in, be sure the dispenser has been in an upright position for
twenty-four hours to allow the oil in the compressor to settle after shipping.
The dispenser is fully assembled -here's all you do:
1.
Place it: Take the dispenser
to
the location where it will be used. Ensure access to a
properly grounded 120 volt AC electrical outlet.
2. Plug it in: Plug one end
of
the power cord into the Power Module on the back
of
unit, the
other into the grounded 120 volt AC outlet. Maintain at least a minimum 3 inch clearance
from the filter on rear
of
machine.
3. Turn it on: Press the on-off switch on the Power Module on the back
of
the unit. Be sure
the power indicator light is lit.
4. Let
it
run: Run for
15
minutes
to
become fully chilled before loading the flrst bag
of
product.

These

designed
witll
two

corners
sealed
off
for
easy
loading.
Tile
spout

near

bottom

the
bag.

LOADING
INSTRUCT
IONS
Remove
dispenser
lid.
Lift
bag
from
product
case
by
top
seam,
with
spout
at
bottom,
facing
toward
you. Fold
back
each "
wing"
of
bag,
insert
bag
into
rear
of
empty
bag unit,
allowing
it
to
slide
forward.
Pull
bag,
grasping
the
opaque
plastic
portion
of
spout,
toward
you, and
insert
slot
opening
closest
to
bag
over
half-circle
on
base plate
of
dispenser. Repeat
procedure
for
each bag
insertion.
Reinstall cover,
putting
top
rear
of
cover
on
first
and
sliding
cover
frontal
plate
down
over
bags. Half-circle
on
lid
opening
fits
into
slot
closest
to
bag.
Both
top
and base
should
now
meet,
with
no
bag
showing.
Make
sure
spout(s)
are
aligned
downward.
Remove
thin
white
plastic
ring
from
center
push-button
and
then
remove
foil
seal.
Product
will
now
dispense
at
push
of
center
button.

CLEANING
AND
MAINTENANCE
Cleaning Filter -Clean or replace the filter
as
necessary to maintain cooling effectiveness:
1. Slide filter out
of
filter retainer.
2. Clean with soapy water, rinse and allow to dry.
Filter may also be machine washed.
3. Slide clean filter back into filter retainer.
Cleaning Cabinet and Cold Plate -Wash as necessary with a sponge
or
cloth and mild detergent
and water. Rinse with clean wet cloth. Do not immerse dispenser in water.
Adjusting Thermostat -Dial settings are from 1 (least cool) to 7 (coldest); factory setting
is
3 to 4.
Adjust as needed for desired product temperature.
Trouble-Shooting Checklist
•
If
dispenser does not operate:
• Check to make sure dispenser is plugged into outlet
• Check to see that dispenser
is
turned on (red light should be illuminated)
• Check to see that outlet
is
providing power
• Check fuse/if burned out, replace with 10.0
Amp
fuse only (one replacement fuse
is
provided in
fuse box)
If
dispenser still does not operate properly,
call Cold Star at 800-269-4052.
