9 - INCONVENIENTI
!Prima di eettuare qualsiasi interven-
to sull’impianto elettrico della macchina
staccare il cavo d’alimentazione.
a - Ruotando l’interruttore 3092 in posizione
ON la spia di presenza tensione non si accende:
controllare il collegamento alla rete di alimenta-
zione.
b - Premendo il pulsante di marcia 3482 I la
macchina non si avvia: ruotare prima l’interrut-
tore 3092; controllare i fusibili.
c - Il senso di rotazione del volantino 112 è con-
trario a quello indicato dalla vicina freccia posta
sulla protezione puleggia 1106: invertire due li
di fase del cavo di alimentazione generale.
d - La battitura non è soddisfacente: controllare
la distanza tra martello - incudine e procedere
all’eventuale regolazione; vericare la tempera-
tura dell’incudine (incudine - martello a richie-
sta).
e - L’incudine non si riscalda: controllare e rego-
lare la temperatura tramite il regolatore SUNVIC
3095; probabile guasto al regolatore SUNVIC
3095, fusibili, trasformatore, o relè statico 3093.
f - La macchina è eccessivamente rumorosa:
controllare lo stato dei cuscinetti e del bilanciere
3029.
Per eventuali sostituzioni avvalersi di
personale qualicato !

11 - MESSA FUORI SERVIZIO
Per la messa fuori servizio e demolizione della
macchina attenersi a queste fondamentali regole
atte a salvaguardare la salute e l’ambiente:
a - non disperdere le sostanze lubricanti
nell’ambiente ma recuperarle e farle trattare da
un’azienda preposta allo smaltimento di tali pro-
dotti;
b - guaine, materiale plastico e comunque non
metallico devono essere smontati e smaltiti se-
paratamente;
c - componenti elettrici quali interruttore, tra-
sformatore... devono essere smontati e, se an-
cora in buone condizioni, riutilizzati oppure, se
possibile, revisionati e riciclati;
9 - TROUBLES
!Before to carry out any operation on the
system of the machine take o the fee-
ding cable
a - If you turn the 3092 general switch to posi-
tion ON the pilot light is not illuminated: check
the connection to the supply mains.
b - If you press the I of the 3482 push button the
machine does not start: turn the 3092 gene- ral
switch before; check the fuses or if the 3072 belt
is broken.
c - The direction of rotation of the handwheel 112
is opposite to that indicated by the near arrow:
change over two phase wires of the feeding ca-
ble. d - The beating is not satisfactory: check the
hammer - anvil distance and if necessary adjust
it; verify the temperature of the anvil (hammer -
anvil upon request);
e - The anvil is not hot: check and regulate the
temperature by the 3095 SUNVIC regulator;
probable breakdown to the 3095 SUNVIC regu-
lator, fuses, transformer or 3093 static relay.
f - The machine is excessively noisy: check the
bearings and the 3029 compensator.

11 - DEMOLITION INSTRUCTIONS
For the out of use of the machine certain basic
rules must be observed to safeguard public he-
alth and the environment in which we live:
a - lubricating substances should not be left free
in the environment, but should be recovered or
treated by a plant specialised in the elimination
of these products.
b - all sheathes, exible piping, and any plastic
materials, or non metallic materials should be
dismantled and eliminated separately.
c - pneumatic and electrical components such as
switches, transformers, ..... must be dismantled
for re-use if still in good condition, or, if possible,
checked and re-cycled. 8
