1 - FUNZIONE DELLA MACCHINA
Questa macchina dalle elevate prestazioni ed af-
dabilità è stata progettata e costruita per ribat-
tere e stirare le cuciture di tomaie e di stivali già
montati.
Nel caso d’utilizzo non previsto della macchi-
na si raccomanda all’Utilizzatore di consulta-
re il Costruttore per quanto concerne i peri-
coli e le controindicazioni derivanti dall’uso
improprio della macchina.
La ditta costruttrice non risponde d’eventua-
li modiche o manomissioni volte ad utilizzi
diversi da quanto sopra specicato e non può
essere considerata responsabile per eventua-
li danni derivanti da usi impropri, erronei ed
irragionevoli.
Per il funzionamento della macchina è previsto
l’intervento di un solo operatore.

1 - FUNCTION OF THE MACHINE
This machine has high performances and relia-
bility; it is designed for felling the sewing on up-
pers or nished boots.
Consult the manufacturer about the dangers
for the improper use of the machine.
The manufacturing rm is not responsible
for eventual modications, alterations or
changes to the machine, brought about so as
to carry out work dierent from that speci-
ed above.
The machine works with an operator only.

2 - DESCRIZIONE DELLA MACCHINA
2a - Caratteristiche di lavoro
Caratteristiche peculiari della macchina sono:
a - Facilità di lavoro. Tramite il dispositivo mar-
tello - incudine la macchina esegue rapide e per-
fette battiture anche di pezzi di notevoli dimen-
sioni.
b - Riscaldamento incudine. La macchina è cor-
redata d’impianto di riscaldamento dell’incudine
con possibilità di regolare la temperatura me-
diante un regolatore elettronico ad impulsi in
percentuale. A richiesta la macchina può essere
fornita con riscaldamento anche del martello.
c - Pianale di lavoro (a richiesta) per l’appoggio
dei pezzi durante la lavorazione di battitura.
d - Elevata produzione. Si possono ribattere no
a 1000 paia giornaliere.
e - Bassa rumorosità. La rumorosità è ben tol-
lerata dall’operatore e dalle persone vicine. Par-
ticolare attenzione si è posta nella realizzazione
onde ridurre al minimo l’emissione sonora della
macchina.
f - Sicurezza di lavoro. A tutela dell’operatore
sono predisposte protezioni in corrispondenza
degli organi in movimento (cinghia, pulegge).
! Non rimuovere le protezioni durante il
funzionamento della macchina
g - Minima manutenzione. Semplici operazio-
ni periodiche permettono di avere la macchina
sempre in perfette condizioni per molti anni.
h - Tutti i ricambi della macchina sono disponi-
bili a magazzino.
Per gli ordini fare riferimento ai paragra “DI-
SEGNO PARTI DI RICAMBIO” e “DESCRIZIO-
NE PARTI DI RICAMBIO” precisando il tipo di
macchina, il numero identicativo del particola-
re e la quantità dei pezzi.

2 - MACHINE DESCRIPTION
2a - Work specications
The peculiar specications of the machine are:
a - Work easiness. The device hammer - anvil
allow it to fell the stitching and close the alive
cutting quickly and perfectly (also bulky pieces).
b - Anvil heating. The machine is equipped with
a heating system of the anvil, with the possibility
to regulate the temperature. Upon request it is
possible to have the heating also of the hammer.
c – Working plate (upon request) to make easy
the support of the pieces during the felling work.
d - High output. The daily output is about 1000
pairs.
e - Low noisiness. The operator and the people
around can bear the machine noisiness.
f - Work security. To protect the operator there
are guards for the parts in movement (belt, pul-
ley).
! Don’t remove protection systems for
any reason during working
g - Lowest servicing. If you follow daily opera-
tions, you can have the machine in excellent con-
ditions for many years.
h - All the spare parts are available in stock.
For possible orders you have to make references
to the paragraphs “SPARE PARTS DRAWING”
and “SPARE PARTS DESCRIPTION” and to de-
ne the machine type, the spare part number
and the pieces quantity.

4 - SOLLEVAMENTO E MOVIMENTA-
ZIONE
Il sollevamento e la movimentazione, dato il peso
contenuto, sono fatti manualmente con l’ausilio
di un carrello.
Utilizzare un muletto se la macchina e ssata su
pallet o è all’interno di una cassa o gabbia (alla
base della macchina sono predisposti 4 fori M12
per l’ancoraggio al pallet in legno).
Porre la massima attenzione anché nessuno
transiti nell’area di movimentazione del muletto
onde evitare qualsiasi infortunio al personale.
Assicurarsi che non vi siano ostacoli durante il
tragitto da percorrere.
Si raccomanda nel caso di trasporto via mare di
proteggere le varie parti della macchina con oli o
altri prodotti antiossidanti.
5 - INSTALLAZIONE
Togliere l’imballo e controllare eventuali danni
subiti dalla macchina durante il trasporto.
Posizionare la macchina in ambiente non umido,
su un piano stabile e non inclinato.
Prevedere una distanza minima di rispetto di 1
metro al ne di consentire un corretto utilizzo in
condizioni di sicurezza.
Pulire accuratamente la macchina sgrassando
le parti non verniciate e lubricando il supporto
guida bilanciere superiore 3027 ed in corrispon-
denza dei lubricatori 3051.
Montare i 4 supporti piedino antivibrante in do-
tazione alla macchina.

4 - LIFTING AND HANDLING
As the small weight of the machine, the lifting
and the handling can be done by a trolley.
Use a fork lift when the machine is inside a case
or a cage (in the base of the machine there are 4
holes M20x1.5 for xing it to the pallet).
Take great care during handling to ensure that
the area is clear to avoid injury to personnel.
If the machine is shipped by sea protect all ma-
chine parts with antioxidant materials.
5 - INSTALLATION
Remove the packing and check eventual dama-
ges produced to the machine during the tran-
sport.
Place the machine on a rm, level surface and
do not install in areas that are damp and humid.
In order to work correctly on the machine, and
to permit easy and safe maintenance and repai-
rs, the machine should be positioned with the
distances minimum of 1 meter clear around the
machine.
Clean the machine carefully, removing any dust,
dirt and grease that may have deposited during
the transport. 5

Vericare che la tensione ed il voltaggio della
macchina corrispondano a quelli della rete d’a-
limentazione e collegare ad un apparecchio di
sezionamento.
Nel caso in cui la tensione della rete d’alimenta-
zione non corrisponda alla tensione della mac-
china modicare i collegamenti alla morsettiera
motore e trasformatore.
Ruotare l’interruttore generale 3092 in posizio-
ne ON .Provare il riscaldamento dell’incudi-
ne (martello a richiesta) tramite il regolatore di
temperatura SUNVIC 3095. Premere il pulsante
di marcia 3482 I. Vericare il corretto senso di
rotazione del motore controllando che il volanti-
no 112 giri nel senso indicato dalla vicina freccia
posta sulla protezione puleggia 1106.
Se il senso di rotazione non fosse corretto inver-
tire due li di fase del cavo d’alimentazione.
La macchina è pronta per lavorare.
6 - AVVIAMENTO / LAVORAZIONE / AR-
RESTO
Regolare la distanza tra il martello 3108 e l’incu-
dine 3113 a seconda dello spessore del materiale
da ribattere (vedi punto 7a).
Per l’accensione della macchina ruotare l’inter-
ruttore 3092 in posizione ON
Portare l’incudine (incudine e martello a richie-
sta) alla temperatura desiderata tramite il rego-
latore SUNVIC 3095.
Premere il pulsante di marcia 3482 I.
Procedere alla battitura tenendo il prodotto da
ribattere appoggiato sull’incudine.
Per l’arresto della macchina premere il pulsante
di arresto 3482 O .
Al termine della lavorazione ruotare l’interrutto-
re 3092 in posizione OFF .
7 - REGOLAZIONI / SOSTITUZIONI
7a - Regolazione di battitura
Spegnere la macchina.
Ruotare il volantino posteriore 112 per portare il
martello nel punto inferiore.
Allentare la vite 6 x 20 UNI 5931 situata sulla
ghiera di regolazione 3033.
Ruotare la ghiera di regolazione 3033 tenendo
fermo il martello 3108 per aumentare o diminui-
re la distanza tra il martello e l’incudine a secon-
da dello spessore del materiale da ribattere.
A regolazione ultimata serrare bene la vite 6 x 20
UNI 5931.
Lubricate the 3027 upper compensator support
and the 3051 oilers.
Assemble the 4 supports with feet in equipment
to the machine.
Verify that the tension and the voltage of the ma-
chine correspond with those of feeding line and
to connect to sectioning apparatus.
If the tension of the feeding line is dierent to
the tension of the machine modify the motor and
transformer connections. Turn the 3092 general
switch to position ON . Test the heating of the
anvil (anvil and hammer upon request) by the
SUNVIC 3095 regulator. Press the I of the 3482
push button. Verify the correct sense of rotation
of the machine controlling the 112 handwheel
turn in the direction indicated by the near arrow.
Invert two wires of phase of the fee- ding cable if
the rotation is not exact.
Now the machine is ready to work.
6 - START / WORK / STOP
Adjust the distance between the 3108 hammer
and the 3113 anvil in according to the thickness
of material of felling (see point 7a).
The machine is ON if you turn the 3092 switch to
position ON .
Regulate the temperature of the anvil (anvil and
hammer upon request) by the SUNVIC 3095 re-
gulator.
To start press the I of the 3482 push button. Fell
with the upper or other article leaned to the an-
vil.
To stop the machine press the STOP of the 3482
push button.
The machine is OFF if you turn the 3092 switch
to position OFF .
7 - ADJUSTMENTS AND REPLACE-
MENTS
7a - Beating adjustment
Switch the machine o.
Rotate the 112 back handwheel to move the ham-
mer to the lower position.
Loosen the 6 x 20 UNI 5931 screw of the 3033
bush.
Rotate the 3033 bush holding the 3108 hammer
to increase or to decrease the distance between
hammer and anvil in according to the thickness
of material.
Tighten the 6 x 20 UNI 5931 screw in this posi-
tion.

7b - Sostituzione incudine 3113
Spegnere la macchina. Svitare la vite 8 x 35 UNI
5931. Slare l’incudine e sostituirla.
7c - Sostituzione martello 3108
Spegnere la macchina. Togliere l’incudine 3113
(vedi punto 7b). Tenere fermo il martello 3108 e
contemporaneamente svitare il tirante 3037.
Sostituire il martello e avvitare il tirante 3037.
7d - Sostituzione resistenza incudine 3023
Spegnere la macchina.
Togliere la protezione motore 40.
Scollegare dal morsetto in ceramica i li della re-
sistenza incudine 3023.
Allentare il grano 6 x 10 UNI 5925.
Allentare le viti 3121.
Slare il supporto incudine 3112.
Svitare il grano 6 x 4 UNI 5923 e la ghiera blocca
resistenza 3111.
Slare la resistenza 3023 e sostituirla.
Rimontare il tutto in ordine inverso (non serrare
eccessivamente il grano 6 x 4).
7e - Sostituzione resistenza martello 3131
(a richiesta)
Spegnere la macchina.
Togliere la protezione motore 40.
Scollegare dal morsetto in ceramica i li della re-
sistenza martello 3131.
Allentare il grano 5 x 8 UNI 5923.
Slare la resistenza e sostituirla.
Rimontare il tutto in ordine inverso (non serrare
eccessivamente il grano 5 x 8).
7f - Sostituzione cinghia 3072
Spegnere la macchina.
Svitare il volantino 112.
Togliere la protezione puleggia 1106.
Togliere la protezione motore 40.
Sostituire la cinghia e rimontare il tutto.
N.B. Per ogni altra sostituzione, inter-
vento o riparazione rivolgersI solo a per-
sonale qualicato.
8 - MANUTENZIONE
Lubricare settimanalmente il supporto guida
bilanciere superiore 3027 (vedi canalino olio su-
periore) ed in corrispondenza degli oliatori 3051.
7b - Anvil 3113 replacement
Switch the machine o. Unscrew the 8 x 35 UNI
5931 screw. Remove and replace the anvil.
7c - Hammer 3108 replacement
Switch the machine o. Take away the 3113 anvil
(see point 7b). Hold the 3108 hammer and con-
temporaneously unscrew the 3037 tension bar.
Remove and replace the hammer. Retighten the
3037 tension bar.
7d - Anvil resistance 3023 replacement
Switch the machine o. Take away the 40 motor
guard.
Disconnect from the terminal in ceramic the ca-
bles of the 3023 anvil resistance.
Loosen the 6 x 10 grub screw UNI 5925.
Loosen the 3121 screws.
Remove the 3112 anvil support.
Unscrew the 6 x 4 UNI 5923 grub screw and the
3111 bush for locking resistance.
Remove and replace the 3023 resistance. Reas-
semble all parts (do not tighten excessively the 6
x 4 grub screw).
7e - Hammer resistance 3131 replacement
(optional)
Switch the machine o.
Take away the 40 motor guard.
Disconnect from the terminal in ceramic the ca-
bles of the 3131 hammer resistance.
Loosen the 5 x 8 UNI 5923 grub screw.
Remove and replace the resistance.
Reassemble all parts (don’t tighten excessively
the 5 x 8 grub screw).
7f - Belt 3072 replacement
Switch the machine o.
Unscrew the 112 handwheel.
Take away the 1106 casing for pulley.
Take away the 40 motor guard.
Replace the elastic belt and reassemble all parts.
8 - USER MAINTENANCE
Lubricate weekly the part upper compensator
support 3027 (see upper oil hole) and in the oi-
lers 3051.

9 - INCONVENIENTI
!Prima di eettuare qualsiasi interven-
to sull’impianto elettrico della macchina
staccare il cavo d’alimentazione.
a - Ruotando l’interruttore 3092 in posizione
ON la spia di presenza tensione non si accende:
controllare il collegamento alla rete di alimenta-
zione.
b - Premendo il pulsante di marcia 3482 I la
macchina non si avvia: ruotare prima l’interrut-
tore 3092; controllare i fusibili.
c - Il senso di rotazione del volantino 112 è con-
trario a quello indicato dalla vicina freccia posta
sulla protezione puleggia 1106: invertire due li
di fase del cavo di alimentazione generale.
d - La battitura non è soddisfacente: controllare
la distanza tra martello - incudine e procedere
all’eventuale regolazione; vericare la tempera-
tura dell’incudine (incudine - martello a richie-
sta).
e - L’incudine non si riscalda: controllare e rego-
lare la temperatura tramite il regolatore SUNVIC
3095; probabile guasto al regolatore SUNVIC
3095, fusibili, trasformatore, o relè statico 3093.
f - La macchina è eccessivamente rumorosa:
controllare lo stato dei cuscinetti e del bilanciere
3029.
Per eventuali sostituzioni avvalersi di
personale qualicato !

11 - MESSA FUORI SERVIZIO
Per la messa fuori servizio e demolizione della
macchina attenersi a queste fondamentali regole
atte a salvaguardare la salute e l’ambiente:
a - non disperdere le sostanze lubricanti
nell’ambiente ma recuperarle e farle trattare da
un’azienda preposta allo smaltimento di tali pro-
dotti;
b - guaine, materiale plastico e comunque non
metallico devono essere smontati e smaltiti se-
paratamente;
c - componenti elettrici quali interruttore, tra-
sformatore... devono essere smontati e, se an-
cora in buone condizioni, riutilizzati oppure, se
possibile, revisionati e riciclati;
9 - TROUBLES
!Before to carry out any operation on the
system of the machine take o the fee-
ding cable
a - If you turn the 3092 general switch to posi-
tion ON the pilot light is not illuminated: check
the connection to the supply mains.
b - If you press the I of the 3482 push button the
machine does not start: turn the 3092 gene- ral
switch before; check the fuses or if the 3072 belt
is broken.
c - The direction of rotation of the handwheel 112
is opposite to that indicated by the near arrow:
change over two phase wires of the feeding ca-
ble. d - The beating is not satisfactory: check the
hammer - anvil distance and if necessary adjust
it; verify the temperature of the anvil (hammer -
anvil upon request);
e - The anvil is not hot: check and regulate the
temperature by the 3095 SUNVIC regulator;
probable breakdown to the 3095 SUNVIC regu-
lator, fuses, transformer or 3093 static relay.
f - The machine is excessively noisy: check the
bearings and the 3029 compensator.

call qualied personnel only !

11 - DEMOLITION INSTRUCTIONS
For the out of use of the machine certain basic
rules must be observed to safeguard public he-
alth and the environment in which we live:
a - lubricating substances should not be left free
in the environment, but should be recovered or
treated by a plant specialised in the elimination
of these products.
b - all sheathes, exible piping, and any plastic
materials, or non metallic materials should be
dismantled and eliminated separately.
c - pneumatic and electrical components such as
switches, transformers, ..... must be dismantled
for re-use if still in good condition, or, if possible,
checked and re-cycled. 8

d - le parti metalliche devono essere smontate e
raggruppate per tipo di materiale permettendo
in tale modo il riciclaggio del materiale costi-
tuente la macchina originaria.
d - the body and all metallic parts of the machi-
ne must be dismantled and grouped according to
material type. This way the various parts can be
dismantled and melted down for re-cycling.
